"Se isso não der certo, minha carreira vai retroceder 10 anos". - Essas são as palavras que me lembro ouvir de Si Fu em 2015. Ele se referia ao seu projeto de "Gestão Integrada" na qual ele se retiraria da direção do Núcleo Barra , para assumir uma posição mais ampla em relação aos Núcleos de nosso Clã e principalmente para ter mais tempo de ser apenas Si Fu.
Houveram muitas reviravoltas desde aquela época, mas cada To Dai seu que participou desse projeto deu tudo de si para que ele fosse adiante. Hoje, passados dois anos desde aquela conversa, pude ver mais uma vez a vantagem de não sairmos de cara com um plano pré-concebido , pois mesmo os percalços nesse caminho, foram essenciais para melhorarmos ainda mais o que já tínhamos em mente: Uma gestão não local, não olhando apenas para suas próprias questões, mas uma gestão de Núcleos de um mesmo Clã que trabalha junto, aproveitando a experiência do outro.Esse processo, nós chamamos de "Gestão Integrada".

"If that does not work, my career will go back 10 years." - These are the words I remember hearing from Si Fu in 2015. He was referring to his "Integrated Management" project in which he would withdraw from the direction of the MYVT Barra School, to assume a broader position in relation to our Clan's schools And mainly to have more time to be just Si Fu.
There had been a lot of twists since that time, but every To Dai who participated in this project gave his all to get it going. Today, two years after that conversation, I was able to see once again the advantage of not going out of the way with a pre-conceived plan, for even the mishaps along the way were essential to further improving what we had in mind: Not local, not just looking at one´s own issues, but a school management of the same Clan that works together, leveraging the experience of the other. This process we call "Integrated Management."

Ainda nos anos 80, Grão-Mestre Leo Imamura começou a apresentar na América do Sul, um novo conceito de profissional de artes marciais: Você poderia ter uma vida digna e plena se dedicando exclusivamente ao trabalho com Artes Marciais.
Grão-Mestre Leo Imamura, não estava sempre com roupas chinesas de cores fortes, ele usava roupas tradicionais quando isso era adequado a um determinado evento. Em outras ocasiões públicas, ele se apresentava com cabelos bem cortados, ternos ou blazers alinhados e sapatos sempre bem cuidados.
Outro ponto importante de sua apresentação pessoal, era seu português perfeito, algo que na época, principalmente fora de São Paulo, não condizia com a imagem que se tinha  do profissional de artes marciais.

Still in the 80's, Grandmaster Leo Imamura began introducing a new concept in martial arts in South America: You could live a dignified and full life by dedicating yourself exclusively to working with Martial Arts.
Grandmaster Leo Imamura, was not always in bright-colored Chinese clothes, he wore traditional clothes when appropriate for a particular event. In other public occasions, he presented himself waearing well-cut hair, lined up suits or blazers and shoes always well cared .
Another important point of his personal presentation was his perfect use of Portuguese language, something that at the time, mainly outside of São Paulo State, did not fit the image that one had of the professional of martial arts.

Além de todas estas contribuições subjetivas , objetivamente Grão-Mestre Leo Imamura(foto), implementou um nível de administração nos Núcleos da Moy Yat Ving Tsun que não existia por esses lados naqueles tempos. Meu Mestre Julio Camacho(foto), que segue Grão-Mestre Leo Imamura desde 1992. Sempre foi um Diretor de Núcleo de ponta da Moy Yat Ving Tsun, tendo ganhado por anos seguidos o prêmio como destaque nesse cargo.
Duas grandes características de meu Mestre Julio Camacho ao longo de sua carreira sempre foram sua visão sempre no futuro que beneficia a todos, sua coragem de levar os Núcleos que dirigiu adiante e principalmente: Sua natureza agregadora. Sempre pensar do todo para a parte.

In addition to all these subjective contributions, objectively Grand Master Leo Imamura (photo), he implemented a level of administration in the Moy Yat Ving Tsun Schools in Brazil and South America,  that did not exist on those sides in those times. My Master Julio Camacho (photo), who follows Grandmaster Leo Imamura since 1992. He has always been a leading  Director of Moy Yat Ving Tsun in Brazil, having won for several years the award as a highlight in this position.
Two great characteristics of my Master Julio Camacho throughout his career have always been his vision in the future that benefits everyone, his courage to lead the schools he directed ahead and mainly: His aggregating nature. Always think from the whole to the part.

Na "Gestão Integrada" do Clã Moy Jo Lei Ou, eu deixei de ser o Diretor apenas do Núcleo Méier, para me tornar o Diretor Geral de Núcleos. Qualquer Núcleo que venha a existir que faça parte da Gestão Integrada, estará sob minha Direção Geral.
Esse novo modelo, favorece com que eu possa compartilhar da minha experiência com todos os Núcleos ao mesmo tempo, e que todos estejam no mesmo patamar de gestão.

In the "Integrated Management" of the Clan Moy Jo Lei Ou, I ceased to be the only Director of the Méier School, to become the General Director of Schools. Any school that may exist that forms part of the Integrated Management will be under my General Direction.
This new model favors that I can share my experience with all the schools at the same time, and that everyone is at the same level of management.

André Almeida(foto) , é discípulo de Mestre Julio Camacho e hoje dirige o Núcleo Barra da Tijuca. A velocidade com que vem se desenvolvendo desde 2012 quando foi admitido na Família Moy Jo Lei Ou é algo impressionante.
André apesar de tímido, é uma pessoa carismática, mas não é através dessa característica que vem conseguindo gerir o Núcleo Barra. Na verdade, com uma grande capacidade de não se abalar de forma aparente, André transparece sempre aos membros do Clã Moy Jo Lei Ou um sentimento de tranquilidade mesmo diante de situações adversas. Seu coração aberto e disponibilidade para aprender e se desenvolver, transformaram André numa espécie de praticante modelo de nosso Clã, já que a "olhos vistos" é possível percebermos como o desenvolvimento do Kung Fu de alguém, pode transformar sua vida pessoal.

André Almeida (photo), is a disciple of Master Julio Camacho and today heads the MYVT Barra School. The speed with which he has been developing since 2012 when he joined the Moy Jo Lei Ou Family is something impressive.
André, although shy, is a charismatic person, but it is not through this characteristic that he manages to manage the Barra School. Indeed, with a great capacity for not being shaken in an apparent way, André always transpires to the members of the Clan Moy Jo Lei Ou, a sense of tranquility even in the face of adverse situations. His open heart and willingness to learn and develop have transformed André into a model practitioner of our Clan , since  is possible to easily realize how someone's development of Kung Fu can transform his personal life.

  Clayton Meireles, dentro da "Gestão Integrada", é o novo Diretor do Núcleo Méier. Jovem, de fala mansa e tranquilo. Clayton vem se mostrando um grande líder carismático no Núcleo Méier, na Zona Norte do Rio de Janeiro. Assim como André , Clayton também começou no Núcleo Méier, e graças a sua decisão de participar do projeto, se tornou peça fundamental para que esta configuração existisse e começasse.
Si Fu, será é o superintendente desta Gestão, fazendo a supervisão , dirigindo de um ponto de vista mais amplo toda a Gestão Integrada, e principalmente, orientando todos os Diretores sempre baseado nos valores de nosso Clã : Proposição, Adesão e Apoio.

Clayton Meireles, within the "Integrated Management", is the new Director of the Méier School. Young, quiet-spoken. Clayton has shown himself to be a great charismatic leader in the Meier School, in the Northern Zone of Rio de Janeiro. Like Andre, Clayton also started at the Méier School, and thanks to his decision to participate in the project, he became a key player for this configuration to exist and to begin.
Si Fu, will be the superintendent of this Management, supervising, directing from a broader point of view all the Integrated Management, and mainly, guiding all Directors always based on the values of our Clan: Proposition, adherence and prop.

Todos os membros da Gestão Integrada estarão em São Paulo no próximo dia 04 de Fevereiro, para a celebração do ano novo Chinês promovida pelo Grande Clã Moy Yat Sang.

A new Moy Yat Ving Tsun in Rio comes to life !( Uma nova Moy Yat Ving Tsun no Rio ganha vida!)

Quando entrei na Família Kung Fu em 1999 (foto), Si Fu ao final da Cerimônia nas dependências do antigo Núcleo Jacarepagua disse: "Bom, só espero que não seja por acaso."
Escrever nesse Blog é difícil algumas vezes devido a tendência de se colocar no cerne das coisas, mas com relação ao post de hoje, posso prometer que cada discípulo de Mestre Julio Camacho como eu. Poderia recontá-la dentro de sua própria lógica, assim como pretendo fazer agora....

When I entered the Kung Fu Family in 1999 (photo above), Si Fu at the end of the ceremony at the former MYVT Jacarepagua School said, "Well, I just hope youre not here by chance."
Write this Blog is difficult sometimes because the tendency to put myself at the heart of things, but in relation to the post today, I can promise that every disciple of Master Julio Camacho like me. Could retell it within its own logic, and I intend to do now ....

Em 2012 quando ocorreu a inauguração oficial do Núcleo Méier com a presença do Mestre Senior Julio Camacho, de Grão-Mestre Leo Imamura(foto), além de outras lideranças da Moy Yat Ving Tsun no Rio de Janeiro. Criamos de certa forma, um problema para o que chamamos de Programa Moy Yat Ving Tsun de Inteligência Marcial. E este programa, não previa a princípio, um Núcleo dirigido por um membro da Décima Segunda Geração do Ving Tsun e que não era um Si Fu. Mas um Si Hing com uma experiência mínima que representaria o Si Fu daquela Família Kung Fu.

In 2012 when there was the official inauguration of the MYVT Meier School attended by the Senior Master Julio Camacho, Grand Master Leo Imamura (photo), as well as other leaders of the Moy Yat Ving Tsun in Rio de Janeiro. We created in a way, a problem for what we call Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence Program.Because this program, did not foresee the beginning, of a School  headed by a member of the Twelfth Generation of Ving Tsun and who was not a Si Fu. But a 
Si Hing with a minimum experience to represent the Si Fu of that Kung Fu Family.

Por conta do Núcleo Méier, a Família Moy Jo Lei Ou, se tornou a única da Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence a conduzir dois Núcleos e a ter um discípulo dirigindo um deles(foto). Com isso, nascia a semente do que está se formando agora...

Because of the MYVT Meier School, the Moy Jo Lei Ou Family, became the only in the Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence to run two Schools and have a disciple running one of them (photo). Thus, was born the seed of what is brewing now

Mestre Julio Camacho, propôs a Grão-Mestre Leo Imamura extra-oficialmente a fundação da Moy Yat Ving Tsun Rio de Janeiro, que compreenderia os Núcleos do Clã Moy Jo Lei Ou no Rio no Méier e na Barra. Estes Núcleos seriam dirigidos por discípulos e isso vem acontecendo desde o ano passado. Porém, tomou força após uma reunião na última semana do ano de 2015, na qual Mestre Julio propôs para mim, Carlos e Andre , o modelo no qual se apoiaria para essa gestão integrada que permitira com que ele estivesse mais disponível para se dedicar apenas a questões Familiares dentro do Kung Fu e apenas supervisionasse a parte administrativa como superintendente dessa nova instituição.

Master Julio Camacho, proposed to the Grand Master Leo Imamura unofficially the founding of the Moy Yat Ving Tsun Rio de Janeiro, which would include the  Moy Jo Lei Ou Clan schools in Rio in Meier and Barra neighborhood. 
These Schools would be led by disciples and this has been going on since last year. However, took power after a meeting on the last week of the year 2015, in which Master Julio proposed to me, Carlos and Andre, the model in which support for such integrated management had allowed that he was more willing to devote only  to Kung Fu Family issues within  only supervise the administrative part as superintendent of this new institution.

Mestre Julio Camacho, se apoiou na iniciativa de sua irmã Kung Fu, Mestre Ursula Lima que resolveu reeditar a ideia de diferentes ambientes de atividade para a gestão de seu Nucleo em Copacabana , para que fizessemos o desenho, todos juntos, da nossa versão para uma gestão na qual, respeitando as particularidades de cada Núcleo, pensássemos como um todo e não mais como partes. Algo bem de acordo com a natureza agregadora de Mestre Julio.

Master Julio Camacho, leaned on the initiative of his sister Kung Fu master Ursula Lima who decided to reissue the idea of different activity settings for managing her school  in Copacabana, so we could skecth all together, our version to a management in which respecting the particularities of each school, we think as a whole and not as parts. Something according to the aggregative nature of Master Julio.

Na última semana, me juntei aos meus condiscípulos Thales Guimarãe e Rodrigo Moreira para um almoço com nosso Mestre Julio Camacho e sua filha mais nova(foto). Na ocasião, foi apresentado de maneira mais clara a Thales e a Rodrigo o projeto e os dois se juntaram a ele num ambiente que vai tratar ao mesmo tempo do "Posicionamento" e das "Relações" dentro dos Núcleos do Clã Moy Jo Lei Ou.
Mestre Julio ainda pôde , num guardanapo, desenhar o cerne dessa nova estrutura a fim de que entendêssemos ainda mais seu pensamento.

Last week, I joined my fellow students Thales Guimarães and Rodrigo Moreira for a lunch with our Master Julio Camacho and his younger daughter (photo above). At the time, it was presented more clearly to Thales and Rodrigo the project and the two joined it.
Master Julio still could, on a napkin, drawing the heart of this new structure so that we understood his thinking further.

Eu não quero, como disse acima, tomar para mim a origem de tudo que está acontecendo. Mas não posso deixar de falar daquele comentário de Si Fu : "Espero que não seja por acaso." - Eu dei muito trabalho à Família Kung Fu , ao meu Si Gung, Si Fu, a minha Si Suk Ursula e continuo dando. Mas acredito que contribuí minimamente para o que estamos construindo nesse momento com a inauguração do Núcleo Méier em 2012 e a fundação da Família Moy Fat Lei.
E espero que meus condiscípulos que participam desse projeto, em especial: Thiago Silva, Carlos Antunes e Andre Almeida. Possam experimentar essa mesma sensação de se sentir fazendo parte da manutenção desse legado em nossa geração.

I do not want, as I said above, take me as the source of everything that is happening. But I can not stop talking about that comment by Si Fu: "I hope youre not here by chance." - I gave a lot of work to Kung Fu Family, my Si Gung, Si Fu, my Si Suk Ursula and I keep making trouble. But I believe I contributed minimally to what we are building right now with the inauguration of the Meier School in 2012 and the founding of the Moy Fat  Lei Family .
And I hope that my fellow students participating in this project, in particular: Thiago Silva, Carlos Antunes and Andre Almeida. Can experience the same feeling of being part of maintaining this legacy in our generation.

Hoje, exatamente no dia em que celebramos o Dia do Ving Tsun, venho comunicar ao Círcuclo Marcial a perda de um membro muito querido do Clã Moy Yat Sang: Fernando Dandoro.

Sem mais delongas, compartilho com todos as palavras de Si Gung sobre o ocorrido.
Desejo muita força a família de Fernando neste momento tão difícil...

Today, on the very day that we celebrate the Day of Ving Tsun, I come to communicate to the Martial Circles the loss of a beloved member of the Moy Yat Sang Clan: Fernando Dandoro.

...Lembro a todos que hoje celebramos o Dia do Ving Tsun, por ocasião da fundação da primeira instituição oficial de artes marciais chinesas reconhecida pelo governo de Hong Kong: a Ving Tsun Athletic Association. Como praticante de Ving Tsun me sinto afortunados pela oportunidade de celebrar este momento. Digo isso porque neste dia tão especial recebi a mensagem do falecimento de meu discípulo Fernando, mas também participaremos do casamento de meu outro discípulo Marcelo. Neste dia ainda estamos de luto pela passagem do meu discipulo Celso, mas comemoramos também o nascimento do meu filho Lukas. Assim, é a vida. E devemos seguir. Juntos!"

... I remind you that today we celebrate the Day of Ving Tsun on the occasion of the foundation of the  first official institution  of Chinese martial arts recognized by the Hong Kong government: the Ving Tsun Athletic Association. 
As a Ving Tsun practitioner, I feel fortunate for the opportunity to celebrate this moment. I say this because this special day I received the message of the passing of my disciple Fernando, but I will also participate in the wedding of my other disciple Marcelo. On this day we are still mourning the passing of my  disciple Celso, but also celebrate the birth of my son Lukas. That's life. And we must go on. Together! "
