The intro of the article says: "CORPORAL LANGUAGE: This man is Leo Imamura, Master of Ving Tsun. What? Ving Tsun, one of the techiniques that is part of the Kung Fu. Ving Tsun: the fight to not have to fight. Ving Tsun: The art that takes from the simple effort a basis for mental and physical health. Ving Tsun, nice to meet you!"

No entanto, a primeira você atravessa fácil, a segunda, provavelmente, nunca.

It was because the woman's body can not take the beating like a Chinese man that a girl named Yim Ving Tsun has developed over 400 years ago, a system of martial combat of high excellence that the great beating movement is leaving quiet.
The greatest victory that you can impose to your enemy is not fighting with him.
The system got its name from its founder and ving tsun spread, first in China, then around the world, as the art of feminization of the war. More than that, as a powerful resource for human development. His most famous practitioner is Bruce Lee (see box), but one of its most important contemporary broadcasters, an international benchmark, is a Palmeiras soccer team afficyioned - Leo Imamura, a Brazilian of Japanese descent, who preaches that "our bodies are us. Our experience of the world is through it. Get from us the five senses and the world disappears in front of us." Just.

Master Leo Imamura moved to New York in the 80`s to learn from Grand Master Moy Yat, responsible for introducing the ving tsun of high excellence in the West, everything he knows today. Back in Brazil, set up one of the largest international communities of ving tsun, the Moy Yat Ving Martial Intelligence, with branches in several Brazilian cities, as well as Buenos Aires and Miami (www.myvt.com.br).
From his Master received the title of senior master - there are only 13 in the world - expertise that kung fu, that even having been born as a technique of war, does not preach the fight. Classes are individual and can have up to three instructors per student.
Physical contact is obviously inevitable, because the system uses the strength of the other practitioner, or the enemy in his favor.
Mestre Leo dont like the exaggerations in gyms today on behalf of the culture of the body and overall lack of use in mind and emotion in certain Western techniques of body work.

"All of these techniques teach that if we repeat certain movements closely and models, we will reach perfection. But not always. Zico missed a penalty in the World Cup in Mexico against France, not because his body had not been trained in kick a ball during a penalty, but by his emotion at that moment. Another example. The gesture to walk on a wooden plank of 100 feet long placed on the floor is like to cross it on a cliff hundreds of feet high. However, first you go easy, the second, probably never. Again, this difficulty is emotional. "And adds:" The movements of our body reproduce the dynamics of the universe, which is not repetitive. Thus, a movement is never equal to another. I prefer the oriental logic, which links the body with the natural flow of things, constantly changing. The ving tsun is not systematic across models fixed, but by the change, which incorporates the change as a principle. It is the pursuit of human development, integrating mind and body, through adjustments to the ongoing dynamics of the Universe.

IN REAL LIFE ...

All this is pretty but useless, if not practical. What value would have, after all, a martial art that, in a violent world, preaches non-violence? Part of the answer may be a new concept, even within the ving tsun, created by Master Leo, who was named as martial intelligence . Translation: the ability to use strategic intelligence from the experience of symbolic combat , to maximize the effectiveness of personal actions. More important than the technique is to develop the perception to anticipate the action of the opponent, and for this you have to accept the movement of the other and integrate it into his body until it become one. The bridge used to link the bodies carries the name of "Kiu".

The ving tsun refines people, developing their ability to interpret consistently, the ever dynamic reality, making them more balanced, secure and prepared for life today. Next to family, friends or the modern competitive business environment.

Or, as the master himself prefers place, "in the beggining of humanity, the body went into stress on the danger of an animal that ran into the forest behind you. It was a set of physiological activities, such as increased release of adrenaline, increased lung capacity, decreased peristalsis, contraction of the sphincter muscles not to release stool ...

All of preparing the body for the improvement of their physical activity, in an extreme situation. In modern life, you go through the same syndrome, not before the animal, but in front of your boss or the negative balance of the bank account, the challenges of market competition. "

But master, is not all the same?

"No. Billions of years ago, you ran like a crazy animal and burning the toxins produced by stress. Today, they are there, stored, poisoning you. This causes a negative state of change, typical of contemporary society. Then you see `adrenal' people , so angry., Totally out of their original axis. " "I prefer the logic that links the eastern body with the natural flow of things, constantly changing"

The tex on the page says: " BRUCE LEE,KUNG FU AND PHYSICAL: Bruce Lee was the most famous Ving Tsun practitioner in West. You can say that he was a kung fu master. But notice that Kung Fu is a term that claims all the chinese martial arts, also Ving Tsun. And it means something very interesting:A capacity to effort without physical force. The image that cinema did about Bruce Lee as a strong man, made de people think that his techniques were linked with physical strengh.
Bruce had to create new forms to train Ving Tsun cause in US he didnt have friends to practice with him.
In fact, Ving Tsun dont care about physical strengh to be practice . It understands that sweat is to make unecessary effort and build up your body is to make ir suffer without even reaching a better results as a human been.Sometimes you reach something totally different."

Boa viagem.

To this adverse scenario, master Leo suggests: "The body is the most refined tool that nature has gave us to learn about life. The ving tsun acts on it. The technique of symbolic fighting, created by the ving tsun, allows the use of the body in a emblematic way . Raises you an altered state of perception that no other body technique achieves. Allows glimpses of what we call meaningful experiences. These experiments, contrary to what people would assume, are not deep, but shallow. They put us in front of our basic essences more visceral. Since the day that the doctor slapped your butt in the hospital, you started to develop layers and layers that cover your consciousness. Its true essence is behind them all. One of the roles of ving tsun is take them one by one, so that you are in touch with their original axle permanently. That's something that is not fight, but that uses techniques of virtual martial combat, that leads you to the shallowest of yourself, taking it as a human being. We are in direct contact with our body 24 hours a day. Why not use it for an awareness of who we really are? ".
The beginner does not need any special knowledge to launch the practice of ving tsun. The course has six main stages and lasts up to nine years. Over time, the practitioner is led to use his intuition to develop proper motions within a guideline. Independence is one of the goals of this art as soft as ripe. Bon voyage.
