As marcas no rosto, os cabelos grisalhos, e um jeito de ser suave, daquelas pessoas que parecem precisar de algo realmente surpreendente para saírem de seu estado calmo e descontraído. Não escondem os 48 anos bem vividos do Mestre Senior de Ving Tsun Julio Camacho.
Natural do Rio de Janeiro, o homem que possui uma das mentes mais inovadoras dentre os profissionais de sua área, vem transmitindo o Ving Tsun em sua cidade natal nos últimos 25 anos. Nesse período, formou ou teve papel fundamental na trajetória de alguns dos mais renomados mestres de Ving Tsun do mundo, dentre eles, a Mestra Ursula Lima. Porém, mais do que os profissionais que ajudou a formar, Mestre Julio Camacho, formou seres humanos ao longo desses anos, através de um incansável olhar sempre apontado para o futuro. Um futuro muita vezes contestado por seus pares que não conseguiam ver tão longe.

O "Seminário de Alinhamento Teórico Vol . 1" , compõe parte da formação dos "Instrutores" que coordenarão o que ele nomeou de "Programa Fundamental" também chamado de "P1".

Master Julio Camacho, passed through the 90's like a true hurricane in Moy Yat Ving Tsun of Brazil, when he received for four consecutive years the honor of professional of the year of this institution. How to practice Ving Tsun with no Money. part 1

Era um dia de semana qualquer, sentava-me com Si Suk Ursula num almoço em algum restaurante do Shopping Barra Garden nos anos 2000. Um membro da Família estava se afastando depois de muitos anos por questões financeiras, e Si Suk Ursula depois de se despedir  dele disse enquanto segurava o garfo de forma pesarosa , algo relacionado ao fato de que muitas vezes uma pessoa que aparentemente não possui condições de pagar por sua prática, mas que possui a vontade para tal, encontra um jeito.

It was a weekday, I was sat with Si Suk Ursula for lunch at some restaurant in Barra Garden Mall in the 2000s. A member of the Family was moving away after many years because of financial matters, and Si Suk Ursula after saying goodbye she said kind of sad as she held her fork something related to the fact that often a person who apparently does not have the conditions to pay the fees for his or her practice, but who has the will for it, finds a way.

Quando comecei no Ving Tsun eu tinha uma ótima coordenação motora, disposição, saúde, condições de pagar pela prática, etc...  Assim se deu até o "Mui Fa Jong". A partir dali, meus pais decidiram que não estavam mais dispostos a investir num "Hobby", como eles consideravam.
Anos mais tarde, já como profissional, por diversas vezes ouvi frases como : "É que eu to meio parado."...  Frases como essa , parecem tentar de alguma forma, justificar algo que não pudera ou poderia ser feito , fosse antes ou durante a prática. Isso porque, a maioria das pessoas olha a vida por uma perspectiva de "ativismo pessoal".

When I started in Ving Tsun I had a good coordination of my body, I was full of energy, my health was great, I had all the conditions to pay for the practice, etc ... This was even the "Mui Fa Jong". From there, my parents decided they were no longer willing to invest in a "Hobby", as they considered it.
Years later, as a professional, I heard several times  phrases such as "I'm kind of sedentary" ... All these phrases tried to justify something that could be done before or during practice . That's because, most people look at life from a "personal activism" perspective. If something did not work, it was because they could not do it by themselves.

Se desconhece o fato de que dentro desta lógica chinesa na qual o Ving Tsun está inserido, encontramos um pensamento de eficácia que, não projetando nenhum plano sobre o curso das coisas, tampouco precisa considerar a condução sob esse angulo meios-fim: Esta resulta , por conseguinte, não de uma aplicação, mas da exploração (tirando vantagem de um potencial implicado na situação).
Ou seja, o fato de você poder praticar independente da sua idade, ou de realizar uma prática mesmo sem que esteja em sua melhor forma física, não dependeria do que você pode, mas do quanto você é capaz de se apoiar no que o cenário lhe oferece. Acontece, que citando Bruce Lee em sua conhecida "Entrevista perdida" que está disponível no youtube, ele fala de que a habilidade última de um artista marcial deveria ser a honestidade.

Ao longo dos anos, Si Fu falou sobre muitas coisas para mim, que nunca mais esqueci: Uma delas, se referia ao fato, de que muitas vezes quando falamos sobre algo, damos um conselho, ou contamos uma história, estaríamos na verdade falando para nós mesmos. Precisamos nos ouvir falando daquilo. . Isso tudo, de forma consciente mas principalmente inconsciente: "...A maneira que a pessoa monta o pensamento... A ordem que ela apresenta o que compõe o discurso, mostra muito também..." - Teria dito Si Fu.

Então, naquela conversa, Si Suk Ursula também estava falando sobre isso de certa forma. Pois com o tempo numa Família Kung Fu, você começa a atribuir valor a uma série de coisas e momentos que antes você não conseguia fazê-lo. E por atribuir esse valor de maneira apropriada, e mais ainda: Por fazer parte de todo o pensamento que leva até que ele seja apresentado . Seja em forma de um evento, jantar, prática , etc... Que você em um determinado momento deixa de achar algo "caro". Assim como a posição "Yi Ji Kim Yeung Ma" é desconfortável no primeiro dia e depois você se apropria dela ao ponto de ficar confortável .
Pois estamos falando de um valor simbólico embutido no objeto ou momento. E por conseguinte, exatamente por sermos capazes de atribuirmos o devido valor ao acesso pleno que nos é dado ao Sistema Ving Tsun que nos mobilizamos. E de uma forma talvez mágica, encontramos sempre uma maneira de seguir adiante nessa jornada. Talvez andemos 15 passos num dia, e no outro apenas fiquemos onde estamos, mas por termos a noção plena do tesouro que nos é entregue por nosso Si Fu, não nos atrevemos a sair da estrada.

Então nessa convivência com Si Fu, ouvi dele anos atrás, que eu deveria parar de tentar convencê-lo de que não tinha dinheiro, mas parar para pensar se não era uma questão de que eu estava escolhendo outras coisas para investir.
Quando se tem um Si Fu, você vai encontrar essa única pessoa, que não vai deixar você convencê-lo de nada disso. Ele vai lhe ouvir com todo o coração, mas não vai permitir , nem por um momento, que você o convença dessa ou de outras coisas. Talvez, você esteja tão mal naquele período, que ele apenas respeite o momento para quem sabe, conversar com você melhor depois. Mas se você tiver qualquer condição de ouvi-lo, ele provavelmente vai lhe chamar para o movimento novamente.

Você deve estar pensando: "Ei! Qual a razão disso tudo? " - Bom, meu Si Gung disse certa vez que:  "Kung Fu significa acumulo de potencial". - Achei bem interessante essa interpretação e nunca mais esqueci. Então, lá estava eu ouvindo de um aluno, que ele estava cansado e por isso não estava indo bem na prática. Eu ouvira algo assim muita vezes, mas foi só naquela vez, que como uma torrente, tudo isso veio à minha mente. E foi só então que eu me perguntei: "Se é possível ser um Mestre de Kung Fu mesmo não sendo o melhor lutador, ou o mais bem preparado fisicamente, porque este se apóia no potencial da situação. Isso também não se aplica a escassez de dinheiro? "
Portanto,ao abrirmos mão das justificativas seja para nós ou para terceiros, por entender que nenhuma justificativa fará a situação mudar, passaremos a ter o potencial de entender inclusive como ser um excelente artista marcial mesmo não sendo o mais forte, o mais alto, o mais rápido ou até mesmo a pessoa com mais tempo ou mais recursos.  E se pudermos , com tudo isso , ser um grande artista marcial, por que não, um grande ser humano?

Existe um misterioso período no qual o animal do ano anterior está se retirando e o animal do ano novo está chegando quando se trata de cultura chinesa e de suas celebrações de "Ano-novo". Neste momento, as naturezas estão misturadas e é preciso estar atento para se precaver de más notícias ou qualquer outra coisa. Por isso, segundo o que ouvi certa vez, algumas pessoas chegam a desligar os celulares neste período para não receberem más notícias.
Não conheço todos os países do mundo e suas culturas, nem mesmo a do Brasil conheço profundamente. Porém, posso dizer que em muitos aspectos, nosso país tropical se assemelha a China. E um deles, é que o Brasil consegue superar a China, nesse "misterioso período" entre um ano e outro. Pois apesar de celebrarmos o Réveillon como a maioria dos países do ocidente no dia 31 de Dezembro. O que pouca gente sabe fora do Brasil, é que o ano de fato, só começa para nós depois do que chamamos de Carnaval. Então, é como se estivéssemos numa espécie de limbo, no qual o ano começou mais ainda não engatou de fato.

There is a mysterious period which the animal from the previous year is withdrawing and the animal of the new year is coming when it comes to Chinese culture and its "New Year" celebrations. At this point, the natures of the two years is mixed so you need to keep caution on bad news during this period. Apesar dessa peculiar tradição brasileira, no dia 04 de Janeiro deste ano, no primeiro dia de funcionamento da casa da Família Moy Fat Lei no Méier. Recebemos pouco mais de quarenta pessoas que prestigiaram uma histórica "Aula Inaugural" coordenada pelo Líder do Clã Moy Jo Lei Ou em pessoa. Pois , como fogo selvagem, a notícia de que o mundialmente famoso Mestre Senior Julio Camacho estaria nos arredores apresentando seu inovador projeto "Programa Fundamental" se espalhou. E em pleno primeiro dia de funcionamento, o Clã Moy Jo Lei Ou estava em chamas funcionando a todo o vapor!
Mas essa história começou bem mais cedo...

Si Fu havia dormido poucas horas naquela noite, e quando desceu do carro, pude ver que estava um tanto quanto cansado. Porém, foi necessário apenas que retomasse o ar para que seu vigor e entusiasmo voltassem. Ele estava todo de preto, como quando nos conhecemos pela primeira vez. Isso porque, em mais de uma década, Si Fu nunca esteve tão ativo em vários aspectos simultaneamente. Diferente daqueles tempos, Si Fu volta a liderar a equipe de gestão não apenas de um único Núcleo, mas de vários. Além disso, como estamos em uma era diferente, ele não pode, não deve e nem quer fazer tudo sozinho. E assim, vem transformando garotos num grupo coeso em um curto espaço de tempo.

Desta forma, sem descanso, um corajoso grupo coordenado por Si Fu, desde o dia 21 de Novembro, vem fazendo reuniões diárias das 6:30 am às 7:30 am a fim de mudar o paradigma atual da maneira com que entendemos profissionalmente nossas carreiras. O legado que Si Fu está deixando com tudo que vem fazendo , talvez só seja compreendido daqui a dez anos. Por hora, acredito que ninguém na Moy Yat Ving Tsun esteve acordando tão cedo e dormindo tão tarde durante os períodos festivos quanto Si Fu esteve.

Não que ele quisesse isso, mas esse é o estranho encantamento que ele parece exercer em pessoas a mais de duas décadas, que cativa ao ponto de um tema tão exótico quanto "Sistema de Variação Chinês", tomar sua atenção numa noite de Quinta num bairro da Zona Norte do Rio.

When he got downstairs, it was as if a renowned magician had appeared to make his show. Everyone gathered in silence and quickly the contagious presence of Si Fu occupied the whole place. Not that he wanted it, but this is the odd spell he seems to have on people more than two decades, captivating to the point of such an exotic theme as "Chinese Variation System," catching one´s eye on a Thursday´s Night in a neighborhood of the North Zone of Rio.

Quando Romário estava próximo ao final de sua carreira, algum repórter lhe perguntou se o fato de não conseguir correr como quando era jovem lhe atrapalhava. Romário apenas respondeu: "Eu não preciso correr, a bola corre pra mim."
Assistir Si Fu naquela noite, foi algo parecido com isso. Ele não fazia esforço nenhum para conquistar a platéia , apenas aproveitava o que lhe era oferecido e trabalhava em cima . E de algum modo, era como se tudo estivesse previamente combinado com a audiência: As piadas, os movimentos, as risadas, etc... Ainda que eles não soubessem. De tão natural que tudo fluía .

When Romario was near the end of his career, some reporter asked him if his failure to sprint as he had when he was a young man disturbed him. Romário just replied, "I do not need to run, the ball runs to me."
Watching Si Fu that night was something like that. He made no effort to win over the audience, he just took what was offered and worked on it. And somehow, it was as if everything was previously combined with the audience: The jokes, the motions, the laughter, etc ... Even though they did not know. It was so natural that everything flowed.

 Eu também estava lá e pude ficar tranquilo para apreciar o momento proporcionado por Si Fu. Tive a felicidade de rever velhos rostos conhecidos . Fossem de irmãos Kung Fu como Rodrigo Demetrio, ou de velhos amigos como Iron Jr (foto).

I was there too and I could rest easy to enjoy the moment provided by Si Fu. I was fortunate enough to see old familiar faces. Kung Fu brothers like Rodrigo Demetrio, or old friends like Iron Jr (photo).

Em determinado momento, Si Fu que passava ao meu lado enquanto todos praticavam comentou: "Já viu como todos estão sorrindo? " - Si Fu se referia a leveza da prática proposta, baseada nos conceitos do "Programa Fundamental". Um Programa que visa acolher os praticantes que inciarem sua prática em um dos Núcleos da "Gestão Integrada" em um primeiro momento.

At one point, Si Fu who passed by me while everyone was practicing commented: "Have you seen how everyone is smiling?" - Si Fu referred to the lightness of the proposed practice, based on the concepts of the "Fundamental Program." A Program that aims to welcome practitioners who start their practice in one of the "Integrated Management" schools at a first moment.

E como num "Piscar-de-olhos" a noite se findou. Muitos dos presentes de alguma forma tentaram trocar algumas palavras com Si Fu ou registrar aquele momento em foto. Naquela noite, ainda conversamos bastante no caminho até a sua casa, e fomos juntos jantar. Por volta das 00h eu tinha uma das conversas mais importantes com Si Fu recentemente, mas essa, é uma história para um outro dia...

And as in a "Blink of an eye" the night was over. Many of those present somehow tried to exchange some words with Si Fu or record that moment in photo. That night, we still talked a lot on the way home, and we went to dinner together. Around 00h I had one of the most important conversations with Si Fu recently, but this is a story for another day
