Desci sozinho até o saguão do hotel, e caminhei para o salão onde aconteceria o evento. As pessoas estavam paradas na entrada batendo fotos. Muitas pessoas já estavam lá. E junto de dois Si Sok que estão afastados da Família atualmente, usando minha máquina analógica com 36 poses, fomos atrás dos dignitários presentes e batemos muitas fotos, sempre torcendo para que quando fossemos revelar, as mesmas não tivessem queimado.
Naquela noite, Si Fu ganhou o seu Jiu Paai junto de seus Si Hing. Quatro deles. Por razões pessoais, hoje quatro deles continuam ativos no Clã. Mas naquele momento não tinha como saber disso. Naquele momento eu mal compreendia o que aquele momento significava.
Mas de alguma forma, sabia o quanto era importante.
Tirei muitas fotos sem sentido e outras memoráveis durante os dois dias, mas guardei todas com carinho. Minha querida amiga de faculdade Carolina Pita, hoje já casada. Estava bem ansiosa para ver o que tinha ocorrido na viagem. Assim, na Quarta 19 de Março, após ter as fotos reveladas, voltávamos da faculdade pra casa, mostrei as fotos para ela no 636. Senti que ela se decepcionou um pouco pois esperava me ver em poses de luta ou algo assim.. Mas como falar pra ela a importância daquele momento?

O dia estava chuvoso e quase desistirmos de ir, mas na companhia de Rodrigo Moreira e Thiago Silva, eu e Si Fu fomos até o hotel em seu carro.
Para mim foi particularmente especial pois me remeteu à época da Paula Gama, minha Si Mui (irmão Kung Fu mais nova) que nos levava sempre em seu imenso carro para ver hotéis, e este tipo de coisas... Foi uma tarde importante...

De repente, o dia já havia chegado. A exemplo do ocorrido na Argentina, no dia 8 de agosto, a segunda cerimônia de Promoção da MYVTMI para Classe Mestre Sênior ocorreu no dia 6 de setembro, sendo a primeira promoção desta natureza ocorrida no Brasil. A cidade eleita foi o Rio de Janeiro.
Os líderes do Clã Moy Yat Sang, Mestre Leo Imamura e Vanise Imamura, dirigiram a cerimônia que contou com centenas de membros, vindos de Buenos Aires - ARG, Brasília, São Paulo, Belo Horizonte e, claro, dos anfitriões Rio de Janeiro.
“Mestre Sênior” é a classe outorgada ao membro da Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence de categoria “Membro de Nivel Superior Final”, já certificado como ‘Mestre Qualificado’.

Ao dar carona ao Si Sok Rodrigo Giarola naquela manhã, tive a oportunidade de fazer-lhe uma série de perguntas sobre a confecção de tal obra de arte. Com muito bom humor, Si Sok compartilhou o que deveria ser compartilhado.
Ele por exemplo falou sobre o fato de que pela primeira vez , Si gung havia lhe pedido peças com os ideogramas em alto relevo. O oposto do que vinha fazendo até então com as placas dos Mestres Qualificados.
Si Sok também falou, que uma das grandes dificuldades é o fato de que não são apenas ideogramas aleatórios, mas sim, uma reprodução que busca a fidelidade da caligrafia de Si Taai Gung Moy Yat.
Fiz uma pergunta um tanto óbvia a ele : “E quando você erra ?” .Ele respondeu que a placa precisa ser jogada fora ou.... Bom, nessa segunda alternativa, digamos que ele respondeu com muito bom humor..rs

Após a foto oficial do evento, os convidados rumaram para o restaurante, no qual duas salas haviam sido previamente reservadas pelo meu Si Dai Thiago Silva.
Outros membros ficaram no salão ajudando a arrumá-lo, e outros mais, carregavam o material necessário do salão Jade para o restaurante.
Havia obviamente a mesa principal para Mestres, esposas e parentes, e as demais mesas. Assim que o jantar foi servido, todos foram preparar seus pratos. Após algum tempo, fui até a mesa do meu Si Hing Leonardo Reis, discípulo de Si Fu Julio Camacho assim como eu. E pedi que fosse o cerimonialista do jantar. Ele aceitou sem nem mesmo saber o que era esperado. Começamos com um brinde pedido por ele de pé no salão principal, e na sequência, ele convidou a todos para assistirem o último vídeo produzido pela “Moy Fat Lei Imagination Team”, com a ajuda de membros do Clã, que homenageava cada promovente naquela noite contando sua história.

Após a exibição do vídeo, Si Hing Leo convidou aqueles que desejassem a falar algumas palavras sobre os Mestres que ali estavam.

A noite se encerrou formalmente, com o convite de Si Gung para que os discípulos pudessem tirar fotos com ele e seus respectivos Si fu com alta-resolução num estúdio improvisado que foi montado.

Não sabia o que pensar exatamente sobre a importância daquela Cerimônia. Acredito que assim como Si Sok Leonardo Mordente disse certa vez: Não se pode considerar um momento como “Histórico” antes que ele aconteça. Naquele momento no carro, pensei que talvez, mesmo depois de um momento assim acontecer, demore um certo tempo para que fique claro o que se deu.
Mal percebi quando a música mudou para o
tema de Sonny Crocket também trilha de Miami Vice...

A pentalogia de livros de Wuxia de Wang Du Lu, da qual o filme "O Tigre e o Dragão"(foto) faz parte como o quarto da série. Terá seu quinto livro transformado em filme. Ele se chama "O vaso de prata e o Guerreiro de ferro" no original, porém nas telonas será "O Tigre e o Dragão 2: A Lenda Verde".
Para mim a pergunta que fica é se o ator Chow Yun Fat(foto) que participou do primeiro filme, fará muita falta nesse segundo. Sua presença de tela é insuperável. Enfim, é esperar pra ver...
