LUNCH WITH KF FAMILY AND A TRIBUTE TO TATI(ALMOÇO COM SI FU E HOMENAGEM A TATI PALUMBO)

No último Sábado, quase 15:00 h, saimos do Mo Gun da Barra da Tijuca: eu, Si Fu e Felipe Soares para almoçarmos. Antes disso passamos em Jacarepagua para pegar a Jade que iria conosco.


Num restaurante bem bacana, com uma logo que,forçando um pouco a visão lembra o Yin Yang(foto) rsrsrs  Conversamos por mais de 2 horas sobre
Kung Fu e claro, outros assuntos.

Last Saturday, almost 15:00 h, we left the MYVT Mo Gun in Barra da Tijuca neighborhood: Me, Si Fu and Si Sok Felipe Soares(11G VT) for lunch. Before that we went through in Jacarepagua neighborhood to get the Jade(12G VT) with us.

In a very nice restaurant with a logo that forcing your vision a little  resembles the Yin Yang (pictured) rsrsrs spoke for over two hours on

Kung Fu and of course other issues.

 Entre alguns temas, Si fu estava falando sobre o fato de que muitas vezes estamos mais inclinados a gostar de apenas um lado da prática do Ving Tsun: A luta , a Vida Kung Fu, etc... Mas é preciso para o mais antigo, ficar atento, pois da mesma maneira que um dia um Si Hing respeitou você, permitindo que seu Kung Fu brotasse para a direção que você queria, é necessário que você fique atento para não tirar do mais novo, esta oportunidade.

Ainda que tenha sido um dos melhores momentos deste ano com meu Si fu, eu estava "quebrado". Sem dormir direito a semana toda, e naquela manhã haviamos começado cedo mais uma vez. E cara, eu tinha um show do Tears for Fears pra ir as 22H naquele mesmo dia. Com o almoço acabando as 17:10 h , e com meu compromisso marcado para as 19:30 h já que tinha que retirar o inresso na bilheteria.... Ja viu né??

Although it was one of the best times this year with my Si Fu I was "asleepy" Not sleep well all week and this morning we started early again with Ving Tsun. And man, I had a show of the 80's band Tears for Fears at 22H to goin the same day. Ending with lunch at 17:10 pm and my appointment at 19:30 h 'cause I had to buy the tickets ....

That's because I had talked with Tati:
