THE NEW SENIOR MASTERS OF MOY YAT LINEAGE FROM RIO , BRAZIL.

Até o momento em que meu Si Fu disse “Está aberta a Cerimônia” no púlpito do salão 2 do Hotel Radisson, muita coisa aconteceu.
Si Suk Ursula embarcava com seu marido Ricardo Lopes para Portugal , bem no momento em que a maioria das decisões e mobilizações sobre o evento seriam tomadas.  Ficando à cargo de seus discípulos, a condução direta do processo em seu lugar.
Voltando um pouco no tempo, mais precisamente para 2015. Os Núcleos do Rio de Janeiro se uniram para realizar o aniversário do Si Gung em nossa cidade, bem como, o instrumento “Visita Oficial da Liderança da MYVTMI”.
Naqueles tempos, eu representei meu Si Fu à seu pedido junto à Si Suk Ursula, Si Suk Queiroz e Si Suk Felipe. Por isso , acredito que a viagem à Portugal veio em boa hora. Pois demonstrou que com o passar de poucos anos, seus discípulos, aceitos naquele mesmo ano. Poderiam conduzir o processo.

By the time my Si Fu said "The Ceremony began!" on the tribune of Hall 2 of the Radisson Hotel, a lot happened.
Si Suk Ursula embarked with her husband Ricardo Lopes for Portugal, at the moment when the majority of the decisions and mobilizations about this event would be taken. So their disciples, took the charge  of the the direct conduction of the process in their place.
Going back a bit in time, more precisely to 2015. The schools of Rio de Janeiro united to celebrate the anniversary of Si Gung in our city, as well as the tool of our official program: "Official Visit of Leadership of MYVT."
In those times, I represented my Si Fu at his request and I had to deal along with Si Suk Ursula, Si Suk Queiroz and Si Suk Felipe. So I think the trip to Portugal came in good time. Because demonstrated that with the passing of a few years, that her disciples, accepted that same year. They could lead the process.

Do outro lado, tivemos  Pedro Lamarão à frente da Família Moy Ke Lo Si representando seu Si Fu, meu Si Suk Ricardo Queiroz.
Lembro de recentemente em um determinado evento do Núcleo Centro, ouvir Lamarão dizer que não tinha de fato participado da organização . Portanto, no novo ciclo que se seguiu, exatamente tudo o que envolvia a Cerimônia de Titulação de seu Si Fu. Pedro Lamarão foi fundamental, sempre com muito bom humor, para que tudo ficasse maravilhosamente inesquecível como todos os presentes no último Sábado puderam constatar.

On the other side, we had Pedro Lamarão at the head of the Moy Ke Lo Si Family representing his Si Fu, my Si Suk Ricardo Queiroz.
I remember recently in a certain event of the Si Suk Queiroz´s School, to hear from Lamarão that he had not really participated in the organization. So, in the new cycle that followed, exactly everything that involved the Ceremony of Senior Master Titling of his Si Fu. Pedro Lamarão was fundamental, always with a good mood, so that everything was wonderfully unforgettable as everyone present last Saturday could see.

Ainda não tinha clareado quando saí de minha nova moradia , o Mo Gun da Família Moy Fat Lei no Méier, para buscar na rodoviária o querido Si Suk Rodrigo Giarola. 

Si Suk Rodrigo Giarola é um Mestre Classe Qualificado pela Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence, e um querido amigo, com o qual pude me aproximar mais nos últimos anos. 

O que muita gente fora da Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence não sabe, é que se trata de um perito na confecção dos “Jiu Paai”, que são placas de madeira que servem como símbolos de legitimidade para o novo titulado. 

It was dawn when I left my new house, the Mo Gun of the Moy Fat Lei Family in Meier, to get the beloved Si Suk Rodrigo Giarola at the bus station.

Si Suk Rodrigo Giarola is a Master Class Qualified by Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence, and a dear friend, with whom I have been able to get closer in recent years.

What many people outside of Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence do not know, is that he is an ultimate expert in the making of "Jiu Paai", which are wooden boards that serve as symbols of legitimacy for the new titled.

Todo o processo de confecção destas placas, passa por uma cuidadosa escolha do tipo de madeira e do tempo certo para trabalhar na mesma. Nem muito envelhecida nem muito verde. Além disso, a constante tensão durante o entalhe do artífice , que não permite o erro.  Um entalhe equivocado, e toda madeira pode ter que ser descartada. 

Nos encontramos na rodoviária, e seguimos papeando de carro até um café em Copacabana.  Lá a conversa prosseguiu, passando por diferentes temas à respeito de carreira e escolhas profissionais e particulares minhas e dele. 

Para mim, foi um momento muito significativo, pois estamos em fases parecidas de nossas vidas, com alguns processos similares como viver em um Mo Gun. 

The entire process of making these boards involves a careful choice of the type of wood and the right time to work on it. Neither too old nor too green. In addition, the constant tension during the notch of the craftsman, which does not allow the error. A wrong notch, and all wood may have to be discarded.

We met at the bus station, and we continued to drive to a café in Copacabana. There the conversation went on, going through different topics regarding our careers and professional and personal choices of mine and him.

For me, it was a very significant moment because we are in similar phases of our lives, with some similar processes like living in a Mo Gun.

Quando cheguei com Si Fu a noite no salão do hotel, Si Gung estava ladeado por alguns membros das Famílias Moy Lin Mah e Moy Ke Lo Si. Si Suk Felipe Soares, tirava suas dúvidas sobre a condução do evento, já que seria o “Mestre de Cerimônias”(M.C.) .

Eu fiquei por ali, disponível caso fosse necessário. Outras pessoas foram chegando, incluindo meus próprios irmãos Kung Fu, e muita gente me cumprimentava. Pessoas de diferentes Núcleos e diferentes épocas, apareceram para prestigiar. 

When I arrived with Si Fu at night in the hotel lounge, Si Gung was flanked by some members of the Moy Lin Mah and Moy Ke Lo Si Families. Si Suk Felipe Soares, was talking about his doubts about the conduct of the event, since he would be the "Master of Ceremonies "(Host).

I stood around, available if I had to. Other people came, including my own Kung Fu brothers, and many people greeted me. People from different schools and different times, appeared to give prestige to the event.

Abri um sorriso quando vi Eduardo Esteves , discípulo do Si Suk Ricardo Queiroz, sempre com sua energia contagiante. E “Pulava” de uma roda de bate-papo para outra, até que a Cerimônia finalmente estava para começar. 

I opened a smile when I saw Eduardo Esteves, disciple of Si Suk Ricardo Queiroz, always with his contagious energy. And I went from one chat wheel to another, until the Ceremony was finally to begin.

Me posicionei ao lado do púlpito(foto), pois seria um “Assistente de Cerimônias”. Basicamente meu trabalho seria levar os símbolos de legitimidade da mesa de apoio até os titulandos e depois colocá-las no lugar de origem novamente.  

Parado ali na frente, enquanto os nomes dos participantes da Cerimônia eram anunciados e aplaudidos na sequência, observei cada rosto que pude

I positioned myself next to the tribune (photo), because I would be an "Assistant of Ceremonies". Basically my job would be to take the symbols of legitimacy from the support table to the new Senior Masters and then put them back in its place of origin.

Standing there at the front as the names of the participants of the Ceremony were announced and applauded in the sequence I look as many faces as I could.

Alguns destes rostos ,estavam escondidos pelas sombras ao fundo da sala, formavam silhuetas atentas ao que estava para acontecer.  Vi a Rebeka, filha de Si Suk Ursula, na primeira fila com sua avó. A mesma cena de oito anos atrás, quando ela ainda tinha dois aninhos e sua mãe era titulada Mestra Classe Qualificada.  

Some, hidden by the shadows at the far end of the room,I could see their silhouettes paying attention in  what was about to happen. I saw Rebeka, Si Suk Ursula's daughter, in the front row with her grandmother. The same scene eight years ago, when she was still two years old.

Si Gung(FOTO) após ser anunciado e aplaudido pelos presentes, se dirigiu até à mesa ancestral e prestou reverência . Seu gesto foi seguido pelos demais Mestres presentes até que todos ocupassem seus lugares de honra na Cerimônia. Com exceção minha e do Si Suk Felipe, que permanecêssemos em nossas posições. 

Si Gung (Photo) after being announced and applauded by those present, went to the ancestral table and bowed to the ancestors. His gesture was followed by the other Masters present until all of them occupied their places of honor in the Ceremony. With the exception of myself and Si Suk Felipe, who  remain in our positions.

 Si Gung fez uma breve explicação sobre cada símbolo de legitimidade a ser entregue naquela noite. Ele comentou que esta entrega esta apoiada na tradição chamada "Yi But Jan Chuen". Esta tradição refere-se ao processo no qual um monge entregava a seu discípulo sua veste e seu pote como símbolos de que seu conhecimento havia sido passado a esta pessoa. 

Si Gung começou falando do "Documento Oficial de promoção para a Classe Mestre Senior". O qual é preparado pelo emissor único de certificados : Mestre Flavio Caxiano. 

Si Gung made a brief explanation of each symbol of legitimacy to be delivered that night. He commented that this delivery is based on the tradition called "Yi But Jan Chuen". This tradition refers to the process in which a monk gave his disciple his robe and his pot as symbols that his knowledge had been passed on to this person.

Si Gung started by speaking of the "Official Promotion Document for the Senior Master Class". Which is prepared by the single certificate issuer: Master Flavio Caxiano.

À meia luz, permaneci de pé ao lado de Si Gung(FOTO) enquanto segurava o segundo símbolo de legitimidade para que ele pudesse falar a seu respeito. Tratava-se do "Painel de Registro Sigilar dos Domínios do Sistema Ving Tsun". 

Este símbolo parece despertar grande satisfação em Si Gung, já que não é a primeira vez que o escuto dizer : "Olha a qualidade das fotos... Dá pra ver melhor do que no original...(sorriso)"

In the dim light, I stood beside Si Gung (PHOTO) as I held the second symbol of legitimacy so he could talk about it. It was the "Sigil Registering Panel of Ving Tsun Domains".

This symbol seems to arouse great satisfaction in Si Gung, since it is not the first time I hear him say: "Look at the quality of the photos ... You can see better than in the original ... (smile)"

Fiquei pensando no que passava na cabeça de cada um dos titulandos naquela noite a cada símbolo de legitimidade que recebiam e a cada palavra que ouviam. Si Suk Queiroz, por ser o mais antigo, foi o primeiro a ser titulado. Em suas palavras ao microfone, Si Suk agradeceu tudo que foi feito por ele à pessoas de sua família e do círculo marcial como meu Si Fu e Si Gung. Suas palavras me tocaram quando falou de seu irmão e de sua esposa.  Ele também aproveitou para ressaltar, ao ler seu discurso, da oportunidade de participar desta cerimônia em conjunto com sua irmã Kung Fu , a Mestra Ursula Lima. 

I kept thinking about what was going on in each of the new Senior Class Masters heads that night at every symbol of legitimacy they received and every word they heard. Si Suk Queiroz, being the oldest, was the first to be titled. In his words to the microphone, Si Suk thanked all that was done for him from people in his family and the martial circle as my Si Fu and Si Gung. His words touched me when he spoke of his brother and his wife. He also took the opportunity to emphasize, in reading his speech, the opportunity to participate in this ceremony together with his sister Kung Fu, Master Ursula Lima.

Si Suk Ursula estava visivelmente emocionada desde o início. Perguntei para ela antes mesmo da Cerimônia começar se estava nervosa, ela sorriu e citou um imprevisto que aconteceu antes do início do evento. 

Ao entregar os símbolos de legitimidade em suas mãos, era possível ver seu sorriso e satisfação pelo que estava alcançando naquele momento. Ela agradeceu seus familiares e ao Si Fu e Si Gung, mas fez questão também de agradecer à sua Família Kung Fu Moy Lin Mah, que lhe proporciona exercer essa função sem paralelos de ser uma "Si Fu". Por fim, ela frisou o fato de termos uma "cadeira feminina" no Conselho de Mestres Seniores a partir daquele ponto. 

Si Suk Ursula was visibly moved from the start. I asked her before even the Ceremony started if she was nervous, she smiled and quoted an unforeseen event that happened before the event started.

By delivering the symbols of legitimacy into her hands, it was possible to see her smile and satisfaction at what she was achieving at that moment. She thanked her relatives and Si Fu and Si Gung, but she also thanked her Kung Fu Family Moy Lin Mah, who provides her with this unparalleled function of being a "Si Fu". Finally, she stressed the fact that we had a "female chair" on the Council of Senior Masters from that point on.

Si Fu(FOTO) estava muito emocionado em vários momentos da Cerimônia. São mais de 25 anos de trajetória , sendo que em muitos destes anos, a presença marcante dos dois novos Mestres Seniores, foi fundamental em sua carreira, assim como a sua própria, foi fundamental na carreira deles. 

Para mim, da fala de Si Fu naquela noite, o ponto mais emblemático foi quando citou seus avós, que são os mesmos de Si Suk Ursula , já que são primos. E do quanto estariam orgulhosos de vê-la naquele momento. 

Si Fu foi as lágrimas quando disse isso, assim como Si Suk Ursula que estava sentada à poucos metros de distância. A mim, surpreendeu esta fala de Si Fu, que sempre busca ser muito racional e propositivo em suas colocações. 

Si Fu (PHOTO) was very emotional at various moments of the Ceremony. There are more than 25 years of experience, and in many of these years, the remarkable presence of the two new Senior Masters, was fundamental in his career, as well as his own, was fundamental in their career.

For me, from Si Fu's speech that night, the most emblematic point was when he quoted his grandparents, who are the same as Si Suk Ursula, since they are cousins. And how proud they would be to see her now.

Confesso que sentar junto dos Mestres ainda me é estranho(FOTO). São pessoas que me conheceram criança e que hoje dividem este lugar de honra comigo. Por isso, me senti mais tranquilo em ocupar esta cadeira naquela noite, quando estas duas pessoas tão importantes em minha trajetória diretamente, ocuparam um lugar de maior destaque como Mestres de Classe Senior.

So I felt more at ease in occupying this chair that night, when these two people who were so important in my trajectory directly, occupied a place of greater prominence as Masters of Senior Class.

Encerro citando em partes a fala de Ricardo Lopes, marido da Si Suk Ursula Lima durante o jantar de celebração. Ricardo se colocou como um representante dos familiares presentes. Discorreu sobre o quanto muitas vezes acompanhar o namorado(a), esposa(o), etc... A estes eventos , muitas vezes pode parecer não faze muito sentido. Mas ele falou da importância de que quando amamos a pessoa passa a ser importante para nós também. - "...A Ursula sempre buscou isso... Sei o quanto ela está feliz..." - Disse ele satisfeito pela conquista de sua companheira de vida.

MYVT MEIER RUNNIN' WILD AGAIN

As coisas às vezes parecem que não vão bem. Lembro de perder a conta de quantas vezes assisti todos os filmes do Rocky Balboa naquele início de 2011, para buscar a motivação necessária para seguir em frente. E em momentos mais solitários costumava funcionar.
Porém, um livro que ganhei de presente do meu irmão Kung Fu Daniel de Caires, me marcaria profundamente naquele ano. A biografia oficial de um dos meus heróis de infância: Hulk Hogan, ícone do WWE. 
O livro "My Life Outside the Ring" fora importado carinhosamente por este irmão Kung Fu. Li vorazmente em poucos dias. E pude acompanhar a incrível história de superação deste atleta. 
Curiosamente, o próprio Hulk Hogan postou uma foto minha (imagem acima), em uma de suas antigas redes sociais, segurando o livro com a seguinte legenda:  "Hulkamaniac do Rio de Janeiro, Brasil: Thiago Pereira, 27 anos de idade."
Nas promoções de suas lutas, Hulk Hogan sempre dizia : " What´cha gonna do when Hulk Hogan runs wild over you!" (risos)... Estava tão empolgado com o livro, que naquele ano, muitos dos títulos de minhas postagens sobre o novíssimo Núcleo Méier, eram em sua maioria algo como : "MYVT MEIER RUNNIN' WILD!"

Things sometimes do not seem to go well. I remember losing count of how many times I watched all the Rocky Balboa movies that early in 2011 to get the motivation to move on in the loneliest moments. It used to work.
However, a book I earned as a gift from my Kung Fu brother Daniel de Caires, would mark me deeply that year. The official biography of one of my childhood heroes: Hulk Hogan, WWE icon.
The book "My Life Outside the Ring" had been affectionately imported by this Kung Fu brother. I read voraciously in a few days. And I was able to follow the incredible story of overcoming by this athlete.
Curiously, Hulk Hogan himself posted a picture of me (image above) in one of his old social networks, holding the book with the following caption: "Hulkamaniac from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil: Thiago Pereira, 27 years old."

In the promotions of his fights, Hulk Hogan always said: " What´cha gonna do when Hulk Hogan runs wild over you!"" (laughs) ... I was so thrilled with the book that many of the titles of my posts on the brand-new Méier School that year,  were mostly like, "MYVT MEIER RUNNIN' WILD!"

Talvez tenha sido o não auspicioso número 4 na porta daquela sala, ou quem sabe, todo o resto... Mas aquele imóvel, gentilmente oferecido por uma quantia módica através de um amigo, possuía tantos problemas estruturais e de outras naturezas, que eu simplesmente não gostava de ficar lá.

Perhaps it was the non-auspicious number 4 on the door of that room, or who knows, everything else ... But that property, kindly offered for a modest amount by a friend, had so many structural and other problems of different nature that I simply I did not like staying there.

Apesar destes problemas, era o que precisávamos naquele período devido ao grave problema financeiro pelo qual a Família Moy Fat Lei passou no primeiro semestre. Era uma "fuga estratégica", para nos recuperarmos enquanto aguardávamos um novo momento oportuno.
Naquele período, importantes lideranças surgiram como Cayo e Christiana. Outras, se fortaleceram, como Caroline Archanjo e Luiz Grativol. E lideranças potenciais começavam a despontar, como Matheus Alves e Gio Rodrigues.

Despite these problems, that was what we needed at that time because of the serious financial problem that the Moy Fat Lei Family passed in the first half of this year. It was a "strategic escape," to recover as we waited for another opportunity .
In that period, important leaders emerged as Cayo and Christiana. Others were strengthened, such as Caroline Archanjo and Luiz Grativol. And potential leaderships began to emerge, such as Matheus Alves and Gio Rodrigues.

Como aquele local não era acolhedor, processos de "Vida Kung Fu" fora do Mo Gun foram amplificados. Foi então que surgiu os "Jantares semanais dos discípulos". Nos quais juntamente com meus discípulos, passamos a jantarmos juntos todas as noites de Quinta. De forma a manter um contato mínimo com todo o grupo.

As that location was not welcoming, processes of "Kung Fu Life" outside the Mo Gun were enforced. It was then that the "weekly dinners of the disciples" appeared. In which, together with my disciples, We dined all Thursday night. In order to maintain minimal contact with the whole group.

Lembro com emoção do dia da entrega da sala: A luz já havia sido cortada pelo proprietário , e todos os objetos da Família Moy Fat Lei couberam no carro do Vitor.
A Família Moy Fat Lei estava sem casa pela primeira vez desde sua fundação, e pela segunda vez em minha carreira eu estava sem um local. Porém, de alguma maneira eu sabia que aquele era o momento da virada.
Lembro de ter pedido ao Cayo e Vitor que se desfizessem da parede usada para expor a nossa linhagem ancestral e a foto de Si Taai Gung Moy Yat. Pensei comigo mesmo: "No próximo Mo Gun, haverá uma parede própria para isso. Não precisaremos de um compensado de madeira nunca mais!"

I remember with emotion the day of delivery of the room: The light had already been cut by the owner, and all objects of the Moy Fat Lei Family fit in Vitor's car.
The Moy Fat Lei Family was homeless for the first time since its foundation, and for the second time in my career I was without a location. But somehow I knew that was the turning point.
I remember asking Cayo and Vitor to get rid of the wall used to expose our ancestral lineage and Si Taai Gung Moy Yat's picture. I thought to myself, "On the next Mo Gun, there will be a wall of its own. We will not need a plywood ever again!"

O primeiro dia que dei sessões nas dependências do prédio da Jaqueline Tergolina, minha discípula, foi numa manhã de sol incrível de Sábado. Já havia começado as negociações com a casa em que seria o novo Mo Gun da Família Moy Fat Lei dois meses depois, mas naquele momento, ainda se tratava de uma questão de perseverança.

The first day I gave sessions on the premises of Jaqueline Tergolina's building, my disciple. It was on an incredible Saturday morning. We had already begun negotiations with the house in which it would be the new Mo Gun of the Moy Fat Lei Family two months later, but at that moment, it was still a question of perseverance.

As práticas aconteciam em dois espaços ao longo da semana, dependendo da disponibilidade do condomínio. Um deles, era uma pista de skate desativada(FOTO). Neste período, Lee Pereira foi admitido na Família Moy Fat Lei, Cayo Cesar acessou o Nível Intermediário "Cham Kiu"  e Vitor Sá e Keith Markus formalizaram seu acesso ao Nível Avançado "Biu Ji".

Practices took place in two spaces throughout the week, depending on the availability of the condominium. One of them was a disabled skateboard ramp(PHOTO). During this period, Lee Pereira was admitted to the Moy Fat Lei Family, Cayo Cesar accessed the Intermediate Level "Cham Kiu" and Vitor Sá and Keith Markus formalized their access to the Advanced Level "Biu Ji".

O mais impressionante é que a cada adversidade na negociação com a imobiliária e a notícia de que ficaríamos por mais uma ou duas semanas no condomínio da Jaqueline, parecia aproximar ainda mais os membros da Família.
Naquele período, costumava ouvir sempre uma música sugerida à mim pelo meu To Dai Luan Felipe em 2016 chamada "Sogni di Volare" do Christopher Tin. Hoje uma das minhas canções preferidas.
Hoje, só preciso ouvir poucos segundos da música para que seja preenchido com toda a certeza que tinha naquele período da direção que estava tomando.

What is most impressive is that with every adversity in negotiating with the real estate agent and the news that we would be staying for another one or two weeks at Jaqueline's condo, it seemed to bring the Family members even closer.
At that time, I used to always listen to a song suggested to me by my To Dai Luan Felipe in 2016 called "Sogni di Volare" by Christopher Tin. Today is one of my favorite songs.
Today, I only need to hear a few seconds of the song to be filled with all the certainty I had in that period of the direction I was taking.

Lembro, em uma das reuniões de Núcleos na Barra da Tijuca, da preocupação de Si Fu com o número de alunos que caia a cada semana. Foram quase dezesseis alunos que se afastaram naquele período.
Não me reconheci quando tranquilizei Si Fu com um sorriso no rosto, que a imagem que tinha clara em minha mente era a de uma espécie de mola. - "Si Fu, tenho certeza que estamos tomando impulso. Vai ficar quem tiver que ficar para esse novo momento. Os demais retornam depois."

I remember in one of the meetings of Schools of Moy Jo Lei Ou Clan in Barra da Tijuca, Si Fu's concern with the number of students wich were interrupting their practice. There were almost sixteen students who had withdrawn at that time.
I did not recognize myself as I reassured Si Fu with a smile on my face, that the image that I had clear in my mind was that of a sort of spiral spring. - "Si Fu, I'm sure we are taking momentum, it's going to be whoever has to stay for this new moment, the others will return later."

Se não tivéssemos passado por àquela dificuldade financeira, não precisaríamos sair às pressas do prédio na Rua Medina. Se o prédio novo não fosse tão inapropriado, os processos de "Vida Kung Fu" fora do Mo Gun não seriam tão amplificados. Se por acaso, nossa Família Kung Fu, não tivesse ido assistir ao espetáculo de Ballet naquele Domingo de Agosto, não teríamos visto essa casa.
E foi graças a termos passado por todos esses processos e muitos outros que não tivemos dúvidas de que a casa era nossa!

If we had not been through this financial difficulty, we would not need to rush out of the building on Medina Street. If the new building was not so inappropriate, the "Kung Fu Life" processes outside the Mo Gun would not be as amplified. If by chance our Kung Fu Family had not been to see the Ballet show that Sunday in August, we would not have seen this house.
And it was thanks to having passed through all these processes and many others that we had no doubt that the house was ours!

ZERO TO HERO:THE INTRODUCER OF MOY YAT VING TSUN IN AFRICA

Quando assistimos um filme de um herói ocidental, possivelmente sua vestimenta vai salientar ainda mais sua estrutura física para que fique claro o quão poderoso ele é. Quando esse herói sai para "defender o dia", ele luta contra vilões que de alguma forma, tentam provocar as pessoas comuns. 
O chamado Jing Hung (Ying Xiong 英雄 ), ou seja, o "Herói"segundo a lógica chinesa. Muito pelo contrário, quanto mais poderoso é, mais "low profile" ele será. Desde suas vestimentas até seu jeito de ser, em nada vão denotar que ele é capaz de lutar ou de grandes feitos. Um "Herói"[Jing Hung (Ying Xiong 英雄 )] ,não sai atrás de vilões. Ele se dedica a se melhorar como ser humano a cada instante, e assim, nunca precisará lutar. 

When we watch a movie of a Western hero, possibly his costume will emphasize his physical structure even more so that it becomes clear how powerful he is. When this hero goes out to "defend the day," he fights villains who somehow try to harm ordinary people.

The so-called Jing Hung (Ying Xiong 英雄), that is, the "Hero" according to Chinese logic. Quite the contrary, the more powerful this "Hero" is, the more "low profile" he will be. From his clothes to his way of being, nothing will denote that he is capable of fighting or of great deeds. A "Hero" [Jing Hung (Ying Xiong 英雄)], does not go after villains. He is dedicated to improving himself as a human being at every moment, and thus, he will never have to fight.

"Grama" se escreve  " 艹 ".

"Grass" is written as  " 艹 "

Jing (Ying 英) de "Jing Hung (Ying Xiong 英雄 )" ou "Herói", pode significar "Herói". Isso pode ser entendido, quando observamos que este ideograma, tem como radical  " 艹 " ("Cao" lê-se "Tsao".) que significa "grama". Se olharmos com atenção para este radical , observaremos que se tratam de duas lâminas saindo do solo  " 艹 ". As lâminas não estão aparentes, elas estão por debaixo da superfície. 
O segundo ideograma  Hung (Xiong 雄) pode significar "Herói" também. Então não é como se "Jing Hung (Ying Xiong 英雄 )" significasse "Herói-Herói". Acontece que o erudito que montou essa palavra, usou dois ideogramas de mesmo significado, mas com naturezas complementares. Desta forma, Hung (Xiong 雄), carrega o radical 隹 Zeoi (Zhui) que significa "pássaro  com cauda curta". Reforçando exatamente a ideia deste " Herói Chinês" ["Jing Hung (Ying Xiong 英雄 )" ] que não aparenta o que de fato é.

Jing (Ying 英) of "Jing Hung (Ying Xiong 英雄)" or "Hero", can mean "Hero." This can be understood, when we observe that this ideogram, has as radical "艹" ("Cao" reads "Tsao".) Which means "grass." If we look closely at this radical, we will observe that they are two blades coming out of the soil "艹". The blades are not apparent, they are beneath the surface.

The second ideogram Hung (Xiong 雄) can mean "Hero" as well. So it's not like "Jing Hung (Ying Xiong 英雄)" meant "Hero-Hero." It turns out that the scholar who put together this word, used two ideograms of the same meaning, but with complementary natures. In this way, Hung (Xiong 雄), carries the radical 隹 Zeoi (Zhui) which means "short tailed bird". Reinforcing exactly the idea of this "Chinese Hero" [Jing Hung (Ying Xiong 英雄)] who does not appear to be what he is.

Todos ficamos muito felizes e até mesmo emocionados com o registro desta aula com o praticante Celso Manuel(foto), pois ela demarcava o início , de fato, da introdução do Ving Tsun no continente africano através da Linhagem Moy Yat.

When Guilherme de Farias, disciple of Master Julio Camacho as I am, sent us the first photo of the first practice of the Talatona Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence, IM School. in Angola. We were all very happy and even thrilled with the registration of this class with the practitioner Celso Manuel (photo), since it marked the beginning, in fact, of the introduction of Ving Tsun in the African continent through the Moy Yat Lineage.

Cada aula dada por Guilherme de Farias em solo angolano, representa os esforços conjuntos de diferentes pessoas , sendo a principal delas nosso Si Fu, para que ele tenha condições de estar ali. Isso não exclui os próprios méritos de Guilherme , que com sua impressionante resiliência diante às adversidades, confessou ter passado por uma violenta turbulência em seu voo rumo a Angola com as seguintes simples e sinceras palavras: "... Eu pensei: Bom, se o avião cair, pelo menos eu fiz o meu melhor. Estava bem forte a turbulência, mas preferi pensar que estava numa montanha russa. Foi gostoso (risos)..."

Each class given by Guilherme de Farias  in Angolan soil, represents the joint efforts of different people, the main one being our Si Fu, so that he could be there. This does not exclude Guilherme's own merits, who, with his impressive resilience to adversity, confessed to having suffered a violent turbulence on his flight to Angola with the following simple and sincere words: "... I thought: Well, if the airplane crash, I will know I did my best. I preferred to think that I was on a roller coaster ... It was nice (laughs) ... "

A impressionante estrutura criada por William Franco(foto), outro discípulo de Si Fu que reside em Angola desde o início dos anos 2000. É resultado de um processo visionário aliado a sua grande capacidade de transformar essas visões em realidade. Um processo muito parecido com o que Si Fu faz com as pessoas. Principalmente com seus "To Dai", como eu, William e Guilherme.

The impressive structure created by William Franco (photo), another disciple of Si Fu who has been living in Angola since the early 2000s. It is the result of a visionary process combined with his great capacity to turn these visions into reality. A process very similar to what Si Fu does to people. Especially with his "To Dai", like me, William and Guilherme.

Somente a inquestionável crença de Si Fu nas pessoas, é a forma com a qual explicamos o surgimento de tantas lideranças sob sua tutela desde o início de sua carreira em 1995 como Diretor de Núcleo. Sua habilidade de deixar espaços a serem preenchidos por aqueles que se apresentarem, e de se conectar profundamente com estas pessoas, independente das fraquezas que elas apresentem num primeiro momento. É o que faz com que seus "To Dai"("Alunos" ou "Seguidores") compartilhem a familiar sensação de que ele por muitas vezes acredita mais neles do que eles mesmos.

Only Si Fu's unquestioning belief in people is the way in which we explain the emergence of so many leaders under his tutelage since the beginning of his  career in 1995 as a MYVT School Director. His ability to leave spaces to be filled by those who present themselves, and to connect deeply with these people, regardless of the weaknesses they present at first. It is what makes his "To Dai"("Students" or "Followers") share the familiar feeling that he often believes in them more than they do.

E se somos levados a crer, que Guilherme de Farias é o "Herói" [Jing Hung (Ying Xiong 英雄 )] dessa história. Pode ser que seja, pode ser que não. Pode ser que seja qualquer uma das pessoas envolvidas diretamente nesse projeto. Pode ser, que seja até mesmo alguém que ainda nem nasceu em Angola ou qualquer outro país da África. O que importa , é que o "Herói" nunca se revele, pois no momento em que ele o fizer, ele se desintegrará do "todo". E nessa hora, as virtudes do Clã Moy Jo Lei Ou não estarão sendo representadas.
Por isso, começa aqui, uma história de "gramas" e "pássaros  de cauda curta". Uma história na qual caberá a Guilherme , mobilizar pessoas para se desenvolverem com excelência, com a habilidade de nunca aparentarem o que realmente são ou do que realmente são capazes. A não ser, que o cenário peça... Começa aqui, o Ving Tsun da Linhagem Moy Yat na África...

And if we are led to believe, that Guilherme de Farias is the "Hero" [Jing Hung (Ying Xiong 英雄)] of this story. It might be, maybe not. It could be any of the people directly involved in this project. It may be someonewho is not yet born in Angola or any other country in Africa. What matters is that the "Hero" never reveals himself, because at the moment he does, he will disintegrate from the "whole." And at that time, the values of the Moy Jo Lei Ou Clan will not be represented.
So start here, a story of "grasses" and "short-tailed birds." A story that will make Guilherme, mobilize people to develop themselves with excellence, with the ability to never appear what they really are or what they really are capable of. Unless, the scenario asks ... Starts here, the Ving Tsun of Moy Yat Lineage in Africa...
