The photo above, is a "selfie" taken by Vitor Sá from a breakfast of the Moy Fat Lei Family in the house of Jaqueline Tergolina. Also present were Rodrigo Moreira and Clayton Meireles, members of the Moy Jo Lei Ou Family, and my Kung Fu brothers.
This photo is not only special because of the contagious spirit it passes, but mainly because I was not present on daylol
The idea of this meeting was to promote a "pre-event" for the next Traditional Ceremony of our Clan Moy Jo Lei Ou. And particularly for me, it was very special to know that things are beginning to happen, since this is not the first time, without my presence ...
I believe that in the Kung Fu Family we must strive to maintain good relations with all its members. But occasionally, we get closer to some brothers than others. At such times, Si Fu always caught my attention, never to replace the "Si Hing-Dai" (older-younger brother) relationship for just friendship.
Si Fu said that within the "Si Hing-Dai" relationship there is also friendship, but there are also many other things that would be left out if we focused on only one possibility.
I have lived in these years, many strong relationships in the Kung Fu Family, which have provided unforgettable moments.
Below for example: I, Guilherme de Farias and Pedro Correia, on our guitar party. At Si Fu's former house. On a birthday of our sister Kung Fu, Jade Camacho, also his daughter:
My favorite author, the fantastic sinologist François Jullien. He speaks a little about these strong ties that arise between members of an army or any group that deals in their daily lives with real or symbolic processes of life and death: "... Let us put the worst enemies in a boat, If the wind begins to whip it, we will see them cooperate so intimately in the face of the storm, as our two hands habitually co-operate: it is likewise because of the dangerous situation in which they are launched that cohesion must be born in the bosom of armies ... "
(I, my kung fu brother Vladimir and his son Dani. In a show of Northeastern culture in the Landfill zone)
Si Fu usually talks, that if a relationship does not have much time or is only superficial, does not go through different moments: Crises, happiness, joy, sadness, smiles and tears ... According to him, any lasting relationship go trough those moments.
However, in the Kung Fu Family, we have something more: Body intimacy. That is, the possibility of someone who hit you with all the ones force, be laughing with you only a moment later. Or, that your Kung Fu brother so close to you, needs to be punched at some moment ...
In the photo we see in the right corner wearing glasses, Clayton Meireles and next to him, Rodrigo Moreira. The rest are members of the Moy Fat Lei Family.
The purpose of this meeting was, as said at the outset, to prepare the following event:
The Disciple of Master Julio Camacho
Thiago Pereira "Moy Fat Lei"
