Muitas vezes nas férias, eu viajava para São Paulo e ficava hospedado na casa da minha tia. Passeava pela cidade (Leia-se Liberdade) e ia em algum evento por lá. Eu então percebi que poderia levar meus amigos comigo para ficarem lá também. Começou com um em 2003, passou pra dois em 2004 e assim por diante...  
Minha tia já tem 3 filhos e agora um neto, e mesmo com a casa lotada, contando com as namoradas dos meus primos à época, sempre fomos muito bem tratados . E a casa da minha Tia Ana é aquele tipo de lugar que todo mundo gosta de estar por alguma razão. 
Assim, vejo que saber receber bem os outros, também é uma arte.

Often on vacation, I traveled to São Paulo and used to stay at my aunt's house. Toured the city (read Liberdade: The japanese neighborhood) and would in any event there. I then realized I could take my friends with me to get there too. Began with one in 2003, passed to two in 2004 to  and so on ...
My aunt already has 3 children and now a grandchild, and even with a packed house, with my cousin´s girlfriends at the time . We have always been treated very well. And the home of my Aunt Anna is the kind of place that everyone likes to be for some reason.

So, I get to welcome people well, it is also an art.

SEMINÁRIO DE ESTUDO DA GENEALOGIA DA LINHAGEM MOY YAT NO MÉIER

O primeiro instrumento do Programa Moy Yat Ving Tsun a ser realizado no Nucleo Méier, não poderia ser melhor: O Estudo da Genealogia da Linhagem Moy Yat.
Eu estava por todo o tempo bem animado, inclusive por ser Si Fu o ministrante desta vez, algo até então inédito para nós.

The first tool of Moy Yat Ving Tsun Program to be held at MYVT Meier School, could not be better: The Study of Lineage Genealogy of Moy Yat.
I was excited all the time, even for being the lecturer Si Fu this time, something previously unheard of for us.

Nos preparamos para o evento da melhor forma possível, desde a divulgação até o cuidado com o Mo Gun , tudo foi realizado. Em alguns momentos aos tropeços, mas sempre com muito aprendizado vindo deles.
Si Gung havia dito que pode-se convidar neste seminário, aspirantes a membro , do Módulo “Ving Tsun Experience”, bem como convidados até mesmo de fora. Por isso convidei minha namorada, e Rodrigo Moreira, meu Si Dai , convidou sua amiga que é estudante de língua japonesa. Já Jomarx Soares, traria sua mãe, Sra. Jael.
O dia começou com Ailton Jordão lavando o Mo Gun(foto 1), realmente dando uma geral. Enquanto isso eu havia ido buscar as cadeiras em Rocha Miranda. Chegando no Mo Gun deixe-as lá e junto de Ailton fomos almoçar .

We prepare for the event in the best possible way, from disclosure to the care of the  Mo Gun, everything was done. At times stumbling, but always with a lot of learning from it.
Si Gung told that we could invite for this workshop, aspiring members from Module "Ving Tsun Experience" and even invite outsiders. So I invited my girlfriend, and Rodrigo Moreira, my Si Dai, invited his friend who is a student of the Japanese language. Already Jomarx Soares, brought his mother, Mrs. Jael.
The day began with Ailton Jordao washing the Mo Gun (photo 1), giving an overall really. Meanwhile I had gone got the chairs in Rocha Miranda. Arriving at Mo Gun and leave it there and went to lunch with Ailton.

Como certas coisas sem explicação sempre acontecem, aquele dia talvez tenha sido um dos mais quentes do universo. E por falar em universo, parece que este conspirou para fazer nosso ar parar de funcionar bem no dia em que receberiamos tantas pessoas no Mo Gun. E, por falar em tantas pessoas, nós, que esperavamos uns 17 participantes, recebemos 24. E acredite: Isso deu muito diferença, pois ficou muuuuuito quente!

As things always happen without explanation, that day may have been one of the hottest in the universe. And speaking of the universe, it seems that this has conspired to make our air conditioner stop working as well in the day we would get so many people in Mo Gun. And, speaking of many people, we, we expected about 17 participants,but received 24. And believe me: It gave much difference because it was sooooo hot in there!

Si Fu ligou, e pediu que eu começasse fazendo uma abertura já com tudo instalado. Mas acredite se quiser, mesmo meu notebook e a TV resolveram não funcionar muito bem. E alguém registrou o momento em que eu tentava entender o que se passava.

Si Fu called and asked me to start doing an opening speech with everything already installed. But believe it or not, even my notebook and the TV did not work very well . And someone posted the moment I tried to understand what was happening.

Apesar desses contra-tempos, tivemos boas surpresas neste inicio de seminário, como a presença inesperada do Si Sok Diego , que aparece em primeiro plano na foto acima.

Despite these setbacks, we had good surprises in the beginning of the seminar, as the unexpected presence of Si Sok Diego, which appears in the foreground in the picture above.

Si Fu chegou e fez uma abertura perguntando a todos se alguém saberia dizer o significado da palavra "Genealogia".

Si Fu também brincou com Pedro Freire, que estava sentado à sua frente, sobre o que ele considerava o momento de um nascimento. E explicou a todos, que na lógica clássica chinesa o momento do nascimento de alguém ou de alguma coisa, não é possível de se identificar.

Si Fu arrived and made an opening asking everyone if someone could tell the meaning of the word "Genealogy".
Si Fu also played with Pedro Freire, who was sitting opposite him, on what he considered the moment when someone is born. He explained to everyone that Chinese classical logic on the birth of someone or something, it is not possible to identify.

Si Fu(foto) também brincou com os presentes sobre o fato de que nós, não nos preocupamos em saber o nome de nossos antepassados. Pois muitos de nós mal conseguem chegar até o nome de um de nossos bisavós.

Si Fu usou os carimbos feitos por Si Taai Gung Moy Yat, e os estudos baseados no projeto "A Bordo do Junco Vermelho" , juntamente com seu próprio estudo com Si Gung, para nos apresentar principalmente , uma forma de entender a como ler textos clássicos chineses.

Para mim foi bem interessante descobrir mais algumas camadas de sabedoria no trabalho de Si Taai Gung Moy Yat que para mim já era uma obra de arte.

Si Fu used the stamps made by Si Taai Gung Moy Yat, and based on the project "Aboard the Red Boat" studies, along with his own study with Si Gung, mainly to provide us a way to understand how to read classical texts in Chinese.
For me it was very interesting to find out a few more layers of wisdom in the work by Si Taai Gung Moy Yat to me that was a master-piece

Sobre este evento, este Estudo Genealógico de Nível Básico da Linhagem Moy Yat concentrar-se-á na tradução do registro sigilar realizado por Grão-Mestre Moy Yat e no estudo dos documentos que reforçam sua versão, bem como proporcionar uma vivência de um sistema de inteligência estratégica (hai tong) que não tenha como característica o ordenamento de dispositivos corporais de combate simbólico, apresentando uma possibilidade de entendimento deste tipo de metodologia para o homem contemporâneo.

About this event, this study of Basic Genealogical Basic Level  Study of Genealogy of Moy Yat Lineage, will focus on translating the sigilar record held by Grand Master Moy Yat and the study of documents that reinforce his version as well as providing an experience of a system of strategic Intelligence (hai tong) that does not have the characteristic spatial bodily devices of symbolic combat, presenting a possibility of understanding this type of methodology for the contemporary man.

Portanto ,  assim como vi minha tia sempre receber a mim e a meus amigos(foto) de uma maneira incrivel. Receber o Clã no seu Mo Gun é também uma forma, a meu ver, de arte. Esta arte está expressada na atenção cuidadosa em receber as pessoas. De forma, que independente do espaço, tamanho, mobilia ou o que quer que seja. As pessoas parecem ter prazer em estar nesse local, e parecem ser atraídas até ele.
Você deve conhecer alguém assim: Uma pessoa que tem a sua casa como o ponto de encontro, seja de familiares ou amigos.
Vi muitas falhas ao receber o Clã e Si Fu no Mo Gun do Méier no ultimo dia 30. Mas por estar aberto a isso, acredito que tenha aprendido, assim como outros irmãos Kung Fu, para poder fazer melhor na próxima semana...

So, as I saw my aunt always welcome me and my friends (photo) in an incredible way. To welcome and receive the Clan members in our Mo Gun is also a way, in my view, of art. This art is expressed in careful attention to the people. So that regardless of space, size, furniture or whatever. People seem happy to be there, and seem to be attracted to it.
You must know someone like this: A person who has his home as a meeting point, either from family or friends.
I saw many flaws in receiving the Clan and Si Fu in MYVT Meier School last October,30. But as Im openned to things like that, I've learned that, like other Kung Fu brothers, in order to do better next week ...

(A Birthday with Ip Man!) ANIVERSÁRIO COM IP MAN

O Sábado dia 25 de Outubro já ficaria marcado para mim de qualquer jeito, afinal, seria nesse dia que completaria 15 anos de Kung Fu. Porém , como sempre, momentos marcantes quando menos esperamos acontecem.
Sábado eu cheguei ao Mo Gun bem cedo, e por estar sozinho  aproveitei para praticar um pouco, o que foi bom. Na sequência, pouco antes das 09:00 h , resolvi parar e assistir ao restante de um capítulo da novela “Ip Man” .  Foi quando Clayton Meireles chegou. Ele sentou-se ao meu lado, e juntos assistimos ao episódio até o final.
Rodrigo Moreira e Ailton Jordão chegaram na sequência, e fizemos o trabalho do Ving Tsun Experience com Clayton Meireles.  O trabalho foi focado na mobilização interpessoal direta. A “mobilização interpessoal direta” corresponde ao momento quando o praticante mobiliza (ou leva a ação) outro praticante.  Isso porque entendemos que o praticante precisa ter acesso aos dois lados da mobilização: A de quem é mobilizado e a de quem mobiliza.
Si Fu certa vez deu a relação de pais e filhos como exemplo. Ele disse que enquanto você não tem filhos, você viveu apenas parte desta experiência. Ou seja, você viveu apenas na perspectiva de filho e não de pai.
Finalmente chegou Jomarx Soares, praticante de 14 anos, que está conosco a 1 ano.
Jomarx também trabalhou a mobilização naquela manhã. Na verdade Si Gung falou uma vez que artes marciais não são para crianças.
Você que está lendo isso pode achar estranho, não significa que crianças não possam praticar! Apenas, entendemos que quando muito jovens, estes pequenos praticantes podem utilizar-se dos movimentos de combate simbólicos de forma lúdica, para trabalharem questões importantes como: equilíbrio, lateralidade , psicomotricidade, etc...
Por isso,  práticas mais aprofundadas muitas vezes ainda que a criança tenha um nível de atenção fora da média, ela não consegue se aprofundar muito.
E apesar de estar falando de crianças, eu cito também os jovens como Jomarx. Muitas vezes ansiosos, jovens dessa idade não conseguem gastar muito tempo refletindo e explorando um ponto até que ele se esgote.  Por isso ficamos tão impressionados com a perspicácia e paciência de Jomarx naquela manhã, para desvendar qual o cenário criaria para que Rodrigo Moreira fosse mobilizado a trabalhar a técnica “Fuk Sau.”

This Saturday October 25th would have marked me anyway, after all, would be the day I would complete 15 years of Kung Fu. But, as always, memorable moments happen when you least expect it. 
Saturday I got to the Mo Gun very early that morning, and enjoyed being alone to practice a bit, which was good. Following shortly before 09:00, I decided to stop and watch the rest of a chapter of the  "Ip Man" chinese soup-opera. Clayton Meireles Meireles arrived. He sat beside me, and together we watched the episode until the end. 
Rodrigo Moreira and Ailton Jordao arrived afterward, and we did the work of Ving Tsun Experience with Clayton Meireles. The work was focused on direct interpersonal mobilization. The "direct interpersonal mobilization" is the moment when the practitioner mobilizes (or take someone into action) another practitioner. That's because we understand that the practitioner needs to have access to both sides of the mobilization: How to make a movement and how to lead anyone to do the same. 
Si Fu once gave the relation of parents and children as an example. He said that while you do not have children, you lived only part of this experience. That is, you lived only in the perspective of the son and not the father. 
Finally arrived Jomarx Soares, a 14 years old practitioner, who is with us for 1 year. 
Jomarx also worked to mobilize that morning. Si Gung actually talked since martial arts are not for children. 
You who are reading this may think it strange, does not mean that children can not play! Only, we understand that when they are very young, these small practitioners can utilize the symbolic combat moves in a playful way to work important questions such as: balance, laterality, motor skills, etc ... 
Therefore,  go deeper in Ving Tsun  is too much for the child who has a level of attention away from the average, the children can not go very far. 
And while we are speaking of kids, I also would like to talk about the youngster Jomarx. Often eager, young age that they can not spend much time reflecting on and exploring a point until they runs out. So we were so impressed with the insight and patience by Jomarx that morning to unveil which scenario would create for Rodrigo Moreira were mobilized to work on technique "Fuk Sau."

Suddenly we were interrupted by the doorbell, and when we open the door of the Mo Gun, Ailton and Clayton, who had gone downstairs to the street 30 minutes before, came along with Gabi(Ailton´s kid) with balloons , a birthday cake and soda singing "Happy Birthday to you" for me(photo).

 Interrompemos o que estávamos fazendo e Ailton tomando as palavras disse que apesar de a celebração do meu aniversário (biológico) e Kung Fu não poder ser mais realizado naquele Sábado, que ele e o pessoal não gostaria que passasse em branco.

We interrupt what we were doing and taking the words Ailton said although the celebration of my birthday (biological) and Kung Fu can not be held that Saturday, he and the brothers would not want to let it pass in blank.

O bolo havia sido escolhido com cuidado, pois o pessoal sabe do quanto não gosto de chocolate.   Reparei que o bolo tinha velas formando o número “315”(foto). Comecei a rir e perguntei se havia virado um monge taoista imortal e não sabia. Todos riram e Ailton disse de forma bem tocante, que apesar de eu sempre frisar que momentos como esse são para celebrar a figura do “Dai Si Hing” do Méier e não do “Thiago Pereira”, ele comentou que para eles não é possível separar.

The cake had been chosen with care, because people know how much I do not like chocolate. I noticed that the cake had candles forming the number "315"(photo). Particularmente fiquei muito tocado, não por estar em evidência, mas por lembrar do Si Fu , como sempre. Lembrei em alguns décimos de segundo, de quando conversando com ele em 2009 sobre minha limitação para mobilizar as pessoas no Méier sem a supervisão dele, ele apenas disse após tentar várias abordagens: “Pereira, faz com o coração. Sabe porque eu fico tranquilo com relação a você? Porque eu sei que você faz as coisas com o coração.”

Particularly I was very touched, not for being in evidence, but for remember Si Fu, as always. I remembered a few tenths of a second, when talking to him in 2009 about my limitation to mobilize people in Meier without his supervision, he just said after trying various approaches, "Pereira, you do things with the heart. Do You Know why I'm ok in relation to you? Because I know you do things from the heart. "

Diferente das tantas vezes que a querida Paula Gama tinha organizado meu aniversário, simplesmente pelo carinho que tínhamos um pelo outro. Dessa vez, esse mesmo carinho estava presente, mas o trabalho vindo do coração também estava lá.  Por isso me tocou bastante.

Certa vez, indo contra tudo que os ecologistas nos ensinam, eu cheguei em casa numa tarde de Novembro, vindo da escola quando tinha 15 anos, e estava com muito, mas muito calor!
Tinhamos faltado aula para passear pela Zona Sul do Rio e fomos parar no Jardim Botanico. Andamos por lá, corremos, tiramos fotos pulando, enfim... Coisas que se faz nessa idade! Rs E eu estava com tanto calor, que me dei ao direito , já em casa, de botar apenas uma sunga, abrir uma cadeira de praia dentro do box do banheiro, e ligar o chuveiro no máximo com a água gelada e ficar lá.  Gastando nossa água potável...
Naquele Sábado dia 25, eu estava muito cansado e com muito calor, mas não fiz essa coisa da cadeira no chuveiro. Apenas tomei um banho demorado, e sentei pra tocar violão.  Fiquei tocando por duas horas, e finalmente troquei de roupa para buscar minha namorada. Pois a convite de Dona Miriam , íamos com Rodrigo Moreira e Ailton Jordão ao aniversário do Maicon Amaro, praticante do módulo “Siu Ye Kuen” (para jovens entre 7 e 12 anos).

Once, going against everything the environmentalists tell us now, I came home one afternoon in November, from school when I was 15 years old, and was very, very hot in that sunny day! 
I skkiped my classes for touring the South Zone of Rio and me and my friends stop at the Botanical Gardens. We walked around, ran, took pictures anyway ... jumping things, well, everything you could make in this age! Lol And I was feeling the heat of that sunny day, I gave me the right, back home, to put just a speedo, open a beach chair in the bathroom stall, and turn on the shower in the maximum level with cold water and stay there. Spending planet´s water ... 
On that Saturday , I was very tired and feeling hot again, but I did not do this thing  in the shower. Just took a long shower, and sat down to play the guitar. I was playing for two hours, and finally changed clothes to get my girlfriend. For the invitation of Mrs. Miriam, going with Rodrigo Moreira and Ailton Jordao, to her son´s anniversary. Maicon Amaro is a practitioner of "Siu Ye Kuen" a module for young people aged 7 to 12 years old).

Eu e minha namorada encontramos Rodrigo Moreira em frente ao clube Mackenzie do Méier e fomos para a festa. Ailton chegaria um pouco depois com esposa e filha vindo de Bangu.
O Condominio do Maicon fica bem próximo ao Mo Gun, porém, é um daqueles  lugares legais que você nunca desconfia que existem tão próximos.
Com um espaço impressionante, vimos bastante crianças correndo por todos os cantos, e fomos nos guiando por elas para chegar ao salão. De repente, Maicon passou correndo.
Tive que ser rápido para pegá-lo enquanto passava como uma flecha. Ele nos levou até o salão onde estavam seus pais. Como sempre , fomos recebidos com muito carinho pela família Amaro.

My girlfriend and I met Rodrigo Moreira in front of the club Mackenzie in Meier neighborhood and went to the party. Ailton come a bit later with his wife and daughter coming from Bangu neghborhood. Very far away.
Maicon's place is right next to Mo Gun, however, is one of those cool places you never suspect that there is so close. 
With an impressive space, we have seen enough kids running everywhere, and we let they keep guiding us through  to get to the salon. Suddenly, Maicon showed up running too. 
I had to be quick to catch him as he passed like an arrow. He took us to the room where his parents were. As always, we were greeted with great affection by the Amaro family.

Quando entramos no salão, algo me chamou a atenção na mesma hora: Um painel de Ip Man fazendo Chi Sau com a Tartaruga Ninja Raphael!!! Rindo bastante, vi o quanto a pessoa tinha feito um ótimo desenho.
Sentamos para conversar e logo depois chegou Ailton Jordão.

When we entered the room, something caught my attention right away: A panel of Ip Man doing Chi Sau with Ninja Turtle Raphael !!! Laughing a lot, I saw how much the person had made a great drawing.

Tiramos fotos com Maicon , presenciamos toda a dedicação de seus pais com seu aniversário, e foi interessante mais uma vez lembrar-me do Si Fu.
Eu não sei para você que lê o Blog se é possível contar quantas vezes eu escrevo: “E aí lembrei do Si Fu...”  ..rsrs   Mas é que em um momento como aquele na casa do Maicon, não só eu, como também Ailton e Rodrigo, estávamos ali recebendo tanto carinho, pelo fato de que um dia, Maicon assistiu “O Grande Mestre” (ip Man, 2008), quis fazer Ving Tsun a qualquer custo e nos encontrou.

We took pictures with Maicon, and we all witnessed the dedication of his parents with his birthday, and it was interesting once again remember the Si Fu. 
I do not know you who read the blog if you can count how many times I write: "And then I remembered the Si Fu ..." ..lol But is that at a time like that in the house of Maicon, not just me, as also Ailton and Rodrigo, were there getting so much love by the fact that one day, Maicon watched the Ip Man movie, and wanted to practice Ving tsun at any cost and found us.

Se nesse momento, não tivéssemos tido a condição, de trabalharmos com o coração e prover experiências significativas como Si Fu nos mobilizou, talvez não estivéssemos ali. Ou talvez, teríamos comprometido o sonho do Maicon em praticar como em “O Grande Mestre”.
Por isso mais uma vez, lembrei das pessoas que nunca conheceria e conheci, dos lugares que nunca teria ido e que estive, e a forma como fui bem recebido sempre. Tudo por causa do Kung Fu que o Si Fu me transmitiu.  Realmente é uma divida impossível de se pagar.

If at that point, we had not had the condition, to work with the heart and provide meaningful experiences as Si Fu mobilized us, we might not be there. Or maybe we would have compromised the dream of Maicon in practice as Ip Man.

So once again, I reminded people that would never know and have met, the places I would never have gone , All because of Kung Fu  that Si Fu passed down to me. It  is really an impossible debt to pay.

Não sei bem em que ano isso se deu, mas com certeza foi antes de 2009. Em conversa com Si gung, ele me disse que na época de nosso ancestral Leung Jaan, Si Gung de Ip Man, sua Família Kung Fu contava com 6 membros. Enquanto isso , a escola de artes marciais mais famosa daquela época, contava com cerca de 3000. 
Segundo Si Gung, ainda assim, os membros da Família Kung Fu de Leung Jaan eram mais respeitados no Circulo Marcial. E ele me perguntou: "Por que será?"
Naquela época, eu apenas ajudava a Família Kung Fu coordenando algumas sessões , mas não profissionalmente. Eu ainda pretendia passar num concurso público, e após ouvir esta história, projetei que dali a alguns anos, quando tivesse uns 50 anos, já estabilizado e com a vida ajeitada. Construiria no terreno da minha casa um Mo Gun para apenas 6 alunos. Não sei dizer bem a razão disso. Mas a história havido me trazido um sentimento bem intimista e de confiança mutua. 
Porém, não cumpri o que planejei... rs Mas ao ver as fotos do novo Mo Gun na residência de Si Baak Anderson chamado de "Mo Gun dos Sonhos". Precisava falar dele aqui, ou pedir que alguém o fizesse, pois realmente foi como se tivessem entrado dentro dos meus sonhos e tirado esse Mo Gun. Fiquei muito impressionado com a coincidência, mas principalmente com a qualidade do trabalho. é de cair o queixo.

I'm not sure what year this occurred, but it was certainly before 2009. At that time, I just used to helpe Kung Fu Family coordinating some practice sessions, but not professionally. I still wanted to go in a public job, and after hearing this story, I designed it in a few years when I had about 50 years old,with a calm life. I would Build on the ground of my home a Mo Gun just to 6 students. I can not say well why. But the history there brought me a very intimate feeling and mutual trust. 
However, I did not accomplish what I planned ... lol But seeing the photos of the new Mo Gun in the residence of  Si Baak Anderson called "Mo Gun of Dreams".I Needed to speak of it here, or ask someone to do it, because it really was as if they had entered into my dreams and taken this Mo Gun out. I was very impressed with the coincidence, but mainly with the quality of  the work. Is jaw-dropping!

Antes de mais nada, uma breve apresentação minha: Meu nome é Henrique Assis, sou membro da Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence e faço parte do Núcleo Belo Horizonte, sendo aluno do Mestre Leo Imamura, o que me torna um dos Si dai (irmão kung-fu mais novo) do Mestre Anderson Maia. Além disso sou o designer e mantenedor dos sites da Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence, do Núcleo Belo Horizonte e relacionados.

E um dia, numa conversa com o Mestre Anderson Maia sobre projetos, ele me disse algo que seria mais ou menos o seguinte: “Eu sozinho não sou nada. Agora, com o clã, eu ganho força.”
Juro, o fato de eu falar isso fará sentido mais para frente.

No dia 10 de Outubro de 2014, os membros do Núcleo Belo Horizonte se reuniram em São João Del Rey(foto) para presenciar a inauguração do Mo Gun privativo na residência do Mestre Anderson Maia e o Baai Si (cerimônia de discipulado) de quatro dos seus alunos diretos.

On 10 October 2014, members of the MYVT Belo Horizonte School gathered in Sao João Del Rey (photo), a city of Minas Gerais State, to witness the inauguration of the Private Mo Gun in the residence of the Master Anderson and the Baai Si (discipleship ceremony) of four of his direct students.

Esse espaço(foto) levou – ao menos pelo tempo que eu pude acompanhar – em torno de 3 anos para ser construído. Pude ver ele em 3 momentos: a construção da base, a estrutura já feita e o espaço completo. E apesar dos 3 anos que a parte física levou para ficar pronta, o sonho desse espaço veio muito antes.
Como foi falado no blog do Núcleo:
“Foi o próprio Grão-Mestre Moy Yat que incentivou ao Mestre Anderson Maia para edificar um recinto marcial privativo: Décadas atrás, o Grão-Mestre havia pintado em tela um mogun, numa ambiente rural, lembrando sua vila natal na China, Toisan, bem distinto de seu real mogun, na urbanizada Chinatown de Nova York. Ele chamou a pintura de "mogun dos sonhos" Na ocasião da visita de Grão-Mestre Moy Yat ao Núcleo Belo Horizonte, em setembro de 2000, tal pintura chegou nas mãos do Mestre Anderson Maia, numa reprodução em foto, que ficou então guardada, tornando-se também um sonho para o diretor da Moy Yat Ving Tsun de Minas Gerais.”

E o cuidado na construção dele era notável, ao menos para quem podia reconhecer. Seja pelos exatos 108 metros quadrados dedicados ao espaço ou aos 36 metros quadrados dedicados ao espaço de prática, ambos referenciando elementos importantes para a cultura de quem estuda o Sistema Ving Tsun. Além disso pude notar quadros que foram adquiridos pelo Mestre Anderson Maia em suas viagens a China, entre outros elementos. Me atrevo a dizer que o Mo Gun foi inaugurado no momento certo, sem que fosse necessário planejar uma data ou forçar um acontecimento. E quem estuda o Kung-fu entende a importância disso.
No momento da inauguração, quando cada membro adentrou ao Mo Gun, Mestre Anderson Maia e sua esposa, Carla Maia(foto), estavam na porta cumprimentando-os, sendo que Mestre Anderson Maia dizia para cada um: “Bem vindo a sua casa”

Após o Baai Si (foto)– um momento emocionante por si só, mas natural para aqueles que puderam acompanhar a trajetória de cada um daqueles membros – houve o jantar. Aposto que seria uma cena engraçada para aqueles que esperassem um momento formal, como normalmente é esperado após uma cerimônia do tipo. Tivemos um momento completamente informal, e ainda assim rico. Rico pois acima de formalidades e protocolos que podem parecer ter a primeira vista, você tinha seres humanos se conectando ali, e de uma maneira natural. E de novo: quem estuda o Kung-fu entende a importância disso.

After Baai Si (photo) - an emotional  moment ,but also natural for those who might follow the trajectory of each of those members - there was dinner. I bet that would be a funny scene for those who wait for a formal moment, . We had a completely informal moment, and yet a rich moment. Rich because above formalities and protocols that may seem to have a first glance, you had human beings creating bonds in  a natural way. And again, who studies kung fu understands the importance of it.

E voltando as citações acima, a grande lição desse evento foi o lembrar como o “servir” (e coloco entre aspas para que o leitor não busque interpretar no sentido restrito de servidão que normalmente pensamos) ao  Clã é o segredo, pois é assim que ele ganha força. Seja mantendo os Núcleos, criando websites para ajudar a conectar as pessoas “de fora” com o que queremos transmitir ou simplesmente zelando pelo funcionamento do espaço no dia-a-dia, cada contribuição que é feita para isso que é algo além de si mesmo traz mais força para o Clã como um todo.

E é nesse momento que por consequência ficamos mais fortes como pessoa.

About 4 months ago, I gave an interview to a group of physiotherapy from the State College "IFRJ" about working with the body to children, such as "How working with the body to help us as society", and many other interesting topics. NEW LEGENDS OF KF MASTERS : THE MAGIC IN MYVT MEIER SCHOOL SATURDAYS MORNINGS

Já não consigo mais lembrar da última vez que não tive um compromisso do Kung Fu num Sábado pela manhã. Acordar durante o recesso de final de ano, ou num feriado é muito estranho! Parece que falta alguma coisa quando não vou ao Mo Gun.
Quando na noite de Sexta estou em algum evento com namorada ou amigos e vejo que 23h "é tarde" pois vou acordar cedo para estar no Mo Gun no dia seguinte. Lá no fundo penso nas pessoas que podem acordar um pouco mais tarde no Sábado. Como recentemente, durante um almoço na casa da minha tia, enquanto ela preparava uma lasanha , meu tio no meio da conversa exclamou: "Nossa! Ele trabalha Sábado também?" . 
Meu tio é concursado, e essa pessoa a quem ele se referia, lhe causou espanto por trabalhar Sábado. Mas não sei se o que faço pode-se chamar de "Trabalho".
Não vou mentir, acordar as vezes é dificil. Você já está moído da semana, mas uma vez dentro do Mo gun, dificilmente eu lembro que estamos em plena manhã de Sábado.
Entro no meu carro ainda meio lento e quando o ligo percebo que esqueci de abastecer, mas já estou em cima da hora, e preciso escolher ir apenas com o vapor que sobrou da gasolina e arriscar enguiçar. Mas tudo bem! Nada como uma boa aventurazinha logo cedo!
Dirijo pela Linha Amarela no sentido contrário de todos que estão indo para a praia, por isso nunca pego transito, e assim alcanço sem maiores problemas o Méier.
Chego no Mo Gun as 07:45h... algumas vezes e ele ainda está vazio. Logo depois Erika chega um pouco cansada pois ela prefere a escada. O primeiro momento formal do dia é dela, e começamos pelo Biu Ji. Talvez não exista nada melhor pra despertar num Sábado pela manhã!
As 9 horas chegam Clayton Meireles e Vagner Marinho. Clayton é um entusiasta da arquitetura e podemos entender quando o conhecemos mais, que ele realmente leva isso como uma paixão.  Da mesma forma é Vagner com a guitarra. Ele trabalha com informática durante a semana, mas é um grande músico tendo formado bandas em alguns momentos. Rodrigo Moreira, membro da Família Kung Fu, chega para auxiliar no trabalho com os dois que estão no Ving Tsun Experience. Rodrigo é professor de Biologia e pretende em breve dar aulas apenas em faculdades.
Os três são bem diferentes, porém , o que os une , bem como a mim e a Érika é o Ving Tsun. Por isso ainda que não entendamos muito bem a arte que o outro é tão apaixonado, podemos nos comunicar através do Kung Fu. E assim, a hora passa voando...
As 10 horas, chegam Almir “Yuryck” Genuino e Jomarx Soares. Almir trabalha como copeiro, mas assim como Vagner, sua real paixão é a musica, no seu caso o Reggae. Assim, Almir nos fins de semana trabalha como DJ desse estilo de musica. Jomarx Soares, começou há pouco mais de um ano com sua irmã Jorcianne. Tempos depois Jorcianne interrompeu sua prática mas Jomarx continuou.  Jomarx é um pouco timido, mas conseguimos criar pontes falando de vídeo-games em vários momentos. E tem sido como sempre muito interessante, observar como Jomarx que começou com 13 anos, a cada semana cresce um pouco mais, não só fisicamente mas como pessoa também.
Quando são 11 horas a campainha toca e o Sr. Fabio Pereira aparece com seu filho Dani de 10 anos, e o deixa conosco para sua prática. Dani é o irmão mais novo de Lucas Eustáquio. Em seguida chega Maicon Amaro acompanhado de seu pai, Sr Marcelo Amaro, para a mesma prática.
Tenho que admitir que este é o meu momento preferido. O brilho nos olhos de uma criança que descobre um movimento novo, ou que se sente respeitada quando lhe é pedido que compartilhe com o irmão kung fu o que aprendeu não tem preço.  
Daniel e Maicon são ambos habilidosos, mas são como Ying Yang: O que se destaca em um , no outro precisa ser trabalhado. E o que se destaca no outro, precisa ser trabalhado no primeiro. 
Sempre quebrei a cabeça com os dois, pois cada um costuma usar o que tem de melhor e partir pra cima. Seja o exercício que for. Mas no Kung Fu, não valorizamos a habilidade inata, porém também não a descartamos. Acontece que preferimos mobilizar a pessoa a enxergar, através de uma “perspectiva Kung Fu”, determinada situação. 
Finalmente, um novo membro deste grupo das 11 horas chegou: Vinicius Tostes. Vinicius, que foi indicado por Joelson Junior e apoiado por sua mãe Luciana para a prática, incentivou Maicon e Dani a virem aos Sábados para compartilharem com ele, na condição de Si Hing, o que já vem aprendendo.  Quem sabe, não será o Vinicius, quem vai ajudar o Dani a abraçar mais o que o Maicon tem de bom, e o Maicon a entender melhor sobre como explorar o que o Dani tem de bom?  Simplesmente porque o Vinicius como “Si Dai”, precisará contar com os dois. Por isso, Vinicius já começa como peça chave no Kung Fu de duas pessoas tão especiais. 
Algumas vezes temos a presença de Clayton Quintino, Pedro Freire, Fabiosa, André Almeida, Ailton Jordão e etc...  Mas independentemente de quem venha, esta costuma ser minha manhã. Ao final, vamos almoçar juntos. E quando vejo já são quase 16h.  
Pego meu carro e vou pela Linha Amarela de volta pra casa. Marco alguma coisa com minha namorada para mais tarde, e quando chego em casa e fecho a porta, é como se a gravidade do planeta tivesse aumentado. Meu corpo todo pesa, um cansaço incrível bate.  Deito um pouco olhando pro teto, e sinto finalmente todo o cansaço da semana.  Eu penso no concursado que não precisa trabalhar Sábado ... E aí percebo o quanto estou cansado. Mas então eu abro um sorriso porque lembro da Erika, Vagner , Clayton, Rodrigo, Maicon, Almir, Jomarx, Dani , Vinicius e todos os outros que estiveram comigo durante a manhã, e minha energia volta.  Eu então ligo o som no último volume. As mesmas musicas toda a semana: Wanted Dead or Alive, Sweet Child O’ Mine, Formula do Amor, etc , etc... tomo um banho e começo a arrumar a casa...   

Eu nunca vou deixar de acreditar nessa energia que o Ving Tsun me traz. Estar com cada uma dessas pessoas, e tantas outras durante a semana, é algo que não se pode mensurar... De fato, minhas manhãs de Sábado são perfeitas...

I just can not remember the last time that I hadn´t an appointment in Kung Fu in a Saturday morning. Waking up during the recess of the end of the year, or on a holiday is very strange! Seems to me Im missing something when I'm not at Mo Gun. 
On Friday night when I'm at some event with girlfriend or friends and see that 23h "is too late" because I'll wake up early to be at the Mo Gun the next day.  I think the people who can wake up a little later on Saturday. As recently during lunch at my aunt's house, while she prepared a lasagna, my uncle in the middle of the conversation said: "Oh man! He also works Saturday?" . 
My uncle is a public employee, and the person to whom he was referring,  caused him astonishment because he works on Saturdays. But I wonder if what I do can be called "a Job". 
I will not lie, waking up is sometimes difficult. You are already in pain after the week, but once inside the Mo gun, I hardly remember that we are on Saturday morning. 
Get in my car still kinda slow and when I turn it on I realize I forgot to fill the gas, but I'm right on time, and must choose to just go with what's left of gasoline vapor and risk stall. But that's okay! Nothing like a good little adventure  early in the morning! 
I drive trough the highway Yellow Line in the opposite direction of everyone going to the beach, so I never caught traffic, and thus reach without major problems the Meier wild neighborhood. 
I arrive at the Mo Gun at 07: 45h ... sometimes it is still empty. Soon after, Erika gets there a little tired because she prefers the ladder. The first formal time of day its her, and we begin by Biu Ji. Perhaps there is nothing better to wake up on a Saturday morning! 
Clayton Meireles arrive at 9 am and Vagner Marinho as well. Clayton is an enthusiast of architecture and we understand when we know him, that  he actually takes it as a passion. Likewise, is Vagner with the guitar. He works with computer during the week, but he is a great musician with bands formed. Rodrigo Moreira, member of Kung Fu Family, arrives to assist in working with the two that are in Ving Tsun Experience module. Rodrigo is professor of biology and intends soon to teach only in colleges. 
The three are very different, but what unites them as well as me and Erika is the Ving Tsun. So even though we do not understand very well the art that the other is so passionate, we can communicate through Kung Fu. And so the time flies ... 
10 am Almir "Yuryck" Genuino and Jomarx Soares arrive. Almir works as a butler, but as Vagner, his real passion is music, in his case the Reggae. Thus, Almir weekends works as a DJ of that style of music. Jomarx Soares, began just over a year with his ​​older sister Jorcianne there. Later Jorcianne interrupted her practice but Jomarx continued. Jomarx is a little shy, but we can build bridges talking about video games at various times. And as always it is very interesting to observe how Jomarx that began with 13 years, every week grows a bit more, not only physically but also as a person. 
11 am when the door bell rings , Mr. Fabio Pereira appears with his son Dani (10 years old), and lets him with us for his practice. Dani is the younger brother of Lucas Eustaquio. Then comes Maicon Amaro(10 years old) accompanied by his father, Mr Marcelo Amaro, for the same practice. 
I have to admit this is my favorite moment. The sparkle in the eyes of a child who discovers a new movement, or who feels respected when asked to share with the kung fu brother what he learned is priceless. 
Maicon and Daniel are both skilled, but are like Ying Yang: What stands out in one, the other needs to work. And what stands out on the other, needs to be worked on the first one. 
Always broke my head with both, as each tends to use their best and go foward. Wherever it is. But in Kung Fu, we do not value the innate skill, but also not ruled out. It turns out that we try to mobilize people  to see, through a "Kung Fu perspective" to think about some given situation. 
Finally, a new member of this group appears: Vinicius Tostes(10 years old). 
Vinicius, who was brought to Mo Gun by Joelson Junior and supported by his mother Luciana for practice, encouraged  Maicon and Dani to come on Saturdays to share with him, as Si Hing, which they are already learning. Who knows, will not be Vinicius, who will help Dani to embrace more what's good in Maicon,and Maicon to better understand how to exploit what is good in Dani? Simply because Vinicius as a "Dai Si", need to rely on them. Therefore, Vinicius starts as key player in Kung Fu of two people so special. 
Sometimes we have the presence of Clayton Quintino, Pedro Freire, Fabiosa, André Almeida, Ailton Jordao etc ... But regardless of whoever is there, this is usually my morning. At the end, we will have lunch together. And when I see my watch its almost 16h. 
I'll take my car and the Yellow Line back home. I call my grilfriend for something later in the night , and when I get home and close the door, it's as if the planet's gravity had increased. My whole body weighs an incredible tiredness hits. I lay staring at the ceiling a bit, and finally feel tired because the entire week. I think about the public employees who not have to work on Saturday ... And then I realize how tired I am. But then I open a smile because I remember Erika, Vagner, Clayton, Rodrigo, Maicon, Almir, Jomarx, Dani, Vinicius and all the others who were with me in the morning, and my energy is back. I then turn on the sound at full volume. The same songs every week: Wanted Dead or Alive, Sweet Child O 'Mine, Formula do Amor(Leo Jaime), etc, etc ... take a bath and start to clean the house ... 

I will never stop believing that energy that Ving Tsun brings me. Being with each of these people, and many others during the week, it is something you can not measure ... In fact, my Saturday mornings are perfect ...

Donnie Yen(foto) realmente parece ter alcançado um lugar especial  no coração dos fãs de filmes de Hong Kong. Ele está prestes a lançar o filme "Kung Fu Jungle" (trailer AQUI), também será uma das estrelas da continuação do clássico "O Tigre e o Dragão" (Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon 2000).
A sequência do filme nos cinemas se chamará "O Tigre e o Dragão 2: A lenda verde"

Donnie Yen (photo) really seems to have achieved a special place in the hearts of fans of Hong Kong films. He is about to release the film "Kung Fu Jungle" (trailer HERE), and will also be one of the stars of the sequel of the classic "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" (2000).

A NETFLIX lançou ontem o banner acima no facebook , o que é uma boa noticia para os fãs brasileiros pois ele será lançado também na NETFLIX daqui juntamente com a estréia no cinema!
Esse projeto de estréia para home-cinema e IMAX simultaneamente já nasce controversa. E em entrevista recente , o tímido Donnie Yen disse o seguinte sobre o tema: "O que é controverso é bom, porque acaba por fazer todos falarem sobre isso. E no caso de um filme , falarem sobre ele é muito bom"

The NETFLIX launched yesterday the banner up on facebook, which is good news for Brazilian fans as it will also be released on NETFLIX here along with the IMAX premiere! 
This debut project for home-cinema and IMAX simultaneously is born  controversial. And in a recent interview, the shy Donnie Yen said the following on the subject: "What is controversial is good, because it ends up making everyone talk about it And in the case of a movie, talking about it is very good."

Sobre seu personagem de maior sucesso, o Patriarca do Ving Tsun Ip Man, Donnie Yen também falou sobre a continuação prevista para o ano que vem:
"Os fãs vem esperando por muito tempo por essa continuação. Eu precisava fazê-la. Porém, queria experimentar novos personagens diferentes desse, até que me sentisse preparado para interpretá-lo uma ultima vez"

About his most successful character, the Patriarch of the Ving Tsun Style Ip Man, Donnie Yen also spoke about the sequel planned for the coming year: 
"The fans have been waiting long for this sequel. I needed to do it. However, I wanted to try new and different characters, until I felt prepared to play him one last time"

Quando questionado sobre uma possível versão de "Os Mercenários" chinesa. Donnie disse que isso começou quando alguns meses atrás ele se encontrou com Jackie e os dois falaram sobre a possibilidade de rodar um filme desses com a participação de Jet Li. Jackie disse na ocasião, segundo ele, que ficaria encarregado de convencer Jet Li.
Donnie porém disse que nunca se tornou um projeto real a ser seguido, mas que teria muita vontade. Segundo ele, toda a China teria vontade de ver.

When asked about a possible Chinese version of "The Expendables." Donnie said it started when a few months ago he met Jackie and the two talked about the possibility of running such a film involving Jet Li. Jackie said at the time, he  would be responsible to convince Jet Li. 
Donnie said it never became a real project to be followed, but that he would have much desire to play it. According to him, the entire China would want to see.

A unica má noticia é que o novo "Tigre e o Dragão" está sendo rodado em inglês e não mais em mandarim! Pessima noticia NETFLIX!

The only bad news, is that the sequel of "Crouching Tiger , Hidden Dragon"(photo) has the dialogues in english, and no more in mandarin. Shame on you netflix!

(DINNER WITH SI FU IN MEIER NEIGHBORHOOD) JANTAR COM SI FU NO MÉIER

Em Abril de 2007, começávamos o trabalho do Ving Tsun no bairro do Méier.  E esse sou eu na época, parado na porta de entrada da Escola de Dança, à época fechada temporariamente, e que seria reaberta com o Ving Tsun em sua grade. 
Como fazia faculdade num bairro próximo, caminhava até lá duas vezes na semana no intervalo das aulas e auxiliava Si Sok Ursula nas sessões que lá ocorriam.
Depois de um tempo fiquei responsável pela prática coletiva, depois, pela prática infantil, e finalmente pela chamada Unidade Méier toda até que virasse um Mo Gun.
Desse período, Gustavo Freire, Priscilla, Erika Martinovski, Luiz , Thiago Thiers, Raphael Caputo, Lucas Eustáquio, Marina, Marcelo, Felipe Teixeira ,Ailton Jordão, Carla, Daniel de Caires, Leo Descoffier, Felipe Mury, Rodrigo Demetrio, Luciano Freitas, Guilherme de Farias e Erika Carvalho. São alguns dos nomes de grande praticantes que começaram ali.
Destes citados, alguns continuam sua prática até hoje, como Erika Carvalho, que na última semana, organizou um jantar no Restaurante onde almoçavamos sempre na época desta escola de dança. 
O jantar serviu para que Si Fu pudesse estar com a Família Kung Fu do Méier, e para tal, cada praticante envolvido deu sua contribuição para que tudo corresse bem.

In April 2007, we began the work with Ving Tsun in the neighborhood of Meier in North Zone of Rio. And this is me at the time, standing in the doorway of the School of Dance, temporarily closed , and it would be reopened with the Ving Tsun in its schedule. 
As my College was in the near neighborhood, I used to walk untill there twice a week between classes and assisted Si Sok Ursula in sessions that occurred there. 
After a while I was responsible for collective practice, then, the kids practice, and I became responsible for the entire Meier Studio until all turned in our now beloved Mo Gun. 
In this first period, Gustavo Freire, Priscilla, Erika Martinovski, Luiz, Thiago Thiers, Raphael Caputo, Lucas Eustaqui, Marina, Marcelo, Felipe Teixeira, Ailton Jordao, Carla, Daniel de Caires, Leo Descoffier, Felipe Mury, Rodrigo Demetrio, Luciano Freitas, Guilherme de Farias and Erika. Are some of the great names of practitioners who started there. 
Of those cited, some continue their practice today as Erika Carvalho, who last week hosted a dinner in the restaurant where we ate lunch at the time when of this dance school. 
Dinner served to Si Fu could be with the Kung Fu Family in Meier, and for that, every practitioner involved has contributed so all went well.

Nessa foto muito emblemática, vemos Guilherme de Farias "Moy Faat Lin" , Si Fu e Erika . Dois praticantes que começaram no Núcleo Méier e que permanecem até hoje, permitindo com que não só eles amadureçam com relação ao Ving Tsun, mas principalmente que seu Si Hing, Si Fu e a Família amadureçam cada vez mais para prover a Vida Kung Fu aos dois e tantos outros de forma muito mais refinada.

In this photo very emblematic,we see Guilherme de Farias "Moy Faat Lin", Si Fu and Erika. Two practitioners who started in Meier when we used to work at the Dance School and they remain untill today, allowing them to mature their Ving Tsun, but mostly allowing their Si Hing, Si Fu and Family to mature theirs to provide a better Kung Fu Life for the two and so many other trough a much more refined form.

Nessa outra foto especial, vemos da esquerda para direita: Ailton Jordão, que também começou na Escola de Dança, ao seu lado, Rodrigo Moreira, membro da Família Kung Fu desde Maio deste ano, porém foi ele quem lotou o primeiro workshop de Ving Tsun no Méier com seus amigos, no qual Felipe Mury e Rodrigo Demetrio que eram dois deles, praticaram até o Biu Ji e Cham Kiu respectivamente. Ao seu lado Guilherme e Si Fu.

Com cara de cansado e um pouco mais "parrudinho", aqui estou eu ao lado de minha namorada acompanhando as palavras de Si Fu. O restaurante estava muito cheio e tentávamos nos concentrar no que dizia apesar de todo o barulho.
Si Fu valorizou o esforço de Erika direcionando o que dizia especialmente a ela, e dentre o que era dito, ele falou sobre discipulado. A relação vitalicia estabelecida pela Cerimônia Baai Si.

With a tired expression and a little more "chubby", here I am next to my girlfriend following the words of Si Fu. The restaurant was very crowded and we were trying to focus on what he said despite all the noise. 
Si Fu appreciated the effort by Erika saying especially to her, and from what was said, he talked about discipleship. The lifetime relationship established by Ceremony Baai Si.

Também tivemos a presença dos pais de Maicon Amaro , Sr Marcelo Amaro e Sra Miriam Amaro, grandes incentivadores da prática do filho. Seu irmão também esteve presente.
Nesta foto também vemos o militar e universitário na cadeira de História Fabiano Granado, praticante do módulo "Ving Tsun Experience".

We also had the presence of Maicon Amaro parents, Mr. and Mrs.  Amaro, great supporters of the practice of their child. His brother was also present.

Esses momentos com Si Fu ainda que passem num piscar de olhos, servem para que o líder da Família Kung Fu no Méier possa compartilhar com todos a sua forma de pensar o Kung Fu. Outro ponto importante, é que o momento do jantar, é apenas a manifestação visivel de tudo o que precede o evento, e de seus desdobramentos após seu término.
Portanto fica aqui o registro de mais um momento marcante da Família Kung Fu no bairro do Méier.

These moments with Si Fu even pass in the blink of an eye, serves for the leader of the Meier Kung Fu Family can share with all his way of thinking about Kung Fu. Another important point is that dinner time is the only visible manifestation of all that precedes the event and its consequences after its completion. 
So we let recorded one more memorable moment of Kung Fu Family in the neighborhood of Meier.
