MOY FAT LEI FAMILY´S ULTRA-SATURDAY.

Graças a uma iniciativa muito especial do meu irmão Kung Fu Fabiano Silva, que é docente de alto calibre na renomada Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Foi possível para o Clã Moy Jo Lei Ou vivenciar um dia inteiro de um Nivelamento Gerencial conduzido pelo próprio Fabiano e por sua esposa.
A Família Moy Fat Lei se fez presente através das presenças de meus discípulos: Cayo Cesar (Diretor do Núcleo Méier), Caroline Archanjo (Diretora Adjunta), Luiz Grativol (Responsável pelo ambiente de Consolidação de Posicionamento do Núcleo Méier) e Jaqueline Tergolina, membro mais antigo de minha Família em atividade.

Thanks to a very special initiative of my Kung Fu brother Fabiano Silva, who is a high caliber teacher at the renowned Getúlio Vargas Foundation. It was possible for the Moy Jo Lei Ou Clan to experience an entire day of a Management Leveling course led by Fabiano himself and his wife.
The Moy Fat Lei Family was present through the presence of my disciples: Cayo Cesar (Méier School Director), Caroline Archanjo (Vice-Director), Luiz Grativol (Responsible for the Positioning Consolidation Environment of the Méier School) and Jaqueline Tergolina,the eldest member of my Family in activity.

Enquanto Cayo, Caroline, Luiz e Jaqueline se dirigiam para o Núcleo Barra, eu recebia Jorio Jorge(foto), o "caçula" da Família Moy Fat Lei no Mo Gun. Como todo o Sábado, caminhamos tranquilamente até a padaria mais próxima para nosso tradicional café-da-manhã. Aquela seria uma das primeiras oportunidades de vivência apenas entre nós dois. 

Jorio me explicou nuances sobre os Role Playing Games e me deixou muito espantado, quando disse jogar a vinte anos com o mesmo grupo todas as Sextas. O grupo por sua vez, não poderia ser mais especial: Felipe Mury, Rodrigo Demetrio e Rodrigo Moreira. Todos meus irmãos Kung Fu de longa data.

While Cayo, Caroline, Luiz and Jaqueline were going to the Barra School, I received Jorio Jorge (photo), the "youngest" of the Moy Fat Lei Family in Mo Gun. Like every Saturday, we walked quietly to the nearest bakery for our traditional breakfast. That would be one of the first opportunities for Kung Fu Life just between the two of us.

Jorio explained me nuances about Role Playing Games and left me very amazed when he said that had been playing  for twenty years with the same group every Friday. The group in turn, could not be more special: Felipe Mury, Rodrigo Demetrio and Rodrigo Moreira. All my longtime Kung Fu brothers.

Após consertar a luz da garagem, pedi a Jorio que conduzisse a aula de fundamentação daquela manhã. Estas aulas, são um dos instrumentos do Programa Fundamental, o qual pessoas que estão iniciando sua trajetória em algum dos Núcleos do Clã Moy Jo Lei Ou participam. 

Aquela foi uma experiência muito especial para todos nós. Um dos participantes naquela manhã, era Lucas Draxler, que acabou gostando da experiência e se matriculou. 

After repairing the light from the garage, I asked Jorio to conduct the fundamental class that morning. These classes are one of the instruments of the Fundamental Program, which people who are starting their trajectory in some of the schools of Moy Jo Lei Ou Clan participate.

That was a very special experience for all of us. One of the participants that morning was Lucas Draxler, who ended up enjoying the experience and enrolled.

Não posso dizer que foi uma pena não acompanhar o período da manhã do curso ministrado por Fabiano, pois essa experiência com Jório foi muito importante. Além disso, estava muito tranquilo com os discípulos que me representavam. Havíamos estudado o material e nos preparado, inclusive com relação à vestimenta apropriada, para aquele dia. Lembro de ter dito a Caroline, que se fossemos uma banda, essa seria nossa primeira apresentação "ao vivo". Complementei dizendo que bandas em suas primeiras apresentações costumam ter problemas, mesmo os Beatles. Terminei dizendo que esperava que fosse um marco histórico para nossa Família, e acredito que tenha sido. 

Fabiano por sua vez, apresentava de forma muito clara e didática, conceitos que ajudaram a todos a ter uma visão mais clara sobre como gerir um negócio tão complexo quanto um Núcleo que promove o Ving Tsun. 

I can not say that it was a pity not to follow the morning session of the course taught by Fabiano, because this experience with Jorio was very important. Besides, I was very calm with the disciples who represented me. We had studied the material and prepared ourselves, including with regard to the appropriate dress, for that day. I remember telling Caroline that if we were a band, that would be our first "live" performance. I commented that bands in their first performances usually have problems, even the Beatles. I ended up saying that I hoped it would be a historic milestone for our Family, and I believe it was.

Fabiano, in turn, presented in a very clear and didactic way, concepts that helped everyone to have a clearer vision on how to manage a business as complex as a School that promotes Ving Tsun.

Si Fu também não esteve presente pela manhã, pois acompanhado por Bruno Brandão, foi testemunha honorável na Cerimônia da Família Moy Ke Lo Si. Ele apareceu um pouco depois do almoço, com os cabelos bem cortados e um terno muito bem alinhado, e explicou com clareza alguns pontos importantes de nosso trabalho como por exemplo os três pilares do trabalho realizado nos Núcleos do Clã Moy Jo Lei Ou e a "Visão" da instituição.

Si Fu also was not present in the morning, because accompanied by Bruno Brandao, was honorable guest in the Moy Ke Lo Si Family Ceremony. He appeared a little after lunch, with his hair well cut and a suit well aligned, and explained with clarity some important points of our work as for example the three pillars of the work carried out in Schools of Moy Jo Lei Ou Clan and the "Vision" of the institution.

Sentei junto de meus discípulos e com eles, acompanhamos e participamos ativamente de todo o período da tarde. Em alguns momentos percebi Luiz e Caroline com a "energia baixando", mas chamei sua atenção para não que não permitissem que isso acontecesse: "Não deixe de se colocar" - Pedi por mensagem. 

Ao descer com minha Família Kung Fu, fizemos um pós-evento muito especial nas dependências do Condomínio O2, onde fica o Núcleo Barra. Acredito, que tenha sido um dia muito impactante para todos os envolvidos.

I sat with my disciples and with them, accompanied and participated actively throughout the afternoon. At times I noticed Luiz and Caroline with the "energy going down," but I called their attention not to let it happen: "Be sure to get in" - I asked trough a message.

When I went downstairs with my Kung Fu Family, we made a very special post-event in the O2 Condominium, where the Barra School is located. I think it was a very shocking day for everyone involved.

Mas o dia não acabara aí! Havia sido convidado pela minha discípula Jaqueline Tergolina(foto), para um show de Jazz no bairro da Glória ainda naquela noite. Convidei Clayton Meireles, meu irmão Kung Fu, para ir junto. Afinal, além de ser uma boa companhia, precisávamos conversar sobre alguns projetos para o Núcleo Méier em termos de estrutura.

Acho que eu estava bem cansado mesmo quando me dirigi para o Jazz, mas nós que somos "Si Fu", temos uma espécie de "bateria extra" para casos assim como uma caixa de vidro escrita: "Quebre em casos de To Dai.". Então, é como se você estivesse fazendo um "Chi Sau" de um dia inteiro com discípulos diferentes, e você ainda assim estivesse completamente atento à eles, mostrando cada furo ou cada movimento válido e perguntando: "O que ficou pra você dessa experiência?" 

Por fim, o show foi simplesmente maravilhoso! Ficamos completamente encantados pela habilidade do baterista, que tirava sons do instrumento que eu não sabia que existiam. Lembramos, claro! De "La La Land" e ficamos falando do filme nos intervalos.

Eram 2:36am de Domingo, quando deixei Jaque próxima a sua casa e me dirigi para o Mo Gun já que moro lá.

But the day was not over! I had been invited by my disciple Jaqueline Tergolina (photo), to a Jazz show in the neighborhood of Glória that night. I invited Clayton Meireles, my Kung Fu brother, to go along. After all, besides being a good company, we needed to talk about some projects for the Méier School in terms of structure.

I think I was pretty tired even when I headed to Jazz, but we who are "Si Fu", we have a kind of "extra battery" for cases just like a glass box written: "Break in case of a To Dai" . So it's like you're doing a "Chi Sau" of a whole day with different disciples, and yet you were completely watching out for them, showing each hole or every valid move and asking, "What do you take for you from that experience? "

Lastly, the show was simply wonderful! We were completely delighted by the drummer's skill, which made sounds of the instrument that I did not know existed. We remember, of course! From "La La Land" and we talk about the film in intervals.

It was 2:36 a.m. of Sunday, when I left Jaqueline near her house and headed for the Mo Gun since I live there.

Mas esse ultra-Sábado não acabou nele mesmo! Alguns dias depois, em nossa "Reunião Semanal de Gestão" no meu lugar preferido do Méier sem ser o Mo Gun. A experiência ainda estava viva nos participantes. No caso de Luiz Grativol(de branco na foto), o Sábado havia gerado nele uma tomada de consciência muito especial, que o levou a se oferecer a participar de alguma forma da gestão do Núcleo. Conforme vi meu Si Fu fazer tantas vezes com tantas pessoas, criei uma função para ele.

Bom...Como diria Si Fu: "Vida Kung Fu é isso, meu amigo: Quem dá mais, ganha mais."

But this ultra-Saturday did not end in itself! A few days later, in our "Weekly Management Meeting" in my favorite place of Méier without being the Mo Gun. The experience was still alive in the participants. In the case of Luiz Grativol (wearing white in the photo), the Saturday had generated in him a very special awareness, which led him to offer to participate in some form of the management of the School. As I watched my Si Fu do so many times with so many people, I created a function for him.

Well ... As Si Fu would say: "Kung Fu life is just like that, my friend: Who gives more, earns more."
