Havia pensado no que falar minutos antes, porém, quando tomei o microfone em minhas mãos as palavras me escaparam por um momento. Sempre acho impressionante o que é possível acontecer em poucos milésimos de segundos, pois foi nesse tempo em que senti minha timidez  querer tomar o lugar por conta do que aquele momento representava. Rapidamente, o praticante de Kung Fu fez ela se dispersar e as palavras voltaram como uma avalanche. E assim, foi possível falar o que queria a cada To Dai .
E assim tem sido nos últimos dez anos: Em todos os momentos de fraqueza ou da possibilidade da mesma, é o Kung Fu que me sustenta. Uma força de vontade vem de algum lugar, e torna possível que eu realize coisas que não conseguiria normalmente.
Recentemente meu Si Fu falou algo como: "... O que a pessoa já traz com ela, já é a habilidade dela. Tudo o que ela fizer além disso, é o Kung Fu..."

I had thought about what to say few minutes before, but when I took the microphone in my hands the words escaped me for a moment. I always find it impressive about what is possible to happen in a few thousandths of a second, for that time when the feeling of shyness start to take the place because of what the moment represents to me. Quickly, the Kung Fu practitioner inside me take the lead and  words came back like an avalanche. And so it was possible to speak what I pretended to each To Dai.
And so it has been in the last ten years: In all moments of weakness or the possibility of it, it is the Kung Fu that sustains me. A willpower comes from somewhere, and makes it possible for me to accomplish things I would not normally achieve.
Recently my Si Fu said something like: "... What a one already bring with him, it is already a skill of him. All he does besides is Kung Fu ..."

10 years of the Blog : 1 year of Moy Fat Lei Family

 Essa semana, o Blog completa 10 anos. Começando com o nome "Blog do Pereira" e hoje com o nome de "A Journey of Ving Tsun Life", nome que me foi presentado pelo meu Si Fu. Este Blog me acompanhou nos melhores e piores momentos, e é com uma sorte boa que podemos completar os 10 anos do Blog com uma postagem sobre o primeiro ano completado da minha Família Kung Fu. 

A Cerimônia que receberia os membros : Renato Madeira, Poliana Hiromi , Luiz Grativol e Carol Archanjo em minha Família, aconteceu no bom e velho salão do Estrela do Sul(foto). Porém, além da Cerimônia da minha Família, também houve a do meu Si Fu na sequência. Um momento mágico, completo pela presença de meu Si Gung Leo Imamura.

This week, the Blog completes 10 years. Starting with the name "Blog of Pereira" and today with the name of "A Journey of Ving Tsun Life" given by my Si Fu. This blog has accompanied me in the best and worst moments, and it is with good luck that we can complete the 10 years of the Blog with a post about the first completed year of my Kung Fu Family.
The Ceremony that would receive the members: Renato Madeira, Poliana Hiromi, Luiz Grativol and Carol Archanjo in my Family, happened in the good old hall of the South Star Restaurant (photo). However, in addition to the Ceremony of my Family, there was also  Si Fu's Family Ceremony in the sequence. A magical moment, complete by the presence of my Si Gung Leo Imamura.

 Os Certificados entregues àqueles que participariam da Cerimônia(foto), foram assinados por mim, pela minha esposa, pelo meu Si Fu e pelo Si Gung. Os certificados são cuidadosamente feitos pelo Si Suk Flavio Caxiano, nosso emissor oficial de Certificados. Importante dizer, que apenas ele , em toda a Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence pode emitir certificados. Nem mesmo Si Gung pode fazê-lo. Por isso, os certificados vem com sua assinatura. Qualquer coisa diferente disso é ilegítimo. 

Todos os certificados se adequam a cada finalidade, a cada composição de texto e principalmente ao nome de cada membro. Por isso, dizemos que eles seguem modelos padronizados e não rígidos. Nas palavras do próprio Si Suk Caxiano.

The Certificates delivered to those who would participate in the Ceremony (photo) were signed by me, my wife, my Si Fu and Si Gung. The certificates are carefully made by Si Suk Flavio Caxiano, our official issuer of Certificates. Importantly, that only he, throughout the Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence can issue certificates. Even Si Gung can not do it. So the certificates come with his signature. Anything other than that is illegitimate.
All certificates are tailored to each purpose, to each text composition and especially to the name of each member. Therefore, we say that they follow standardized and non-rigid models. In the words of Si Suk Caxiano himself.

 Antes da Cerimônia começar , um de meus To Dai , o fanático por futebol Vitor Sá (de pé no canto superior esquerdo), comunicou que teríamos a exibição de um vídeo de homenagem ao primeiro ano da Família Kung Fu. Enquanto isso, Pedro Freire, o To Dai mais antigo, estava abaixado preparando o computador. Bom, para mim foi bem emocionante ver aquela cena. Pois nesses 10 anos do Blog, vocês puderam ver a quantidade de vídeos que produzi de homenagens. Geralmente eu digo que o primeiro foi o da antiga colíder da Família Moy Jo Lei Ou, mas não é verdade. O primeiro vídeo que produzi para o Blog foi contando como foi a primeira vez que joguei "Mortal Kombat" no terminal rodoviário da Pavuna(Zona Norte do Rio)!!! Veja, acho que melhoramos os temas abordados aqui! rs

Enfim, foi emocionante vê-los ali em duas posições que já estive em muitos momentos... Eles escolheram a música "What a Feeling" do filme "Flashdance" para o vídeo..rs Um sorriso me tomou desprevenido quando começou a tocar...rs

Before the Ceremony began, one of my To Dai, the biggest football (soccer) fan, Vitor Sá (standing in the upper left corner) announced that we would have a tribute video to the first year of the Moy Fat Lei Kung Fu Family. Meanwhile, Pedro Freire, the oldest To Dai, was down preparing the computer. Well, it was really exciting for me to see that scene. Because in these 10 years of the Blog, you could see the amount of tribute videos that I produced. Usually I say that the first was a tribute to the former co-leader of the Moy Jo Lei Ou Family, but it's not true. The first video I produced for the Blog was telling how it was the first time I played "Mortal Kombat" at the Arcades at the Pavuna bus terminal (Rio´s north zone) !!! See, I think we've improved the topics covered here! LOL
Anyway, it was exciting to see them there in two positions I've been in a lot of times ... They chose the song "What a Feeling" from the movie "Flashdance" for the video..lol A smile took me off guard when it started playing. ..LOL

 Aquela não era só a uma noite que celebrava as pessoas presentes, ou um ano de Família Moy Fat Lei. Era também uma noite que celebrava o primeiro ano de Clã Moy Jo Lei Ou e o primeiro ano do Grande Clã Moy Yat Sang . Já que todas essas novas atribuições surgiram junto com a primeira Cerimônia da Família Moy Fat Lei. Si Fu costumava nos perguntar sobre quando um nascimento ocorre de fato. Chegávamos a conclusão de que não dá pra saber ao certo... Toda essa noite nasceu com o incêndio do Templo Shaolin (Siu Lam) ou com a mudança do Patriarca Moy Yat para os EUA? Ou quem sabe com a primeira viagem do Si Gung aos EUA? Ou mesmo com a entrada do meu Si Fu na Família Moy Yat Sang? Bom, acredito que seja por tudo isso e uma coisa em comum: O permanecer destas pessoas na Família Kung Fu apesar das adversidades.

That was not just a night that celebrated the people present, or a year of Moy Fat Lei Family. It was also a night celebrating the first year of Clan Moy Jo Lei Ou and the first year of the Grand Clan Moy Yat Sang. Since all of these new assignments came along with the first Moy Fat Lei Family Ceremony. 

Si Fu used to ask us about when a birth actually occurs. We came to the conclusion that we can not know for sure ... All this night was born with the fire of the Shaolin Temple (Siu Lam) or the change of Patriarch Moy Yat to the US? Or maybe with the first trip of  Si Gung To the USA? Or maybe the when my Si Fu joined the Moy Yat Sang Family? Well, I believe it is all this and one thing in common: The staying of these people in the Kung Fu Family despite adversity.

 O Sam Toi estava ladeado por mim e pela minha esposa. Porém, algo inédito aconteceu aquela noite:  A esquerda, meu Si Fu e Si Gung!(foto) Além desta honra, inauguramos um marco histórico da primeira Cerimônia na América Latina da Linhagem Moy Yat a reunir quatro gerações num mesmo momento. 

Eu realmente precisei lutar para não me perder em pensamentos! Sabe quando alguém diz que quando uma pessoa está para morrer um filme da vida dela passa na cabeça? Pois bem, o botão "Play" do filme da minha vida insistia em passar na minha cabeça , mas como eu não estava para morrer, rs, achei que era só a emoção insistindo em tomar conta...  

Sam Toi was flanked by me and my wife. However, something unheard of happened that night: In the left, my Si Fu and Si Gung! (Photo). In addition to this honor, we inaugurated a historical milestone : The first Latin American Ceremony of the Moy Yat Lineage to bring together four generations at the same time.
I really had to fight not to get lost in thoughts! Do you know when someone says that when a person is about to die a movie of his/her life goes through the head? Well, the "Play" button of the film of my life insisted on going through my head, but since I was not to die, lol, I thought it was just the emotion insisting on taking me away ...

 À minha esposa, Si Gung , Si Fu, aos Si Suk ao Si Hing-Dai, To Dai e a todos os presentes naquela noite , meu "Muito Obrigado" por preencher a minha vida com algo que nunca conseguirei descrever!

To my wife, Si Gung, Si Fu, Si Suk to Si Hing-Dai, To Dai and all those present that night, my "Thank You" for filling my life with something I will never be able to describe!

PATRIARCH MOY YAT ANNIVERSARY (Aniversário de Patriarca Moy Yat)

"Hoje celebramos 77 anos de Grão-Mestre Moy Yat. Seu importante legado continua presente entre aqueles que honram a Denominação Moy Yat Ving Tsun. Por isso, que aproveito o dia de hoje para anunciar o seu enunciado oficial:
"Compromisso de provimento progressivo da Vida Kung Fu 功夫” (Sam Faat 心法), assumido por Grão-Mestre Moy Yat 梅逸 (1938–2001) para com seus descendentes, como modo de acesso ao Sistema Ving Tsun 詠春." (Si Gung Leo Imamura)

"Today we celebrate 77 years old of Late Grand Master Moy Yat His important legacy is still present among those who honor the name Moy Yat Ving Tsun So tat I take today to announce its official statement..:

No último dia 27 completava-se 77 anos do nascimento de Grão-Mestre Moy Yat, porém, por motivos pessoais ele preferia celebrar no dia 28 de Junho. Desta forma, todo o Clã lembrou-se de sua pessoa com mais força no último final de semana.
Mesmo aqueles que não o conheceram , partilharam do sentimento.
Talvez isso seja complicado de entender, mas uma vez Si Fu(foto acima) contou que ao abrir um livro que lhe interessou estava escrito: "Se você está lendo este livro, você é uma pessoa de sorte." - Num primeiro momento Si Fu achou estranho, mas o autor explicava sobre as inúmeras possibilidades que poderiam ter acarretado na sua não existência. Ou seja, se o seu avô tivesse tido dor de barriga no dia que conheceu sua avó você não estaria lendo o livro. E ao olhar sua árvore genealógica, as possibilidades, aumentariam ainda mais...

 Last June 27 Si Taai Gung would completed 77 years old , but for personal reasons he would rather celebrate on June 28. In this way, the entire Clan remembered his person more strongly last weekend.

Maybe that's complicated to understand, but once my Si Fu (photo above) said that when he was opening a book that interested him in a store was written on the first page: "If you're reading this book, you are a lucky person." -

That is, if your grandfather had had a stomachache the day he met your grandmother you would not be reading the book. And to look at your family tree, the possibilities would increase even more ...

Por isso que ao sentarmos juntos na manhã do último Sábado no Núcleo Méier para lembrarmo-nos de Si Taai Gung Moy Yat, foi muito emocionante quando nos demos conta de que "tinhamos sorte de estar ali". Pois se não fosse por ele e seus inúmeros esforços. Não haveria Si gung, Si Fu e nao haveríamos nós.
Mais importante do que isso, foi perceber que conosco naquela manhã tinham ao menos três pessoas presentes de outras cidades que se reuniram junto de nós no Mo Gun da Família Moy Jo Lei Ou no Méier não para contar histórias de uma pessoa que nao conhecemos, mas para através dessa tradição oral entender como nos inspirar com esses relatos.

Thats why we sat together on the morning of last Saturday at the MYVT Meier School to remind ourselves of Si Taai Gung Moy Yat, it was very exciting when we realized that "we were lucky to be there." Because if was not for him and his numerous efforts. There would not exist Si gung Leo Si Fu Julio, and any of us.
More importantly, we realize that was with us that morning at least three people present from other cities who met with us in Mo Gun of the Family Moy Jo Lei Ou in Meier not to tell stories of a person who we did not know in person, but for through this oral tradition understand how to inspire us with these reports.

Não conheci pessoalmente Si Taai Gung Moy Yat (foto), tudo que escrevo aqui vem das interpretações do que soube de oitiva de meu Si Fu ao longo de minha jornada até o momento.  Não conheci Si Taai Gung, porque quando esteve no Rio e eu já era membro da Família, mesmo tendo feito o acerto do evento que o receberia, por estar muito focado em "Luta" , não achei muito importante estar presente. Um idiota! Porém era o que eu tinha pra dar na época...

I did not personally met Si Taai Gung Moy Yat (photo), everything I write here comes from interpretations of what I learned from my Si Fu throughout my journey so far. I did not know Si Taai Gung, because when he was in Rio and I was already a member of the family, I did not attend, for being too focused on "Fight". So at the time I not found very important to be present. 
WhatcAn idiot right?! But it was what I had to give at the time ...

Eu com 16 anos não imaginava que Si Taai Gung Moy Yat viesse a falecer meses depois, e isso eu nunca mais vou poder recuperar. Portanto, dentro das minhas possibilidades e impossibilidades procuro estar junto do Si Fu e do Si gung nas oportunidades que surgem.
Eu realmente me acho um cara de sorte por fazer parte desse mundo com essas pessoas, e essa jornada está passando num piscar de olhos.

I was 16 years old and  did not imagine that Si Taai Gung Moy Yat were going to pass months later, and that I'll ever be able to recover. So, within my possibilities and impossibilities I try to be with the Si Fu and Si gung every opportunities that arise.
I really think I'm a lucky guy to be a part of this world with these people, and this journey is going in a flash.

28 years of Si Gung Leo Imamura in Moy Family (28 anos de Si gung na Família Moy)

Si Gung Leo Imamura(foto) completou a incrível marca de 28 anos dentro da Família Moy em 27 de Maio passado.
Esta é uma marca muito impressionante. Ainda que não levemos em conta que Si gung começou nas artes marciais no final dos anos 60.
Digo "impressionante", porque tendemos a nos usar como parametro para quando nos deparamos com algo. E tomando a licença para fazer isso mais uma vez, percebo que quando o Hoi Kuen de Si Gung acontecia em NY, eu tinha apenas 3 anos de idade. Provavelmente estava colocando algum brinquedo na boca, enquanto Si Gung dava início a uma jornada de dedicação e entrega que sobreviveu aos tempos desde 27 de Maio de 1987

This is a very impressive mark. Although we do not take into account that Si gung started in the martial arts in the late 60s.
I say "impressive" because we tend to use ourselves as parameter for when we come across something. And taking the license to do this again, I realize that when the Hoi Kuen of Si Gung happened in NY, I was only three years old. I was probably putting a toy in my mouth while Si Gung made a decision about dedication to a journey and a delivery that survived the time since May 27, 1987

Sobre a imagem acima, Si Baak Anderson, Mestre Senior Diretor do Núcleo Belo Horizonte da Moy Yat Ving Tsun, diz que a imagem da tartaruga é um esboço de Si Taai Gung Moy Yat num guardanapo. Foi uma das primeiras refeições entre o mestre e o discípulo naquela época. Si Taai Gung teria dito : "Você sabe o que está comendo hoje comigo?" Si gung respondeu: "Não." Si Taai Gung, em seguida, concluiria: "Pedi uma sopa de tartaruga para você saber que está entrando numa cultura que é muito diferente da sua..."

On the image above, Si Baak Anderson, Senior Master and Director of the MYVTf Belo Horizonte School, says the turtle was made by Si Taai Gung Moy Yat  on a napkin. It was one of the first meals between the master and the disciple and at the time Si Taai Gung would have said, "You know what are we eating today with me?" Si gung replied, "No." Si Taai Gung then conclude, "I ask a turtle soup so you know you are entering a culture that is very different from yours ..."

Si Gung parece ter levado a história da sopa de tartaruga a sério. Mesmo quando nos deparamos com a prática do Ving Tsun pela primeira vez, tendemos a criar uma certa resistência devido as posições. movimentos e conceitos tão exóticos a nós. Com relação a Procedimentos Cerimoniais e outros instrumentos do programa, podemos vir a ter a mesma sensação algumas vezes. Mas Si gung sempre frisou nestes momentos, a importância de não abandonar nossa cultura para abraçar a chinesa, nem mesmo, ajustar a chinesa a nossa completamente(pois então não aprenderíamos com ela). Porém, podemos usar esta cultura tão rica e diferente, para que com um "Olhar de fora" ser possível resignificar aspectos de nossa própria cultura.

Si Gung seems to have taken seriously the story of the turtle soup. Even when we faced with the practice of Ving Tsun for the first time, we tend to create a certain resistance because the positions. movements and concepts are so exotic to us. With respect to Ceremonial procedures and other instruments of the program we can come to have the same feeling sometimes. But Si gung always said in these times, the importance of not abandoning our culture to embrace the Chinese, not even, adjust the Chinese completely to ours (Because we would not bto e able learn with it anymore). But we can use this culture so rich and different, so with a "look from outside" we can reframe aspects of our own culture.

Sobre a imagem acima, Si Baak Anderson escreve que os anos de aprendizado se passaram, mas a grandeza dessa relação construída veio na última visita do Si Taai Gung ao Brasil, quando ele deixou a seguinte mensagem a seu Dai Ji(Discípulo) sobre o "Buda Heart"("Coração Búdico"):
"Ao gentil discípulo Yat Sang, uma inscrição para ser mantida ao seu lado direito – Fat Sam. O coração do 'Bebê Vermelho' é também o 'Coração Original'. Escrito por Moy Yat, em setembro de 2000. Go Yan em viagem, como convidado."

On the image above, Si Baak Anderson writes that the years of learning have passed, but the magnitude of this relationship built came on the last visit of Si Taai Gung to Brazil when he left the following message to his Dai Ji (disciple) about the "Buddha Heart ":
"To my gentle disciple Yat Sang, a writting to be kept on your right. - Fat Sam.  'Red Baby's heart' is also the 'Original Heart' Written by Moy Yat in September 2000. Go Yan traveling,. as a guest. "

STAY CLOSE TO YOUR SI FU

Numa noite de Terça , estive com Ailton Jordão e sua filha, a também praticante no Núcleo Méier, Gabi Jordão. Com Si Fu num de seus restaurantes favoritos próximos a sua casa(foto). Na ocasião Jade, nossa irmã Kung Fu também esteve presente.
Para Gabi, que também é praticante, na verdade tudo se tratava de um passeio com sei pai . Já para Jade era uma oportunidade de estar também com o seu. Pois devido a agenda lotada naquela semana e na que antecedeu, Si Fu não pôde estar muito com ela, já que ela dorme cedo e vai pra escola no dia seguinte. Assim sendo, de forma a poder estar com seu discípulo Ailton e ainda contemplar seu papel de pai, que vem em primeiro lugar, Jade foi junto dele.
Fazia tempo que não a via, assim sendo, foi bom podermos estar juntos novamente.

A night of Tuesday, I was with Ailton Jordao and his daughter, also a practitioner in Meier School, Gabi Jordan. And of course with Si Fu too, at one of his favorite restaurants near his home (photo). At that night Jade, our Kung Fu sister was also present.
For Gabi, who is also a practitioner, in fact all it was just a ride with her father. As for Jade it was also an opportunity to be with hers. Because due to busy schedule that week and the preceding, Si Fu could not spend much time with her, since she sleeps early and go to school the next day. Therefore, in order to be with his disciple Ailton and still contemplating his father's paper, which comes first, Jade was with him.
We Had long not seen her, therefore, it was good we can be together again.

Si Fu passou a palavra a Ailton, que muito nervoso não conseguia formular bem as questões que o levaram até aquele momento. Percebendo a dificuldade dele, Si Fu fez uma pergunta , já sabendo a resposta: "Você está nervoso ?"
Si Fu comentou, que a melhor forma desse nervosismo não existir mais, é que eles estivessem mais próximos a partir dali. A proximidade poderia facilitar o fluxo da conversa e da experiência de Ailton nas próximas vezes.

Si Fu gave the floor to Ailton, who  was very nervous and could not formulate the questions that led up to that moment. Realizing the difficulty of him, Si Fu asked a question, already knowing the answer, "Are you nervous?"
Si Fu said that the best form of this nervousness no longer exists, is that they were closer from there. The proximity could facilitate the flow of conversation and Ailton's experience the next time.

Sobre aquela noite todos aprendemos muito, Gabi apenas comeu yakisoba e brincou com um livro de colorir. Mas para que num futuro breve ela possa tomar consciência desses momentos, o trabalho já começou(foto). Dani Anchieta(foto) aparece na foto acima brincando no Muk Yan Jong em 2010. Si Fu na época frisou que so o fato de Dani estar próximo a Família Kung Fu e convivendo naquele ambiente, mesmo sem entender o que se passava, ajudaria muito ele no futuro como um membro da Família. Já que muitas coisas, que mesmo para um adulto são motivos de excitação como o próprio boneco de madeira, para Daniel já seria a coisa mais normal do mundo.

New Legends: A military developing Kung Fu (Um militar desenvolvendo Kung Fu)

Meu nome é Fabiano Granado, tenho 23 anos, sou militar do Exército e estudante da cadeira de História na faculdade Estácio de Sá. Atualmente sou praticante da Moy Yat Ving Tsun no Núcleo Méier e membro da Família Moy Jo Lei Ou.

My name is Fabiano Granado, I'm 23, I am from Brazilian Army and student of history  at the Estacio de Sa college. I am currently practicing in Moy Yat Ving Tsun at Meier School and Im a member of Family Moy Jo Lei Ou.

Minha jornada a este empolgante universo teve início no que eu poderia descrever como mais um dos meus caprichos em querer me testar, saber até onde vão meus limites e em não querer seguir um padrão.
Através da minha caminhada dentro do universo marcial, desde o início, tenho aprendido bastante com membros mais antigos, membros estes que são verdadeiros irmãos e que estão sempre cuidando não só de mim, mas de outros praticantes mais novos que eu.
Em meio a conversas, alguns conhecidos não escondem a expressão de surpresa quanto à minha escolha, todavia, procuro explicar a elas, de maneira objetiva, que o Ving Tsun vai muito além do padrão "soco e chute" que as pessoas tendem a relacionar as artes marciais, acima disso, procuro explicar a elas que muita coisa pode acontecer até uma contenda ser desencadeada e que podem ser evitadas.

My journey to this exciting universe began what I could describe as another one of my whims in wanting to test me, how far will my limits and did not want to follow a pattern.
Through my journey into the martial universe from the beginning, I have learned a lot from older members, those members who are true brothers and who are always taking care not only of me but of other newer practitioners than me.
Amid conversations, some known not hide the look of surprise about my choice, however, I try to explain to them, objectively, the Ving Tsun goes far beyond the standard "punch and kick" that people tend to relate martial arts on top of that, I try to explain to them that a lot can happen to a feud be triggered and which can be avoided.

A relação 'Ving Tsun x trabalho x família' tem me permitido um olhar mais cuidadoso com as pessoas ao meu redor e o ambiente ao qual ocupo. Como experiência própria, meu olhar interpretativo mudou bastante e passei a enxergar as coisas antes delas acontecerem. Não que eu tenha adquirido poderes através do ving tsun (risos), mas meu desenvolvimento nos momentos formais me preparam, de alguma forma, para as vivências externas ao Mo Gun; eis o tal olhar interpretativo supracitado.
Vivemos em mundo agitado, onde cada vez mais as pessoas não têm muito tempo para as outras, não dentro do mo gun. Estar em contato com pessoas que jamais vimos nos dá uma imensa oportunidade de trabalhar as relações de convivência. A ideia de cuidar de outras pessoas para que as mesmas se sintam confortáveis no ambiente compartilhado, pode nos mostrar o quanto podemos mudar internamente, mudar nossas atitudes, ao passo que pode permitir mudar a maneira de tratar as pessoas que estão tão próximas a nós, como amigos, família biológica...
Cada dia é um dia diferente, assim como um momento formal é, por isso é importante tirarmos de cada um deles o máximo que pudermos inferir. Nas atitudes mais simples é que podemos tirar o maior dos ensinamentos. Compartilho aqui um pouco das minhas experiências, aprendizados e como tem sido para mim viver e conviver com meus irmãos kung fu.

The relationship 'Ving Tsun x work  x family' has allowed me a closer look at the people around me and the environment to which I occupy. How trough my own experience, my interpretive look has changed a lot and started seeing things before they happen. Not that I have acquired powers through the ving tsun (laughs), but my development in the formal moments prepared me in some way, for external experiences outside Mo Gun; here is such interpretive look above.
We live in hectic world, where more and more people do not have much time to the others, not within the mo gun. Being in touch with people who have never seen gives us a tremendous opportunity to work the coexistence relations. The idea of ​​taking care of other people so that they feel comfortable in the shared environment, can show us how we can change internally, change our attitudes, while it can enable change the way you treat people who are so close to us, as friends, biological family ...
Every day is a different day, as well as a formal moment is, so it's important we take each of them as much as we can infer. In the simplest actions can we make the most of the teachings. I share here some of my experiences, lessons learned and how it has been for me to live and get along with my kung fu brothers.
