A Kung Fu Village Discovered in China! (Uma Vila Kung Fu descoberta na China!)

Uma vila chinesa veio recentemente à fama quando se descobriu que todo aquele que vive lá é um especialista em artes marciais.
A aldeia auto-sustentável, próxima as montanhas de Tianzhu, região central da China, parece ter evitado o mundo exterior.
A aldeia Ganxi Dong é a casa do povo Dong, uma das 56 minorias étnicas reconhecidas na China.
Incrivelmente, todos na aldeia isolada parece conhecer um estilo diferente de kung fu, informou Diário do Povo Online. (People's Daily)

A Chinese village recently came to fame when it emerged that everyone who lives there is a martial arts expert.
The self-sustaining village, deep in the mountains of Tianzhu, central China, seems to have shunned the outside world.
Ganxi Dong village is home to the Dong people, one of the 56 recognised ethnic minorities in China.
Incredibly, everyone in the secluded village knows a different style of kung fu, reported People's Daily Online.

Segundo relatos, alguns tipos diferentes de kung fu são praticados na vila . Todos são bem entendidos em sua arte, que parece ser o seu único hobby ao lado da agricultura. As armas vão desde apenas os punhos para varas e forcados. Imagens incríveis da aldeia surgiram recentemente, que tem sido amplamente compartilhada na mídia chinesa. According to reports, a few different types of kung fu are practised in the village.Everyone is well-practised in the art, which seems to be their only hobby aside from farming.  Their weapons range from just fists to sticks and pitchforks. Incredible images of the village has recently emerged, which has been widely shared on Chinese media. They show a few traditional-style buildings in a rural setting.In the picturesque landscape, village folk of all ages brandish sticks and swords while mid-practise.
They train by fighting each other as well as on their own and there are no exceptions. It's not clear why everyone practises martial arts or how long it's been the case.

Os locais têm duas teorias sobre a sua situação incomum: Uma afirma que a área sofreu pesados ​​ataques regulares de feras que mataram seus rebanhos e feriam os aldeões.

Locals have two theories about their unusual situation. One claims that the area suffered regular heavy attacks from wild beasts that would kill their livestock and injure the villagers.
To try and combat the problem, six families had to pick a strong youth to create, develop and learn martial arts.They modeled their actions on the moves of dragons, snakes, tigers and leopards.
As each family trained in a different type of movement, different strains of kung fu were invented.
To continue the tradition, each family had to continue training under their strain of martial arts.
Another saying goes that when the families first moved to the area to set up a village, they were frequently pillaged by their neighbours.
In order to protect themselves, the villagers invited a two martial arts experts to teach them the art of combat.
The skills they learnt was then passed on to the rest of the villagers. 
However, since it has been a tradition for a long time, no one can be certain of the real reason.

Em 2009, Si Fu juntamente com o Grande Clã Moy Yat , visitou a Vila Gu Lo, terra natal do ancestral de nossa linhagem Sr Leung Jaan(贊先生). Local este que ele teria retornado após sua aposentadoria deixando sua farmácia sob os cuidados de seu discípulo Chan Wah Sun (Jaau Chin Wah).

In 2009, Si Fu along with the Great Clan Moy Yat, visited the village Gu Lo, birthplace of the ancestor of our lineage Mr Leung Jaan (贊 先生). Place this he would have returned after his retirement leaving his pharmacy under the care of his student Chan Wah Sun (Jaau Chin Wah)

Nesta vila em particular, Si Fu comentou em suas visitas a ela em 2009 e 2012 sobre o Kung Fu ser o carro-chefe das atividades dos locais. Si Fu falou sobre o fato de que para eles soou muito espantoso ver estrangeiros com pele, cabelos , aparência em geral . Bem diferentes da deles, praticando o mesmo Kung Fu que eles.
Si Fu também falou sobre um sentimento de estar num local que parou no tempo e do valor que eles dão ao Kung Fu. Por isso, muitas vezes durante a prática houve  muita cortesia entre aqueles que faziam Chi Sau.

Mesmo após o falecimento de seu Mestre, Moy Yat, Si Gung Leo Imamura continua visitando anualmente(ou até mais de uma vez ao ano) sua Si Mo, Sra Helen Moy, viúva de Moy Yat. Nestas oportunidades, ele tem a oportunidade de renovar sua visão do Ving Tsun. Como nessa foto, o vemos ao lado,não só de Sra Helen, como também de seus dois seniors, seus Si Hing : William (sentado) e Henry( de pé) em NY.

Na foto me vemos com Si Gung em demonstração para os membros da Familia Kung Fu em visita dele ao Rio em 2005. Na Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence, os Nucleos consideram as diretrizes propostas pelo Programa. Uma delas, é a visita do líder do Clã, no caso, Si Gung. Está prevista pelo menos uma visita dele a cada um dos Núcleos Certificados. Esse tipo de experiência, pode "ativar" potenciais no praticante e no Nucleo visitado.

Pelo isolamento tão característico daquela época, os praticantes de artes marciais ignoravam que os grandes mestres sabiam atribuir um valor justo ao seu conhecimento, pois tinham importância da consciência do aluno valorizar e respeitar devidamente a arte. 
O ponto crucial , não é a quantia de dinheiro em si, mas o esforço para conseguir tal quantia. Assim, este esforço permitirá ao aluno vivenciar a importante sensação de estar conquistando por sua própria dedicação a condição de praticante da arte. Assim, ele começará a perceber que somente aquilo que conquistar com seu próprio esforço, é seu por direito. Este é o primeiro passo para a jornada da Maestria nas Artes Marciais..."

Para se tornar discípulo de Sokaku Takeda, consta no Shareiroku, que é onde estão guardados os registros de pagamentos a Takeda, que em 21 de Dezembro de 1919, Morihei Ueshiba deu uma casa a seu futuro Mestre.

MOY YAT VING TSUN NA ONU -RJ (MOY YAT VING TSUN IN UN RIO)

Em Novembro de 2009 durante a viagem da Moy Yat Ving Tsun a China, foram recebidas placas comemorativas da condição do Sistema Ving Tsun (como um todo e não só de nosso Clã) como Patrimônio Cultural Intangível pela UNESCO.

In November,2009 during the visit to China, the Moy Yat Clan received from Chinese Goverment some kind of tablet(plaque) that put the Ving Tsun System of all world in the condition of:  Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO.

Porém o governo chinês elevou o trabalho realizado pela Moy Yat Ving Tsun do Brasil ao entregar uma destas placas(foto) ao meu Si Gung, Mestre Leo Imamura como vimos na foto acima.Colocando o Brasil como um dos países a salvaguardar este legado.

Chinese goverment took MOY YAT VING TSUN FROM BRAZIL to another level when it gave this symbol for us. Putting Brazil as one of the countries wich has to preserve Ving Tsun legacy officially.

Mestre Leo Imamura entregou ao Comandante do CCOPAB(Coronel Pedro Aurélio de Pessôa) a sua placa. Este Centro Conjunto de Operações de Paz do Brasil (CCOPAB)prepara militares e civis do Brasil e de nações aliadas para serem enviados em Operações de Paz pela ONU.

A placa se encontra agora neste Centro de Operações, onde tem um local de destaque para sua exibição.Na foto , vemos o momento em que Mestre Leo Imamura passa a placa as mãos do Coronel Pedro Aurélio ladeado por Mestre Fabio Gomes.
Ao fundo observamos as bandeiras do Brasil, da ONU e no centro a foto de Sergio Vieira de Melo.

Master Leo Imamura(10G VT), my Si Gung gave to the Comandant of CCOPAB, Colonel Pedro Aurélio de Pessoa his plaque. This Integrated Center of Peace Operations of Brazil (CCOPAB) prepares militaries and civils from Brazil and friend nations to be send in UN peace operations.

The plaque is now at this Military Center where it will be show in a important place.

Sergio Vieira de Melo foi um brasileiro nascido em 1948 e morto no Iraque em 2003 junto de mais 21 pessoas durante ataque de um grupo terrorista a sede da ONU naquele país.
O secretário-geral da ONU, Kofi Annan, dizia que Sergio Vieira de Mello era "a pessoa certa para resolver qualquer problema". Foi o primeiro brasileiro a atingir o alto escalão da ONU, e como negociador da ONU atuou em alguns dos principais conflitos mundiais.

Sergio was born in 1948 and passed away in 2003 when a UN Center was attacked by Al Qaeda in Iraq.

The general-secretary of UN at the time, Mr. Kofi Annan, used to say that: "Sergio Vieira de Melo was the right person to solve any problem." He was the first brazilian to reach a high place inside UN.

Foi em 2001, dois anos antes de sua morte , que um grupo de nosso Clã esteve nas instalações do BOPE no Rio de Janeiro onde atuou por alguns anos demonstrando como esta arte chinesa que visa a vitória ou superação de obstáculos através principalmente de um pensamento estratégicoe de movimentos corporais de combate simbólico funcionava.

A NEW VING TSUN BOOK IN BRAZIL (Um novo livro de Ving tsun no Brasil)

Em 2007 aconteceu algo que mudou minha vida para sempre: Si Fu sonhava com um programa de computador que pudesse ajudar na administração do Mo Gun personalizado e ligado diretamente ao nosso site desenhado por ele na época. Para compor o site, ele pediu que seus discípulos fizessem BLOGS sobre os temas que preferissem e o site serviria de portal. Por alguma razão apenas eu levei a ideia a frente. O site morreu, o programa também, mas o Blog do Pereira sobrevive até hoje e graças a ele fiz amigos no mundo inteiro . Estes, com certeza o maior tesouro que o Blog me trouxe.

In 2007 something happened that changed my life forever: Si Fu dreamed of a computer program that could help in  Mo Gun administration and directly linked to our website designed by him at the time. To make up the site, he asked his disciples to do BLOGS on the topics they preferred and the site would serve as a portal. For some reason only I  took the idea forward. The site died, the program also, but Peartree´s Blog survives untill today thanks to him and I could make friends around the world. These, surely the greatest treasure that the blog has brought me.

Ano passado, Si Fu começou a falar com Si Hing Leo Reis(foto) , comigo e outros discípulos sobre seu desejo de que todo o membro de sua Família entregasse antes da Titulação um livro no qual depositaria suas perspectivas sobre temas relacionados ao Ving Tsun e a escolha do mestrando, que daria título ao livro.
Mais uma vez, Si Fu começava um projeto inovador, que agora, apenas cinco dias antes da Cerimônia podemos entender um pouco o quão longe ele conseguiu enxergar:
O projeto consiste num livro com nove capítulos, sendo o oitavo aquele dá título a toda a obra. O praticante entregará uma cópia ao Conselho da Moy Yat Ving Tsun de Mestres e Discípulos, uma outra ao Si Fu e outra ao Si Gung. De forma com que todo o Clã possa ter acesso ao trabalho realizado.
Um novo livro será escrito quando o praticante estiver em vistas de se tornar Mestre Senior, e finalmente um terceiro quando se tornar Grão-Mestre. Desta forma, a longo prazo, a posteridade de nosso Clã e nossos próprios descendentes terão acesso a um acervo incrível nunca antes visto de escritos de seus próprios Si Fu's, Si Sok's ou Si Bak's...

Last year, Si Fu began to talk to Si Hing Leo Reis (photo), me and the other disciples about his wish that any member of his family who was next to Master Degree Qualification, would have to write a book in which would deposit their perspectives on topics related to Ving Tsun and the choice of one chapter which would give the book its title.
Again, Si Fu began an innovative project that now, just five days before the ceremony  I can understand a little how far he could see:
The project consists of a book with nine chapters, being the eighth that gives title to the whole work. The practitioner will provide a copy to the Master and Disciples Council of Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence , another to Si Fu and another to Si Gung. So that the entire clan can have access to their work.
A new book will be written when the practitioner is in view of becoming Master Senior, and finally a third when he becomes Grand Master. Thus in the long run, the posterity of our clan and our own descendants will have access to an incredible never before seen collection of writings of his own Si Fu's, Si Sok's or Si Baak's ...

Eu me empolguei muito com o projeto desde o início, ainda que pudesse ter aproveitado mais o seu decorrer para partilhar dos conhecimentos de Si Fu(foto) Porém, além desta notícia incrível, é que Si Fu falou que o que faremos com a obra, fica a nossa escolha. Por isso possivelmente em Outubro deste ano ainda, tenhamos o lançamento do meu primeiro livro de Ving Tsun que já está finalizado.

I got carried away too much about the project from the beginning, although it could take more advantage of its course to share the Si Fu skills (photo) But beyond this incredible news is that Si Fu said that what we do with the work after, is our choice. So possibly in October this year also, we have the release of my first book about Ving Tsun that is already finalized.

O título, tema e demais detalhes continua sendo segredo. Mas um protótipo da capa (foto) , com arte de Fabio Sá (instagram @fabio_arts) já pode ser apreciada pelos leitores do Blog. O que posso dizer até o momento, é que o livro será baseado neste trabalho feito para a Titulação de Mestres. Por isso, fico extremamente feliz não só por em breve, assim como Bruce Lee também me enveredar pelos lados literários do Kung Fu, mas principalmente, por estar fazendo história em nosso Clã, graças a visão além do alcance de Si Fu. E que mais uma vez, tive a sorte de pegar carona.


The title, theme and other details are still secret. But a prototype of the cover (photo), with art by Fabio Sá (instagram: fabio_arts) can now be appreciated by readers of the Blog. What I can say so far is that the book will be based on this job done for the Masters Qualification. So I am extremely happy not only for soon, like Bruce Lee also embark me in the literary side of Kung Fu, but mainly to be making history in our clan, thanks to the vision beyond the reach of Si Fu. And once again, I was lucky to catch a ride.

Com o projeto do livro como pré-requisito para a Titulação de Mestres da Família Moy Jo Lei Ou. Si Fu estabeleceu um novo paradigma em nosso Grande Clã, que trará benefícios aos discípulos da Família Moy Jo Lei Ou e aos membros das futuras Famílias dos Mestres e futuros Mestres da Família Moy Jo Lei Ou .
Mais uma vez, Si Fu contribuiu diretamente  para o Grande Clã Moy Yat Sang, implementando este novo conceito.

With the book design as prerequisite for the Titles of Masters of the Family Moy Jo Lei Ou. Si Fu has established a new paradigm in our Great Clan, which will bring benefits to the disciples of the Moy Jo Lei Ou Family and the members of the future Families of the Masters and future Masters of the Moy Jo Lei Ou Family.
Once again, Si Fu contributed directly to the Grand Clan Moy Yat Sang, implementing this new concept.

SENIOR MASTER JULIO CAMACHO PREPARES TWO NEW MASTERS IN RIO

Depois de muito tempo, o BLOG DO PEREIRA está de volta com uma notícia super importante, que é o evento do próximo Sábado : A Primeira Cerimônia de Titulação de Mestres da Décima Segunda Geração da Linhagem Moy Yat na América Latina.
Na oportunidade, eu e meu Si Hing Leonardo Reis receberemos essa honra de nosso Si Fu Julio Camacho, começando assim uma nova jornada, um novo ciclo com muitas novas responsabilidades para com muito além de nós mesmos.
A Titulação do próximo Sábado, faz com que a até então Família Moy Jo Lei Ou liderada por Si Fu, passe a ser um Clã. No Núcleo Méier que eu dirijo junto de André Almeida "Moy Mei Da", tudo continua o mesmo por enquanto. Porém, quando acontecer a primeira Cerimônia dessa minha futura Família Kung Fu, algumas mudanças ocorrerão na estrutura do Núcleo, mas por hora, a partir da próxima Segunda, tanto o Núcleo Méier quanto o Núcleo Barra terão Mestres Qualificados atuando neles.

After a long time, PEARTREE'S BLOG is back with a super important news, which is next Saturday event: The First Qualified Master Ceremony of the Twelfth Generation from Moy Yat Line in Latin America.
On that occasion, I and my Si Hing Leonardo Reis will receive this honor from our Si Fu Julio Camacho, thus beginning a new journey, a new cycle with many new responsibilities to beyond ourselves.
The Qualification next Saturday, makes the Family Moy Jo Lei Ou led by Si Fu, becomes a Clan. On Meier School, that I run next to André Almeida "Moy Mei Da", everything remains the same for now. But when it happens the first ceremony of my future Family Kung Fu, some changes will occur in the structure of the school, but for now, starting next Monday, Meier  and Barra School will have new Masters acting on them.

Ao longo dos últimos meses, foi conversado com os membros da Moy Yat Ving Tsun do Núcleo Barra e Méier, bem como de outros Núcleos que não estão sob a responsabilidade da Família Moy Jo lei Ou, sobre a importância deste evento. E para ser honesto, eu mesmo não consegui conceber a importância desta Titulação e da honra de ser parte dela. Mas o que posso dizer por hora, é sobre ter claro que ainda que não estivesse diretamente envolvido, estar presente como membro da MYVT seria de suma importância, não por nenhuma obrigação, mas por ter a certeza de que ainda que não entenda bem toda a dimensão e desdobramentos da noite do próximo Sábado, que este evento já se faz histórico.

Over the past months, we had talk with members of the Moy Yat Ving Tsun from Barra and Meier School, as well as other schools that are not under the responsibility of Moy Jo Lei Ou Family, on the importance of this event. And to be honest, even I could not conceive the importance of this qualification yet  and the  honor to be part of it. But I can say by now, it is about having clear that although he was not directly involved, be present as MYVT member would be of paramount importance, not for any obligations, but to make sure that even that I do not understand well all size and ramifications of the night of the next Saturday, that this event can already be history.
