Nossa vida é cheia de "achievements", como quando achei uma foto minha no album de fotos de um dos meus heróis de infância Hulk Hogan com a legenda:  "hulkamaniac from rio de janeiro- Thiago Pereira - 27 years old"... segurando o livro "My Life Outside the Ring" que o querido Si Dai Daniel de Caires havia me presenteado. Um dos meus favoritos até hoje.

Mas sabe, poucas coisas te emocionam tanto, quanto receber uma mensagem de um dos seus grandes ídolos. No meu caso: LOREN AVEDON!

Our life is full of "achievements" as when I found a photo of mine in the album of photos of one of my childhood heroes Hulk Hogan with the caption: "hulkamaniac from rio de janeiro-Thiago Pereira - 27 years old" ... holding the book "My Life Outside the Ring" that my dear Si Dai Daniel de Caires had gifted me. One of my favorites so far.

But you know, few things amazes you, as you receive a message from one of your biggest idols. In my case: Loren Avedon!

Não sei se você que está lendo consegue entender o que significa isso pra mim.rs Loren Avedon estrelou em 1990 um dos meus filmes favoritos de todo os tempos: "O REI DOS KICKBOXERS". Na época , quando vi a propaganda, não pude ir ao cinema por causa da idade. Quando saiu em video, minha família não tinha videocassete em 1991, assim, somente em 1993 quando compramos um, pude assistir. E perdi as contas de quantas vezes o fiz...

Loren Avedon in 1990 starred one of my favorite movies of all time: "The King of the Kickboxers". At the time, when I saw the Tv Spot I went crazy! But I could not go to the movies because of my age. When video came out, my family had no VCR in 1991, so only in 1993 when we bought one,
I could watch. And lost count of how many times I did ...

Tudo começou, quando em uma das minhas divulgações do Blog, vi que Loren Avedon curtiu. Eu perguntei se ele lia o blog, e depois de trocar algumas mensagens, recebo essa acima.

Sometime ago, I noticed that Loren Avedon "Liked" one of my posts on facebook about the Blog. I asked if he read it, he said yes! After some messages I received that one above!

Hoje tenho  29 anos, mas na época em que vi o trailer pela primeira vez, eu tinha essa aparência na foto ao lado.

De toda forma, queria apenas compartilhar com você leitor, esse momento curioso de saber que um dos caras que você sempre foi fã, lê o que você escreve.

QUINTAS DOS DISCÍPULOS (DISCIPLES THURSDAYS AT MYVT BARRA)

Si Fu reservou as Quintas para um trabalho somente para os discípulos do Clã Moy Yat Sang no
Mo Gun da Barra da Tijuca.
Não necessariamente sentamos e conversamos, mas o dia é aberto para qualquer proposta que surja e que seja relevante para os presentes como um todo.
Na Quinta passada, estive junto do próprio Si Fu, Si Sok Homero, Si Sok Queiroz e Guilherme num bate-papo genial que foi se desdobrando em vários outros assuntos.
A conversa estava tão boa, que acabamos gravando o áudio.

Si Fu reserved the Thursdays only for disciples of Moy Yat Sang Clan in Barra da Tijuca school.
Not necessarily just to sit and talk, but the day is open to any proposal that arises and that is relevant to the present as a whole.
On last Thursday, I was with Si Fu, Si Sok Homero and Si Sok Queiroz, and also Guilherme in a genial chat that was unfolding in several other subjects.
The conversation was so good, that we even recorded the audio.

Ainda com meu olho inchado devido a minha devastadora alergia, hoje foi mais uma tarde onde tivemos a aula de chinês com a presença de Niklas Correa que também é membro da Familia,e que aparece no centro da foto.
Acontece que nesta tarde por motivos de força maior, Si Fu não pôde estar presente, e após deixar
Si Sok Ursula no aeroporto , de onde partiu para encontrar Si Gung em São Paulo e de lá irem para a Argentina, abri o Mo Gun. Si Sok Diego chegou logo depois, seguido por Si Sok Queiroz.

Even with my eye swollen due to my devastating allergy , today was another afternoon where we had Chinese lessons with the presence of Niklas Correa, who appears in the center of the photo and is also a practitioner.
Turns out this afternoon Si Fu could not be present, and after leaving
Si Sok Ursula at the airport, which he left to meet Si Gung in Sao Paulo and from there go to Argentina, I opened the Mo Gun. Si Sok Diego arrived soon after, followed by Si Sok Queiroz.

Acredite se quiser, mas um raio (sim! um raio!) atingiu a mata da Pedra da Gávea e ateou fogo nela. Graças a isso, e também a qualquer espirro, a Barra da Tijuca parou num engarrafamento sem fim.
Niklas não conseguia ir para casa, nem outros praticantes conseguiram chegar ao Mo Gun. Assim, nós 4 fomos até o querido posto de gasolina e conversamos bastante.

Believe it or not, but a lightning (lightning yes!!) hit the forest of a mountain near Mo Gun  and fired it. Thanks to this, and also to any sneezing, Barra da Tijuca stopped in traffic without end.
Niklas could not go home, nor other practitioners managed to reach the Mo Gun. So we went to the  gas station am/pm snack bar and talked a lot.

Vida Kung Fu, não é sentar em algum lugar e começar a comer falando sobre o tema apenas. Mas ela ocorre de forma bem sutil orientada por alguém qualificado para tal.
Por isso neste fim de tarde, acredito que tivemos sim na verdade, um bom momento para nos conhecermos ainda mais. E o próprio Niklas, que sempre faz sua sessão e já parte para um outro compromisso, de forma natural pôde nos conhecer melhor também.

Kung Fu Life,is not just about sit somewhere and start eating just talking about kung fu. But it occurs in a very subtle way driven by someone qualified to do so.
So this evening, I believe that we had really a good time to get to know even more each other. And Niklas, who always attends the VT session and have another commitment to go, naturally could know us better too.

 Eu e Si Sok Diego(foto)ao final de tudo, ainda pegamos um baita engarrafamento de duas horas até em casa. No trajeto Si Sok disse algo que levei muito em consideração: " ...Nesse momento, só o que importa para mim é estar perto de quem eu gosto..."
E eu acho que eu também...

Me and Si Sok Diego(photo) faced a traffic jam for two hours to get home. He said something very nice that I kept with me: "...In this right moment, I just want to stay close to the people that I like..."
And you know something?Me too.

MÉIER: ANIVERSÁRIO, FATOR THOMAS J E PRÁTICA NOTURNA (MEIER: B-DAY CELEB, THOMAS J FACTOR AND EVENNING PRACTICE!)

(Minha irmã e eu em alguma tarde dos anos 90 assistindo TV)

(Me and my sis in some random afternoon in the 90's watching TV)

Em 1994, ainda era difícil achar uma casa em Rocha Miranda com mais de uma televisão.  Por isso , com minha irmã com 3 anos de idade assistindo os mesmos filmes 3 mil vezes como toda criança dessa idade, era difícil negociar...  
Ela tinha um filme favorito que se chama "Meu Primeiro Amor". Minha mãe gravou quando passou na Sessão da Tarde, e ela assistia todo o santo dia.   Eu acabava assistindo junto algumas vezes, e também se tornou um dos meus filmes favoritos...
Nele, o personagem de Macaulay Culkin, chamado Thomas J, morre picado por um enxame de abelhas pois ele tinha além de tudo alergia. Isso me fazia pensar na época, o quão ruim seria morrer de alergia assim, o rosto inchado e tudo mais...


Mal sabia eu, que 18 anos depois, eu viveria meu dia de Thomas J em menor escala...

In 1994, it was still difficult to find a house in my wild childhood neighborhood Rocha Miranda, with more than one television. So, with  3 years old sister watching the same movies 3000 times like every child that age, it was difficult to negotiate ...
She had a favorite movie called "My Girl". My mother recorded that with our VCR when it was on TV during the Afternoon Movie Session, and my sister watched this movie every single day. I ended up watching a few times together, and also became one of my favorite movies ...
In it, the character of Macaulay Culkin, named Thomas J, dies stung by a swarm of bees since he was also allergic to it. It made me think at the time, how bad would be to die with allergy and swollen face and all ...

I did not know that 18 years later I would live my day as  Thomas J on a smaller scale ...

NÚCLEO MÉIER: ANIVERSÁRIO, "FATOR THOMAS J" E PRÁTICA NOTURNA

MÉIER SCHOOL : B-DAY CELEB., THOMS J FACTOR AND EVENNING PRACTICE.

Meu olho esquerdo estava tão ruim devido a uma reação alérgica na tarde desta Quarta, que durante o almoço para celebrar o aniversário de Raphael Caputo e Alexandre Ribeiro,que eu achei melhor usar óculos.
  My left eye was so bad due to an allergic reaction on the afternoon of Wednesday, that during lunch to celebrate the birthday of Raphael and Alexandre Ribeiro Caputo, I thought it best to wear glasses.

O almoço foi organizado por Pedro Freire. Lucas que está para viajar pros EUA e Raphael que ainda está fazendo as últimas provas no colégio compareceram, bem como Rodrigo.
Assim, tivemos a oportunidade de celebrar os 14 anos de Alexandre e os 17 de Rapha, que está com a Família desde os 11.

The lunch was organized by Pedro Freire. Lucas who is going to travel to the U.S. and Raphael who are still doing the last tests in high school attended.
So we had the opportunity to celebrate the 14 years of Alexandre and 17 years old of Rapha, who is with the family since he was 11.

 Depois do almoço, os rapazes ajudaram a subir com o novo ar-condicionado que será usado no Méier. Logo depois, Lucas e Raphael partiram para compromissos distintos. Alexandre, Pedro e Rodrigo, ficaram para a sessão de Siu Nim Tau.

After lunch, the boys helped come up with the new air conditioner to be used in Meier School. Soon after, Lucas and Raphael left for separate appointments. Alexandre, Pedro and Rodrigo, stay there for the session of Siu Nim Tau.

Aproveitando o vento excelente que estava batendo no play do prédio onde se encontra o Núcleo Méier, descemos com todos e praticamos dentro da sessão de VT Experience de Gabriel Faria, Rodrigo Santana e Diogo Valadão.

Feeling the wind which was beating in this area of the building where the Meier School is, we went there  with everyone and practice within the VT Experience session of Gabriel Faria, Rodrigo Santana and Diogo Valadão.

Gabriel e Rodrigo já haviam se retirado, mas antes disso, Bruno Bernardo que estava próximo ao Méier, foi até lá e participou das sessões dando grande diferença. Bem como seus Si Hing Lucky e Fabio Sá.

Gabriel and Rodrigo had already left, but before that, Bruno Bernardo who was near Meier School called and came to participated in the sessions giving big difference. As well as his Si Hing Lucky and Fabio Sá.

Diogo, Bruno, Fabio e Lucky, ainda colocaram o novo ar condicionado em seu lugar. Foi preciso a força dos 4 para que a operação desse certo..rs

Diogo, Bruno, Fabio and Lucky put the air conditioned in its place! A tough job but they did it!

Depois de muita água-buricada e pensamentos positivos durante esse dia tão bacana no Núcleo Méier, consegui abrir meu olho esquerdo mais uma vez..rs
Assim, eu e Lucky ainda fomos até um restaurante próximo  para jantarmos após fecharmos o
 Mo Gun.

After a lot of medicine and positive toughts I could open my left eye! So, after close the Mo Gun, me and Lucky went for some meal near that, and had a very good talk.

E aí , quando eu resolvi abrir o Mo Gun no Méier, muitas pessoas vinham apertar minha mão, ou falar numa conversa informal: "Cara, tem que ter coragem, é muita responsabilidade! Parabéns"...

Você não pode se enganar, pois realmente cada pessoa que entra no Mo Gun, conta com você de maneiras diferentes e num nível muito acima do que você sequer já pensou. Não é como numa empresa, na qual se você não cumprir a meta você toma uma advertência. Você simplesmente pode arrebentar com o kung fu de alguém pra sempre, de forma que esta pessoa nunca mais queira saber de Ving Tsun.

So, when I decided to open the Mo Gun in Meier neighborhood, many people came to shake my hand, or speak in a casual conversation: "Dude, you have to have guts ! It is a very responsibility! Congratulations!" ...

You can not cheat about this issue, because really, every person who enters the Mo Gun, has faith in your work in different ways and at a level much higher than you ever even thought . It's not like a company, in which if you do not accomplish the goal you take a warning. You simply can munch with someone's kung fu forever, so that this person never want to know Ving Tsun anymore.

Mas ainda que você lide com os sonhos e expectativas de muitas pessoas simultaneamente, se você por um momento tiver em seu coração a melhor das intenções quando falar com qualquer uma dessas pessoas. E mais importante: Lembrar que ali você está representando seu Si Fu que sempre teve um compromisso tão sincero com a arte, suas dúvidas somem. E você simplesmente aproveita da melhor maneira possível, toda a diversidade de situações que cada uma dessas relações trazem consigo.

But even if you deal with the dreams and expectations of many people simultaneously, if you have in  your heart the best of intentions when talking with any of these people. And most important: Remember that you are there representing your Si Fu who always had a commitment so sincere with art, your doubts vanish. And you simply leverages the best possible way, the diversity of situations that each of these relationships bring.

ANIVERSÁRIO DE MESTRE JULIO CAMACHO (MASTER JULIO CAMACHO´S BIRTHDAY))

Não seria preciso forçar muito a memória para lembrar de 2006, quando Si Sok Felipe Soares na bateria, Si Sok Carlos Reis no violão, Carlos Antunes no violão, Fabio Figueiredo na guitarra, e eu no vocal e pandeirola(rs) homenageamos Si Fu em seu aniversário cantando(ou não) suas músicas favoritas...

You dont need to push your memory to hard to remember the 2006 Si Fu´s b-day where some kung fu bros and me made a band just to sing to SI Fu his fav songs!

Ou quando 2 anos antes, fizemos uma demonstração em meio a brincadeiras(sempre!) numa churrascaria no Recreio...

Or two years before, when we did a demo inside  barbecue restaurant in Barra neighborhood. With a lot of jokes of course!

Ou quando em 2005, com musica adaptada do filme "Ao Mestre com Carinho" cantada pela Paula Gama,e com discursos emocionantes de Gil, Murilo e Varelinha, bem como demonstrações. Tudo dentro de um restaurante também homenageamos Si Fu...

Or 2005, when Paula Gama sang a song to Si Fu , from a movie that I cant remember the original name in english now. And also Gil and Murilo with Leo made a very hearted speech after a demo inside a restaurant.

Ou mesmo no épico teatrinho de 2009, quando Silva, Antunes e eu, fizemos uma imitação de um dia de MO Gun, onde tive a oportunidade de imitar Si Fu...

Or even in 2009, when Carlos, Silva and me made a Si Fu impression in front of everyone at another restaurant.

PARTE 2: (PART 2):
 Isso , só pra citar algumas celebrações!

E nesse ano de 2012, mudamos de Mo Gun e muita coisa vem acontecendo, exigindo toda a energia da Família Kung Fu para continuarmos avançando. Assim, uma celebração grandiosa seria impertinente neste momento, mas não poderíamos de forma algum , deixar de marcar este dia tão especial que é o aniversário do Si Fu.

This years, we moved to another Mo Gun and a lot of stuff is happening at the same time. All KF Family needs to stay hungry to keep moving foward. And a big celebration would not be so intelligent in this moment. But we could not let this special day pass in blank. Si Fu´s brithday.

 E foi na pizzaria no shopping em frente ao novo Mo Gun, que a Família Kung Fu se encontrou Sábado a noite para celebrar a data com Si Fu.
Membros e aspirantes a membro da Família Moy Jo Lei Ou de seus dois Mo Gun no Rio, bem como membros da Família Moy Yat Sang, como Si Sok Felipe Soares, beneficiado pela minha incapacidade de fazer cálculos matemáticos sob pressão, estiveram presentes!

So , we made ourselves with Ninja Turtles spirit to eat some pizza in front of our new Mo Gun. Members from the 2 branches leaded by Si Fu came. Also, his KF bros like Si Sok Felipe.

Si Fu nunca mediu esforços para celebrar de forma valorosa o aniversário de seu próprio Si Fu. Talvez sem bandas, teatro, videos ou o que for, mas independente de qualquer coisa, Si Fu nunca deixou de festejar a figura de Si Gung, não só nessa data , mas no ano todo.

Assim, parafraseando Si Fu em mais uma abertura da ".TV", esperamos que para ele, tenha sido tão prazeroso e enriquecedor esse momento, como foi para nós produzi-lo.

Si Fu never look to the problems when he had to celebrates Si Gung´s brithday. Even without bands, impersonations, or video-clips, Si Fu always honored his own Si Fu. everyday of the year.

So, we had to do the same  thing for him! And we hope that for him this was a great moment as it was for us staying with him!

ANDERSON SILVA PRACTICING VING TSUN (ANDERSON SILVA PRATICANDO VING TSUN)

Anderson Silva tem um Muk Yan Jong em seu ginásio de treinamentos. Neste final de semana, seu filho Kalyl postou no Instagram fotos suas praticando com o pai no aparelho.

Segundo a matéria do Jornal Extra, a idéia de Anderson é "Passar o bastão" para seu filho. Ainda que Spider queira continuar lutando até os 47 anos.


Anderson Silva, has a Wodden Dummy in his ginasium. And this wekend his son, Kalyl posted on Instagram a photo of they two using this.

The newspaper said that Anderson pretends to train his son to take his place. Even Spider wanting to follow his carreer till 47 years old(more ten years from now!)

Em outra foto , Anderson pede a um membro de sua equipe que segure um equipamento para que ele soque sem sair do lugar. Numa espécie de tentativa de reproduzir o "soco de uma polegada" baseado nos conceitos do Ving Tsun.

In another pic, Anderson shows up with his crew while he gives a straight punch without moving his feet like the one inch punch based on Ving Tsun concepts.

Mas o final de semana Ving Tsun continuou quando André Galvão, ex-campeão mundial de Jiu Jitsu, postou um video de Anderson Silva demonstrando (ou não) o uso do Muk Yan Jong(que segundo Jorge Correa do UOL, que noticiou o video, seria um "Boneco com hastes".)

But also in his Ving Tsun Weekend, the ex-world jiu jitsu champion, Andre Galvao, posted a video of Anderson Silva demonsrating how to use the wodden dummy(or not!)

ANIVERSÁRIO DE THIAGO SILVA COM SI FU (THIAGO SILVA´S BIRTHDAY W/ SI FU)

É bem provável , que minha afilhada seja o neném mais bonito do planeta, mas além disso, ela também é a filha do meu querido irmão Kung Fu Thiago Silva.
Thiago, que está na Família Kung Fu desde 2005, tem uma grande ligação com Si Fu. Não só por seu seu discípulo de nome Kung Fu "Moy Chi Yau Si", mas por sempre estarem juntos em projetos e inclusive por sua filha mais velha Laurien, ser a melhor amiga da filha mais nova de Si Fu, Julia.

Probably , my goddaughter is the cutest baby on the planet, but in addition, she is also the daughter of my dear Kung Fu brother  Thiago Silva.

Thiago, who is in Kung Fu Family since 2005, has a long connection with Si Fu. Not only for being his disciple inder the Kung Fu name "Moy Chi Yau Si", but by always being together on projects and even by his eldest daughter Laurien, be the best friend of the younger daughter of Si Fu, Julia.

Nesta Quinta , uma grande quantidade de discípulos se reuniu no Núcleo Barra da Tijuca, pois neste dia da semana, Si Fu pretende reservar apenas para este grupo. Foi uma tarde e noite de muita troca e bons momentos entre praticantes das mais variadas épocas.
Um dia tão proveitoso, acabou por ser brindado com o aniversário do Silva, que foi comemorado próximo ao Mo Gun, onde comemos comida mexicana (ou pelo menos, assim vinha no cardápio..rs)

In this Thursday, a lot of disciples met in MYVT Barra da Tijuca SCHOOL, because on this day of the week Si Fu intends to reserve only for this group. It was an afternoon and evening of good times and a lot of exchange between practitioners of various ages.
One day as profitable, was eventually rewarded with Silva's birthday, which was celebrated near the  Mo Gum, where we ate Mexican food (or at least, that was the menu said .. lol)


Si Fu aproveitou a oportunidade para conversar conosco sobre assuntos variados. Inclusive se posicionando com relação aos pontos de pressão. Tema levantado por Si Sok Homero, que na foto aparece ao seu lado, e que nunca havia presenciado de Si Fu, um posicionamento tão pontual sobre esse assunto. Foi bem esclarecedor.

Si Fu  took the opportunity to talk to us about various subjects. Even positioning himself  about pressure points. Theme raised by Si Sok Homero, who appears in the photo by his side, and I had never witnessed Si Fu, positioning himself so punctual about it. It was very enlightening.

 Si Futambém discorreu sobre os Ving Tsun Kuen Kuit, de uma maneira muito mais aprofundada. Falando sobre alguns Kuen Kuit e seus pares. Assunto esse que para mim também foi novidade.
Momentos chave da trajetória de Si Gung, relacionados aos temas, também foram trazidos a mesa.

Si Fu also talked about Kuen Kuit in a very deeply way. How each sentence relates itself to another one. This was news for me too. Also he said some words about Si Gung Leo trajetory moments related to the themes..

Pensando bem, na noite de hoje, ainda que com uma forte crise de tosse. Si Fu encontrou muito entusiasmo. Falando sobre Baat Jaam Do, sobre histórias de Ip Man que eu nunca tinha escutado.
E sobre uma série de temas, que realmente, a data especial de hoje contemplava bem.

Thinking about today, even coughing a lot  , Si Fu found a lot of enthusiasm to share with us in a way that made everyone into it. Talking about Baat Jaam Do, Ip Man stories that Ive never heard before and a lot of things that made the night even more special!

Eu tinha marcado com alguns amigos de andar de patins na tarde de um Domingo qualquer recentemente, mas infelizmente não seria mais possível a não ser para mim. E aí,eu tinha uma opção: achar que perdi a tarde e voltar pra casa, ou eu , por mim mesmo, ir lá sozinho e fazer uma das coisas que mais gosto... E foi quando dei de cara com este pôr do sol.

I had talked with some friends to rollerblading on a some Sunday afternoon recently, but unfortunately was no longer possible except for me. So, I had a choice: find that lost the afternoon and go home, or I, by myself, go and do one of the things I like most ... And that's when I ran into this sunset.

Se você me conhecer um pouco mais, você vai saber que não sou um maluco que bate-palmas pro sol ou algo do genero..rs Nem um fanático por praia. Mas você tem noção do que eu perderia se apenas tivesse ido pra casa com alguma desculpa esfarrapada pra mim mesmo, só porque meu plano inicial tinha furado?

If you know me better, you see that Im not a fanatic for beaches, but do you realize what I would lost if I decided to go home just because my plans did not run well with my friends?

O importante é saber que se sairmos mesmo assim, talvez vejamos um por do sol como este... Ou não. Mas se você sempre escolher voltar pra casa reclamando da vida, acredite, você nunca vai ter esse privilégio.

The important thing is , that if you go anyway maybe you can see a sunset like this..Or not. But if you go home complainning , believe me, you´ll never have such a privilege.

Depois de algumas semanas de muito trabalho por parte dos membros do Clã Moy Yat Sang no Rio. Havia chegado a manhã do Sábado no qual Si Fu faria a abertura oficial do Sam Toi, a nossa mesa ancestral, dando início ao novo Mo Gun de sua Família Kung Fu no Rio de Janeiro.

After so much work by Moy Yat Sang members from Rio. We were in the moment when Si Fu would open the ancetors table to start the new Mo Gun of his Kung Fu Family in Rio. 

Para cada um que estava presente na manhã de Sábado durante a abertura da mesa ancestral do novo Núcleo Barra, quando Si Fu fez as 3 reverências com o incenso, este gesto teve um significado diferente. Para mim, era uma volta pra casa...

For each one who was there last Saturday morning, was a differente experience. And after Si Fu did the 3 reverences to the ancestors, I was sure that the Family was back home again.


Dois Mestres Qualificados estavam presentes, bem como praticantes de diferentes Núcleos,ou de um mesmo Núcleo que por questões de horário nunca se encontram, estavam presentes naquela manhã quando Si Fu falou algumas palavras sobre este importante momento...

Two qualified Masters and members from different branches, were there when Si Fu started a speech about his personal moment that is the start-point for the frequence of our Mo Gun.

Si Fu falou de maneira simples como será a frequência deste novo Mo Gun, que está ligada diretamente ao seu novo momento, após mais uma viagem a China.
Si Fu citou por exemplo, o fato de que pela primeira vez, um Mo Gun no Rio será dirigido pelos discípulos em um comitê, o que possibilitará que Si Fu esteja ainda mais disponível para questões da Família Kung Fu...

He said that a comittee formed by disciples will handle this place , so he will be able to give much more attention to the Family.  
Also , the new Mo Gun starts with the energy similar to his.  To put everything in the right place and stay together and stay hungry always for more.


Mais tarde, Si Fu pediu a Si Sok Homero, membro da Família Moy Yat Sang desde 1993,e irmão Kung Fu mais novo de Si Fu , que coordenasse uma prática ao ar livre.

Later, he asked to Si Sok Homero(red) to lead a practice outdoor . Si Sok Homero is a member of Moy Yat Sang Family since 1993 and he did great this day!


Rainer Telleria que é casado, tem um filhinha de meses fruto desta união.E devido a sua agenda apertada da semana, pratica no Núcleo Méier aos Sábados com Pedro Silva e Carolina Oliveira. E neste Sábado, Rainer(que na foto tenta se proteger), em seu terceiro mês de prática pôde ter essa experiência bem significativa ao conhecer Si Fu e trocar conhecimentos com outros irmãos Kung Fu.

Rainer Telleria(left/white t-shirt) , is married and has a daughter. She has just some months in this life.. So because of his weekly schedule, he practices at Meier School on Saturdays with Pedro Silva and Carolina Oliveira. So , this day he could finally met Si Fu for th first time after 3 months and study Ving Tsun with other KF brothers.


"Fabiosa", também membro do Núcleo Méier , por alguma "razão mística" a cada vez que as duplas trocavam ele levava seu parceiro para debaixo do sol quente. Percebendo a estratégia sorrateira dele, meu trabalho foi praticamente trazer as duplas de Fábio de volta pra sombra..rsrsrs

"Fabiosa" , as I call him, is also a member from Meier School, and for some secret reason, he kept all the morning taking his partners to practice under the hot-sun! So, I figured out his evil strategy, so I kept bringing back he and his partners all the time to stay out of the sun... LOL LOL


Ismael, a esquerda, pratica com seu Si Hing Bruno Bernardo. Tanto Ismael quanto Bruno são dois grandes exemplos de praticantes. Ismael sempre teve o sonho de praticar Kung Fu, e vem se dedicando de maneira exemplar a isso. Na verdade, me emocionou muito quando um dia eu o vi de longe batendo fotos do Muk Yan Jong, nosso boneco de madeira , como se estivesse num Louvre e precisasse registrar. Aquilo me fez lembrar de mim mesmo quando comecei e renovar a importância as coisas simples que temos no Mo Lam, mas muito significativas. Já Bruno, com horários nem sempre tão tranquilos de trabalho, sempre consegue estar presente e dar diferença , além de trazer uma boa energia assim que chega com um sorriso. Você se sente bem ao estar com ele.

Ismael , in the left, started just a couple of months ago, and as a childhood dream of trainning kung fu, Ismael is taking it very seriously! Also, I was very touched when I see him sometime ago, taking pictures of the Muk Yan Jong, as if he was at Louvre and feel the need of photos! Also, it make me think about the importance of the simple thing inside Mo Lam.
Bruno(right) is a very nice guy! He is always making his way trough some complicated schedule of his work, and no matter what, he is always smilling. You feel good to stay close to him.

Ao fundo, vemos quando Cynthia Tong, formou dupla com Ricardo Ehalt. Você deve estar pensando que escrevi isso pela diferença de tamanho...Não, foi pela dedicação em suas histórias!
Ricardo, é ex-membro do extinto Núcleo Niterói da Moy Yat Ving Tsun. E graças ao seu desejo de seguir sua jornada, Ricardo com o apoio de sua família, não mede esforços para cruzar a poça para praticar conosco, bem como, para levar Si Sok Ursula para que lhe dê sessões com a ajuda de Si Sok Ratts em seu prédio.
Já Cynthia, que a príncipio queria um lugar próximo ao seu antigo trabalho na Barra, exatamente nesta última semana, começou a conseguir estar presente nos 3 Núcleos do Rio de Janeiro.
Com certeza esse Si Sok e essa Si Je são uma grande inspiração pra você que achou que "era melhor ir direto pra casa hoje..."

In the background we see when Cynthia Tong was practicing with Ricardo Ehalt. You must be thinking that I wrote this for the size difference ... No, it was because the dedication in their stories!
Ricardo, is a former member of the old Niterói city Branch of the Moy Yat Ving Tsun. And thanks to his desire to follow his journey, Ricardo with the support of his family, strives to cross the bridge to Rio to play with us as well, to bring to his city Si Sok Ursula to give his sessions with the help of Si Sok Ratts in his building. Cynthia, that at first wanted a place close to her old job in the neighborhood, began to be able to be present at the 3 MYVT schools of Rio de Janeiro.
Surely this Si Sok and Si Je are great inspiration for you who thought "it was better to go straight home today ..."


Quando a reunião reservada para discípulos se findou por volta de 14 horas, andamos até o Shopping Barra Garden para almoçar, entre questionamentos de Si Sok Felipe e Si Sok Jones pela minha paixão desenfreada por Neon Azul,rs, um dos grandes motivos de eu gostar tanto de TRON..rs

Saímos de lá já quase a noite, acredite, e foi um prazer imenso estar com os irmãos Kung Fu e
Si Sok(s), enquanto Si Fu falava sobre sua viagem a China.O que viu, o que sentiu, e o que o tocou profundamente , que foi o fator "Família". Implícito em nosso encontro, já estava presente esse novo sentimento de união, quem vem sendo renovada a cada dia nesse novo Mo Gun.

When the disciples meeting after the practice was over by 14 h. We went to the restaurant, while 
Si Sok Felipe and Si Sok Jones kept asking me why I like blue-neon color so much.. hehe We finished when was almost night, and believe in me: Was a great pleasure to stay with Si Fu and KF Family, while he shared with us his adventures in his last trip to China  What he saw , what he felt, about the "Family" issue, that touched him so much during the trip. And inside this meeting, was already happen again, this new moment and energy about staying together to keep moving on. A feeling from everyday in this new house.

A cada novo começo, muitos aos poucos se afastam, mas poucos aos poucos se aproximam. E talvez você tenha que deixar um sonho ou dois de lado durante essa mudança. Mas a cada novo começo, novos sonhos nascem junto com ele. E cada novo começo é tão cheio de potenciais, que você não é mais capaz de identificar se algo foi bom ou ruim, porque você simplesmente nem sabe ao certo, se esse algo já terminou mesmo ou não.

Mas independente de estarmos falando até mesmo de patins numa tarde de Domingo. Toda vez que você escolhe voltar pra casa e reclamar porque seu plano inicial não deu certo, você perdeu a chance de vislumbrar todos os potenciais que aquela mudança lhe ofereceu. 

 Every new beginning, many people will gradually move away, but few slowly will approach. And you might have to make a dream or two aside for this change. But with each new beginning, new dreams are born along with it. And every new beginning is so full of potential, that you are no longer able to identify whether something was good or bad, because you just do not know for sure if this thing is over or not .But we're talking independent of talking about go out for ride a roller-blade in any Sunday afternoon. Whenever you choose to go home and complain because your initial plan did not work out, you missed a chance to glimpse all the potential that the change offered to you.
