Esta semana eu recebi um e-mail muito interessante de Si Baak Gung Lester Lau, que é um
Si Hing de Si Gung Leo Imamura de Nova York. Dizia o seguinte:
This week I receveid a very interesting email from Si Baak Gung Lester Lau, who is a Si Hing of Si Gung Leo Imamura from NY. The email was this:

"Thiago, vai ocorrer em Washington , E.U.A.,uma palestra onde iremos apresentar a mesa de Chi Sau de 8 pés x 8 pés(Na medida americana de 1 pé( equivale a 30,48 cm. Façam as contas aí!). Esta mesa tem um lado tocando o chão e 2'-0 " fora do chão na outra extremidade. Quando Sifu Moy29 (7'-0 "high) faz Chi Sau com Sifu Nelson Chan (5'-0" high), é muito difícil para treinar certas técnicas . Mas usando esta mesa , Sifu Moy29 na extremidade inferior e Sifu Nelson Chan na parte alta faz com que o problema de altura seja equilibrado. Todos podem se beneficiar desta formação. As classes de crianças podem usar esse método para fazer Chi Sau com o SiHings. E existem muitos treinamento de força que podem vir disso...

"This coming lecture in Washington DC, USA, we will introduce a 8 feet x 8 feet Chi-Sao table. This table has one side touching the floor and 2'-0" off the ground on the other end. When SiFu Moy29 (7'-0" high) doing Chi-Sao with SiFu Nelson Chan (5'-0" high), it is very difficult to train average techniques. But using this table - SiFu Moy29 on the lower end and SiFu Nelson Chan on the high end. This position equalized the height problem. Everyone can benefit from this training. Children class can use this method to do Chi-Sao with the SiHings. There are many power training can come from this. .. Thank you. " Lester Moy2(10G VT)

"Sifu Nelson Chan demonstrou o método aero-Chi Sau e treinamento de força em VingTsun. Muitos outros profissionais de Ving Tsun demonstraram suas áreas de interesse. A palestra de Washington DC também está a ganhar terreno em áreas diferente nos E.U.A. Sifu Rick Chung é um pastor na igreja do Trabalhadores de resgate americanos. Ele está a trabalhar com Sifu Nelson Chan sobre a introdução de VingTsun de formação em saúde no ambiente de igreja. E Sifu Nelson tinha começado a fazer isso em sua Igreja em Toronto, Canadá. Também é bom ver que Sifu Sam Harris a juntar força com Sifu Rick na formação Ving Tsun. Tínhamos focado em um formato com um grupo menor após a palestra principal. Nós apresentamos uma palestra mais intensa para um grupo menor de Si Fus. "SiFu Nelson Chan demonstrated the aeroChi-Sao method and strength training in VingTsun. Many other lecturers had shown their area of interests. The Washington DC lecture is also breaking ground into different area in the US. SiFu Rick Chung is a pastor in the church of the American Rescue Workers. He is working with SiFu Nelson Chan on introducing VingTsun for health training in the church environment. And SiFu Nelson had started doing this in his church in Toronto, Canada. It is also nice to see that SiFu Sam Harris is joining force with Sifu Rick in the Vingtsun training. Even though the turn out was small in this DC lecture. But we had focused on a smaller group lecture format after the main lecture. We presented a more intense VingTsun lecture to a smaller group of SiFus. The topic included inner energy training etc. And we find that people are more receptive in this tight format. After the main DC lecture SiFu Anthony Moy Tung treated us to the Shoalin Warrior show. We appreciated his offer very much. We again thank you for everyone's support for this lecture. Have a good Vingtsun Life."
