Hey, you must be thinking, "Why is this Baai Si thing so important to this Clan?" - Well, I do not know what that means to everyone, but I can tell you what it means to me ... Who knows ... Different from its original concept, the Baa Si Ceremony in I was a participant (photo) in May 2007. It was for me the crowning of a relationship with a person who is not my blood, not even my Family, but that I sdecided to follow. For me it was a big pride for several reasons, get there. But what I did not know, is that was the first major landmark within a journey that was just beginning ... Everything I've lived, everything I smiled, everything I've gone through, everything I've become from then on, has somehow to do with Si Fu. Not for magic, not for fate ... Simply because he is always there, and I decide to be also every time ... That night, I was just the second guy that decided to follow him. However, last Saturday, four other guys did the same. .. And it was as exciting as ...
Os Novos Discípulos do Clã Moy Jo Lei Ou
The New Disciples of Moy Jo lei Ou Clan Ou
"Membro do Clã!"
Iuri, the twenty-ninth disciple to do Baai Si that night, is a resident of Jacarepaguá neighborhood. In fact, I never understood very well why he decided to be a member of the Méier School, if he lives in Jacarepaguá. But this is now past. Iuri has developed a very valuable relationship with Si Fu, who makes him someone in transit in bothschools of our Clan . To the point of not being clearer, where he is a member. "Member of the Clan!" - That's more important! Iuri then introduced me to a mysterious concept called "Figure and Background", and from there, when I have the opportunity, I present some cases, hypothetical or not, to Iuri, who is a psychologist and I ask what the diagnosis is. From this funny relationship, I was invited to be his introducer at the Baai Si Ceremony. I was very happy to be there with him. Iuri is a great guy, you will still hear about him!
The twenty-eighth new disciple that night to offer tea to Si Fu was Pedro Correa (photo) that was presented by Master. Ursula Lima (photo). I do not remember exactly when I first met Pedro, I remember only our first conversation. He told of a blow-up in which he got into a nightclub with his friend. A few years later, I took the risk of going out one night to play pool with Pedro. Nothing happened! We were safe. For many times, Si Fu asked to check with Pedro, about the possibility of him doing Baai Si at the next Ceremony, but that never happened. In fact, it did not matter much the time that passed. Pedro, kept the tuning, to the point of preparing to do it in the right time. And it was in a way, a feeling of victory for all of us, to see him up there.
Roberto Viana (photo) was the twenty-seventh new disciple that night. He needed to move away from the Kung Fu Family in the year I made my Baai Si. But Roberto, even from a distance, always seemed to have a thin invisible line that connected his heart to Si Fu's. Perhaps that was why, unlike his first passage, the mishaps of his day-to-day that seem to be greater, now that he is also a father, do not affect him so much and he was able to move on with what his heart commanded and finally he was there. Before Si Fu to offer the tea. I had the pleasure of introducing him to this Ceremony. Now, we are brothers forever!
About the twenty-sixth Disciple of the Clan Moy Jo Lei Ou, and now the Daai Si hing of our Clan, who attends as Cledimilson Coutinho(photo). About him, I'm not going to write anything. Because this photo talks a lot about him and his journey already. This photo also speaks a little of the journey of all of us. And maybe, this photo speaks, what a Baai Si means.

The second ceremony in which I participated, was to access the Cham Kiu. In Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence, we do not do the so-called "belt exams" for someone to go to the next level. Even because we do not use belts. My Si Fu (Cantonese dialect word for "Master") once told me that if you know your partner will know at what level he is, then the belt becomes unnecessary.
(The whole place for the Ceremony, the invitations, the restaurante
for the lunch after, were organized by the practitioners theirselves)
In our institution we use the Ceremonial Procedures, which are events with certain formalities listed in procedures. In which the practitioner has the opportunity to organize the event with the help of an older member, to explore other aspects of leadership, interpersonality and other possibilities. In a different scenario of sessions in which learning techniques.
In the ceremony that I would access the second level of Ving Tsun, I found myself with 16 years old(photo above). It was a Saturday morning and basically all my family members were present. At the time, the practice of Ving Tsun still counted as a hobby for my parents. This ceremony was within the old Jacarepagua School and was well filled. I still wore "gliding" hair-cut style, wore All-Stars snickers and did not feel so nervous so ... However, sixteen years have passed in a flash. I put my white blazer on a hanger not to knead and my bag on the other shoulder. I was wearing black shoes, black trousers and a black "Tong Jong" (traditional Chinese blouse) . Another ceremony would happen, another ceremony in the "Mo Gun" (practice location). But this time would be different ... It was the second ceremony in which I was the "Si Fu" getting new members in my family Kung Fu. In this second ceremony, I also was not nervous.
II Ato Cerimonial da Família Moy Fat Lei
II Ceremonial Act of Moy Fat Lei Family
The day had started with a breakfast in the morning between me, my Kung Fu brothers and my Si Fu . From there, we went to the Mo Gun and I could go with Si Fu in his car. We talked a bit and get in the building, we ended up spending by a mishap with one of the employees of the business building where his Mo Gun is allocated. It was very interesting to see how Si Fu handled the situation. The "student of Kung Fu" in Cantonese is called "To Dai." "To Dai" refers to "one who follows." Following a Si Fu, it is able to witness moments like this, in which a punch or a kick not solve, on the contrary, could create a big problem! When we watch Si Fu in those moments so we have a chance to learn, and these moments we call "Kung Fu Life" ...
(Photo of Si Fu with his younger daughter, the gymnast Julia Camacho in a breakfast just before we go for a ceremony at the new address of Copacabana School.
On this occasion he talked a little about ways to dress well.)
Upon entering the Mo Gun, I was greeted by some of my Kung Fu brothers and To Dai. Some chairs were arranged so that the audience could sit. At times like these, I usually understand better Kung Fu and things from many years before wich I did not understand at the time. A week before this event, Si Fu talked to my Kung Fu brother , Rodrigo Moreira on how to dress, during breakfast before we go to the new address of Copacabana School: Si Fu told Rodrigo that when we want to dress ourselves, we must take into account three factors: The circumstances, our style and our financial condition. Si Fu said that if we put our style above circumstances, we have little chance of being inappropriate for the event itself in the end.
(Photo of Si Fu and Si Gung in the 90's , when Ace of Base and Corona
were still playing on the radio )
Não estou me referindo a usar roupas caras.
I always saw Si Fu and Si Gung very well dressed at times like these. I'm not referring to wear expensive clothes. But, they were aligned, appropriate to the occasion. And even among many practitioners, they could stand out with their clothes. Si Fu had already talked about it with me on another occasion: We were having soup some night of 2013 and he praised the clothes I wore, ". This fits well on you" - Si Fu said that in addition to trim, had noticed that I had "assumed" my clothing. He called my attention to the fact when we see someone with a super outfit, but it seems that is not the person's clothes- "It is because the person is wearing clothes but does not assume it" - he commented.
(Singing along with Si Fu during his b-day party in 2006 : 37 years old at the time!)
I found myself thinking a lot about what clothes to use that morning, and I ended up going out to buy the "Tong Jong" I wore. Use "Tong Jong" with a blazer over it, it is something I do since 2006, when I thought of what to wear, to sing during the birthday party of Si Fu. But at that time, I was only thinking on style ... This time, out into the mall because I took into account these three factors. And I can not tell if I was the more well dressed in the room, but so little was someone who took the best clothes in the closet or worse: ironed Any clothes and dressed. On the anniversary of Si Gung (the term we use for "Si Fu" of your "Si Fu"), his wife, Mrs. Vanise Imamura whom we refer to as "Si Taai", remembered something: She drew attention to how everyone was well dressed. and made mention of the fact of having known everyone there very young and clueless on how to be properly dressed for a particular occasion ...
à mesa ancestral no Clã Moy Jo Lei Ou)
(Si Fu talks a little about some procedures on the ancestors table in Moy Jo Lei Ou Clan)
The morning started with a small chat with Si Fu, in which he could talk about for example, how do we offer a 'Hung baau " to someone, we give it to with the desire written turned to the person. Similarly, when we put a Hung baau in the ancestral table container, the desire may be facing the ancestral wall. "Hung baau" are red envelopes with wishes written in golden ideograms on the outside, where inside the person who offer deposit a sum of money. The "Hung baau" in classical Chinese culture symbolizes a desire that you have for someone, and money is the materialized form of its energy to the desire happen. The amount inside a Hung Baau will according to circumstances. But we know that we should avoid coins, the smallest banknote currency and numbers ending in four. We must also avoid wrinkling or tangle money within the Hung baau. Once Si Fu saw how I was keeping my money inside my wallet and asked me to take it in his hands. When picked up, he removed all the money and was organizing them: "... You put the largest to smallest, newest to oldest ..." - Si Fu at the end deposited the money in the wallet again and told me : "... If you do not handle money well, it will go away ..."

(On the last visit of Patriarch Moy Yat to Brazik, next to his wife in the photo above, Mrs. Helen Moy. He sits in one of the chairs that make up the group that is now used for our ancestor table in the Barra School)
The ceremony started and the first to be presented was Alan Farias. Alan is older than I, a native of Bahia State and passing through different professions. As I listened to the presentation about him, I sat in the chair reserved to Si Fu location. But I was at Mo Gun of my own Si Fu. That is to say, I was sitting in his chair! In turn, Si Fu sat in the chair reserved for Si Gung (Si Fu's Si Fu)of that Mo Gun. For me it was very exciting! Maybe for you that is reading not make much sense, but once Si Fu questioned me: "Pereira, Do you know the difference between a human and other animals? Our ability to symbols things. For example, for a dog. or a turtle. a steak or a lettuce is just food, but for us, we can even go out to dinner with someone to be with the person, not for the food itself. Do you understand that? " - These words came to mind as I sat in that chair that has welcomed Patriarch Moy Yat, Grand Master Leo Imamura and my own Master Julio Camacho. And I, "just a lad" sitting there. How could it? - I can explain by saying that my Si Fu legitimized it, so it was okay ...
(Si Fu with his eldest daughter, Jade Camacho, in 2003. In the background the window where three years before he talked to me for the first about not getting in and out in the Mo Gun just for practice.)
Certa vez eu estava ainda no Siu Nim Tau, primeiro nível do Sistema Ving Tsun.
The second to be presented to us was Thiago Quental. Thiago has the same age as me and lives near the Mo Gun of Meier neighborhood. Whenever I saw Thiago arrive at Mo Gun, he seemed in a hurry. At the end of the sessions, this also happened. I never asked if he was really in a hurry ... But he was just as relaxed, his entry in the Family was made ... Once I was still in Siu Nim Tau, the first level of Ving Tsun. It was early 2000 and I and another boy who had made the admission ceremony in the family with me, as well as Alan and Thiago, was standing with me before Si Fu to our practice. That day however, Si Fu decided to do something different: He asked us to be running every move of Siu Nim Tau, as he spoke the name of each device and explaining, through playful examples, its name in Portuguese and what they meant. At the end, he asked the two of us to do the Siu Nim Tau and we spoke the name and the translation of each movement. My Kung Fu brother did not remember, but I could remember all and all translations ... At the end, hastily prepared to leave. Si Fu called me in the corner while the others practiced and said something like:. "Thiago,I was impressed today with your memory capacity . You see that the guy could not remember everything, but you did ... I was really impressed because Chinese is not an easy language. See? " - He paused supported one of his hands on the windows, back to it looking at me who was standing in front of him and continued: "... So I wanted you to think better about being able to be more in Mo Gun, be more together to the Family, because I think you has potential for much more. But if you come and go away always in a hurry forever, we can not explore it ... ".

(Si Fu delivers the honor to pose for picture with me and the two new members of the Thirteenth Generation: Thiago Quental, wearing red and Alan Farias standing on the right..)
By the way, Si Fu has been talking a lot about to respect the time of each person. As a Si Fu, I hope to respect the time of each To Dai as my moments were respected. Without giving up the challenges! But without pushing anyone! That was the LV Traditional Ceremony of Moy Jo Lei Ou Clan which my Kung Fu Family is part. And Alan Farias and Thiago Quental are the two new members of the Thirteenth Generation of Lineage Moy Yat. Both presented by Rodrigo Moreira "Moy Mo Lei" on 30 July 2016.

(O amigo Iron , meu irmõ Kung Fu Rodrigo Moreira e eu , segurando
My friend Iron, my Si Dai Rodrigo Moreira and I, holding part of my fan material about "The Matrix" in 2003 during a trip)
Once Si Fu asked me if I could tell the difference between Noah (from the Bible) and Neo (from The Matrix). While driving heading to his former residence, he told me that Noah would have been chosen. But the character of Keanu Reeves, "Neo", had "decided to be chosen." When we speak of being "The One" referring to ourselves, a certain presumption can be passed. That is not the case, although my justification not help. Si Fu just commented that in Kung Fu you could be "chosen" by acclamation from the others, or because the Si Fu said so or because the person chose to be. You know, no matter how many chances you have in life. If you do not take it, it will disappear, like tears in rain ... I love the movie "The Matrix" to this day, but never thought that way ...
Aquela conversa me lembrou da emocionante cena do filme "Falcão, o Campeão dos Campeões"(Over the Top,1987) [no vídeo acima]quando a personagem de Stallone, Lincoln Hawk, diz para seu filho quando ele pensa em desistir: "...The world meets nobody halfway...If you want something... You gotta take it.. You gotta take it..."
That conversation reminded me of the exciting scene from "Over the Top"(1987) [in the video above] when the character of Stallone, Lincoln Hawk , says to his son when he thinks about giving up: ". ..the world meets nobody halfway ... If you want something ... you gotta take it .. you gotta take it ... "

So was the area reserved for celebrations at the residence of my Si Dai Rodrigo Moreira on the night of last Saturday. When I came across this scene, my heart pounded hard. But much earlier, I arranged myself in Mo Gun in Meier to wait for my fiancee and we drove there. I remembered the conversation with Si Fu and Stallone's movie scene: It really would be a single night. From that point, publicly I would accept my first To Dai, Si Fu would be called Si Gung and Si Gung would be called Si Taai Gung from now on. Since these To Dai be the first members of the Thirteenth Generation ...
The ancestral table was very well prepared. Carlos Antunes was doing the Ceremonial Opening and I was flanked by my fiancee and my Si Fu. Also present were the family leaders of Rio de Janeiro and my Si Hing Leonardo Reis, Master of Twelfth Generation just like me. I thought I would be crying in this ceremony, but after a conversation with Si Fu by phone that afternoon, I reflected and concludes to what extent this would steal attention just for me. And that night was not just mine. It was a night of a lot of people who "decided to become the chosen one" ,,, And other more, on the path of that decision ...
(Thats me in 1994 in my former school reading a poem , trying to beat my friend Bruna.
But she won and became years later a writer of poems in Brazil)
In 1994, when I arrived in front of all the children and youth from kinder garden to the senior year of high school as well as parents of students, faculty and staff holding, my poetry called "citizenship begins at home." Many thought I would stutter. I found ... But remember how my will to win Bruna, Ricardo Israel and Carlos Duarte was so great that I did the best I could read. At the end, the coordinator said, "Very good!" - I remember I looked forward, and only then I was back. As I read, I went into a trance and all around were gone, and only when she spoke to me I heard the palms ....
22 years later, my fianceé Vanessa ,that in that poetry occasion, was watching me from the line of the third grade of elementary school, sat beside me as Si Mo of my family. And I was with the microphone in hand again. This time however, no paper, no poetry, no friends to compete ... but with great responsibility, to initiate a process and preserve a legacy. I could not give me the right to cry, to stutter, losing focus ... And finally, I have a little glimpse of what Si Fu told me about those who practice "Baat Jaam Do": "... You will change Pereira, this will become evident even for other people ... "
The first person to perform the ceremonial procedures was Jaqueline Tergolina. A Karateka from the south of the country that has as her main feature a very contagious smile. Taking Mo Gun whenever she is present. thus changing the "spirit" of who is practicing with her. The person is not "trainning" fight with her, but "playing" Kung fu ....
As I was speaking, I realized the look of Si Fu on me. I remember the Si Suk Ursula telling me about "peripheral vision" when I was practicing Siu Nim Tau in 1999 or 2000. Because while looking Jaqueline and spoke to her, I could see Si Fu extremely attentive to me. But instead of getting nervous with his imposing presence. I preferred to find him my point of support. And each his head swung positive, went in my reasoning, if he remained quiet for a long time, I had a few thousandths of a second to decide where to go. Along this, I needed to be connected to the person I was talking, in this case, Jaqueline.
Si Fu always tells us the importance of Kung Fu Family as his greatest asset and the value he gives to it. Sitting there, watching and listening intently my Si Dai Rodrigo Moreira presenting Vitor Sá, it came to mind. Witnessing people like Jaqueline earlier, and there now Vitor, being open to receive this legacy is something very special.
I could also feel for a second, which seems to be the unbeatable focus of Si Fu: Just trust placed in us by our own Si Fu.
Sitting there, it was not something I decided alone, was not something I wanted, was something that was delivered to me, and so I had no doubts about getting care for Jaqueline and Vitor, although keep in mind the long way we have as Si Fu - To Dai ahead
Fabio Sá "Moy Sa" a.k.a.
Fabio Sa "Moy Sa" a.k.a. "Fabiosa" appeared in Mo Gun with a pair of cruches and a committed ankle that would make it impossible to practice at that time. Still, it was his presentation and promised to return soon. In the middle of this gap, Fabiosa sent some emails asking not to forget it. As the Mo Gun would disappear. And when he finally appeared, three months later, he insisted on me paying three months in advance ...
Fabiosa is someone apparently serious, and sometimes forgets one thing here and there, but his commitment is undeniable since his beginning.
So when he presented Pedro Pavioti as his Gaai Siu Yan, for me and my fiancee , I knew he was in good hands. Pavioti, as I call him, seems to have well chosen his formal presenter or "Gaai Siu Yan." I hope he can also take his Si Suk Fabiosa as a good example that the odds are there to be explored and exploited.
Speaking of Fabiosa, I was with him and Granado, another Si Dai, when we sat with Andre Torres, whom Fabiosa also presented that night, we saw him get emotional enough as we were talking about Kung Fu Family during an opportunity drinking coffee together on some afternoon ... Andre was moved again in his ceremony. But there's no problem. In Family Kung Fu all of us cried all the time. Knowing yourself is not easy. But more exciting still come across others willing to know more you too. .. - The sinologist Anne Cheng wrote: "... The big reason of learning is, therefore, become" a good man "In other words, taken from a great Confucian thinker of the century XI, 'learning is learning to do oneself a human being '... No expression better than this to say that the human being is something you learn to be... "
ZiGong: "Como explicais isto?"
Quem me conheceria, exceto o Céu?" (XIV,37)
Finally, Luan introduced himself to everyone and besides speaking a few words about his motives, his time and other issues that marked his choice to enter the Family, he spoke rather particular issues.
Luan is someone who has great ideas and big dreams. There is a dialogue in the Analects of Confucius between him and a disciple who reminds me Luan:
"Confucius sighed:" I remain unknown to all "!
Zigong: "How explain this?"
Confucius: "I do not accuse Heaven, do not complain of men. My study is modest, but my goal is high Who know me, except heaven..?" (XIV, 37)

(MYVT Meier School - Some day in 2011: Pedro Freire helps to put on the "Sam Wai"
on the "Jing Tong" with his Si Suk Rodrigo Caputo)
Pedro Freire, grew under my eyes, grew Moy Yat Ving Tsun Meier School, grew up together with me. And unlike the five To Dai of Family Moy Fat Lei admitted that noght, the now adult who seeks his professional path, decided to join my family after authorization from Si Fu, now, his Si Gung.
Pedro, with the consent of Si Fu, became the "Daai Si Hing" of Moy Fat Lei Family.
I made a mistake when I ordered the certificate of Pedro Freire to the official issuer of certificates, Mr. Flavio Caxiano, my Si Suk. And so, supporting me in the potential of the situation, I gave him my pin with the symbol of the Great Clan Moy Yat Sang received by me directly from Si Gung on his birthday in 2015 in Rio de Janeiro. This pin can only be used by members of the Great Clan. And in the Lineage Moy Yat, is one of only two Great Clans to be allowed to have its own symbol.
That night, I hugged each admitted to my family, I hugged my fiancee, Si Fu hugged me. I leave here but the only picture of these hugs registered, then with Pedro Freire. Because I hope that this is the road traveled by the members of this new family supported on the image of their Si hing ...
...A road that I learnt to walk with my Si Fu... A road from heart to heart...

Once, there was a man playing a drum in the square of a village. Every day he repeated the same act. Beside him, a plate with some Chinese characters saying "Join me to change the world!" . But even playing with all the vigor every day, no one joined him. A boy who lived near there, always passed him early in the morning and saw him do it every day. The boy felt very embarrassed at the scene, because imagine how anyone could change the world playing a drum. One day when he passed the man's drum, he stood before him and said, ".Old man, see you drumming here every day do not see that it is a waste of time and people are making fun of you" - The man stopped playing and he stared at the young man and the young man continued, "I'll leave this miserable place today to the capital there will be no crazy people like you!" - As soon as the boy turned his back, the man returned to drum hard. Ten years have passed and the boy returned. He had already forgotten the drum man, but when he stopped near his home, could not believe the sound he was hearing from the main square: the same drum, the same sound, the same board and the same man now older. A little more mature, the young man entered his home, took a drum wich his family used in celebrations and went to the square. He stood beside the man, and began playing at the same pace, with the same hard, feeling that the man deserved that support. When the man paused for lunch, they both stopped and the man did not say a word. So, the young man said to him: "Old man, I told you It's been ten years and no one joined your cause! How about that? Do you really think You´ve changed the world? " The old man stopped eating for a moment, held the two sticks, looked at the young man and said, "No, but If I had Stopped. The world would had changed me." The boy fell to the ground playing both knees, both hands and forehead. Made this gesture three times. He got up, took the drum and began playing even harder. The man smiled and continued eating lunch.

Last Saturday, the man I met "playing a drum" called "Ving Tsun" , my Si Fu, make me transform myself to take responsibility to start my Kung Fu Family. And this story of the boy and the drum man, Si Fu told me a long time ago , but I dont know the reason he told me ,and I doubt very much that it has been told me this way. But in Kung Fu, I learned that the "shape" is not the most important, but rather what we can convey to the heart. And know this, I understand that even with my limitations, Si Fu allowed me to start my own family, and gave his consent publicly when sat next to me and my fianceé on the last Saturday ceremony. There is no greater sign of support of a Si Fu to the work of his To Dai than to be present on the day to day of his disciple´s Kung Fu Family and especially at formal events ..
I invite everyone to the next few days, read how was the LIII Traditional Ceremony of Moy Jo Lei Ou Clan, which occurred the I Traditional Ceremony Moy Fat Lei Family. Also, know the first members of the Thirteenth Generation of Moy Yat Lineage in Latin America. I hope you join me now too read about me"playing my own drum" ...

Hoje eu tenho... Mas ainda não muito..rs
My "Introducer" ( "Gai Siu Yan) was my Si Suk, Master Ricardo Queiroz (wearing white in the background), in the picture above, I give one Hung baau (Red Envelope) to Si Fu. I was only 15, and did not understand the function of Hung baau. Over the years, I understand that Hung baau you give formally has among other things, the possibility of "pay for the work that your Si Fu will have with you." -. the problem is: How to measure it if at that moment I could not reach all the work I have given and continue giving to Si Fu? I would not be able to give a Hung baau. So that delivery is symbolic, however, must be understood as soon as possible. In order to understand the delivery of Hung baau as a device for the development of Kung Fu of the practitioner. At the same time, I once again comes to mind the words that reached me by Si Taai Gung Moy Yat: "You will never be able to give a quantity of Hung baau enough to pay everything you Si Fu has done for you." - That night I did not have the minimum condition to understand this speech. Today I have ... But still not much...

When we practice Siu Nim Tau, we see 180º . This part is the 'bright" one. of the Siu Nim Tau, but there is all the other 180º behind us we can not see. A "dark part" that complements the "Bright", but we often dont see it as part of the whole. I am saying this because so much care that Si Fu had to me these years and I realized it was just the "Bright" part of the caring that I could see. Much more, was not noticeable to me, which does not mean it did not exist, but that was just in the "dark".. Good to live with Si Fu over the years, is to give time for the cycle change, and what was in the dark comes to light. And you can understand, perhaps years later, the careful attention that yoour Si Fu always had with you. At least in my case ... Or maybe not as epic as well ... Maybe you have just been "stupid" to understand ... Well .. It seems that this can also be my case...lol
In the picture we can see the moment of "Siu Nim Do" before being accepted in the Family. Si Suk Queiroz and Si Fu observe carefully. I did the best I could, thought my experiences with "Poom See" from Tae Kwon Do had helped. And at the end, Si Fu said: "Siu Nim Do very well done!" - Inside me I felt the rejoicing that was stopped immediately when Si Fu added: "Very good Queiroz, congratulations!" . I really could not understand why he was congratulating Si Suk Queiroz since I was the one who had run it. To be honest, I remember that at the time also crossed my mind that his participation was not as important..lol And just my "intensive training" which lasted until the afternoon in the backyard of my grandmother had been effective.
(Photo of the first group I taught in Meier when Si Fu made his first visit )
Only years later (photo), when I took a place to teach in Meier, which operated within a school dance. I realized that absolutely everything that I proposed as mobilization practices, came from some memory of some time with Si Fu: An analogy, a story, etc ... An ability that the technique does not reach. And with that, if someone saw me and thought good about what was being done, would congratulate Si Fu and not me..lol But I would understand this time. So, I understood when Si Fu call me once after I before demonstrating a movement said "Look, I did not do that for a long time right?" - Si Fu said: "You should never apologize for your Kung Fu is what you have at that moment, you need to play honestly ...."
Si Fu led me to the former panel of members (photo) in which held my photo as a member of Kung Fu Family. And he said to me two things I have written here a few hundred times: "Every practitioner who enters the Kung Fu Family, has the power to change its story. Never forget that.." - Si Fu said other things, but I can only remember what he said last: "I hope that this moment is not by chance."
Tiramos algumas fotos de registro e estava encerrado. Eu mal podia acreditar! Tudo tinha durado cerca de 40 minutos. Algo devia estar errado!
We took some photos and finish! I could hardly believe it! It lasted about 40 minutes. Something must be wrong! At the time, I could not understand that any landmark in the journey of a practitioner, are moments that happen before, during and after. Again speaking of "bright" and "dark", we can only see the part of the process that is in the light, usually the during the event itself or "Trans-event."

Therefore, in conversation with Si Gung (photo) with my Kung Fu brother Fabiosa about the last event held in Rio, he told us something very important: "There is a Chinese proverb that says: 'One day, one life' . If we really understand the processes that we live, we can see the opportunities that we have lost all the time ... One day is enough. you do not need more ... One day... One life ... "
